the defense must feel there is some evidence they can work with to show JW killed all 8, I also noticed that they did not deny GW was at the scene of the murders, just he didn't do anything, the he could be a witness or a defendant will IMO be a running theme for the defense,

I think we are going to hear from very few witnesses who are not LE, Crime Scene, Pathogists etc, all the ex wives, family members may opt out of being recorded, I am even more annoyed after today that JW and AW will choose not to be recorded, JW will want as few people as possible to hear how he shot the mother of his child then placed her newborn in a position so she could nurse off her dead mother, and AW will not want people to hear her recount how she nagged her husband into going on a killing spree with her sons

Defense has totally thrown me, they are saying GW is innocent, that he is different to his other family members, and the jury is not to believe the proffers of AW or JW as they are con artists, but you can believe the parts of the proffer where JW says GW was not involved, so JW is only to be believed when he says BW wasn't involved, when he says he was don't believe him,

poor defense opening, but they have little to go with,

When AC was going through the charges telling the jury how they applied to GWIV with for instances, they were showing GWIV on camera. Boy was his eyebrow/forehead area twitching with each for instance AC uttered. His countenance, IMO, looked very burdened, very weighed down. All this is just my opinion and observance.

I wonder what happened to the defense argument that GW4 went along to keep Billy from killing Jake? It must not have polled well on social media.

wow, that is just unbelievable!

Even worse, there was another mother, Hannah Gilley, who was also nursing an infant when she was shot. When found, her blood covered baby was still trying to nurse, even though Hannah had been dead for hours.

But the Wagners were good Christians. Yeah.

It was floated here for months, last year and this one. I'm trying to recall if Nash also mentioned it in a pre-trial hearing. Yes, we've been treated to a lot of defense strategy discussion here at WS.

Ok I listened to AC say this morning that they ,with the exception of CR sr.,were killed in their sleep. Which was what the silencers accomplished. Now she says they were awake and saw terror? Help a girl out here.

Also what about CRJR? Didn't LM say on camera once that LE couldn't find him at first? I do remember the live coverage saying CRJR was not accounted for...in so many words, because there was speculation about him very early on. Does anyone else recall this?

I think GWIV's ex-wife and JW's just may want to appear. We shall see.

This I the first time I have watched a trial on Court TV. IMHO, I don't like it much. I feel like I'm missing something that is being said. I think I'm going to try to watch some of it online instead in "real" time. And I'm saddened and surprised to hear some of the details in the AC's opening statment.

Law and Crime on YouTube is better for those not in the area for local stations. Fast commercials and no talking heads to slow it down.

CRSR and GR, walking over to FR but not getting in, then traveling in CRSR's truck to KR's but not going in. Traveling back to Fr's and JW going in an open window, unlocking back door. FR and HHG shot. They drive CRSR's truck to DR's killher first then HR and finally CRJR. Drive both vehicles over to KR's GWIV is lookout, BW goes in and kills KR. They all remove the cameras. Drive back to CRSR's to drop off his truck.

CRsr and GR. FR and HHG. KR. and then back to DR,HR and CRjr because Dana wasn't home yet when they first went by. She did a much better job in the afternoon.

yes it was. If I didn't know better I'd believe him. George was complicit to everything including being at every scene. I think he "chickened" out when faced with actually killing someone, so JW and BW did it to get it done.
