the defense must feel there is some evidence they can work with to show JW killed all 8, I also noticed that they did not deny GW was at the scene of the murders, just he didn't do anything, the he could be a witness or a defendant will IMO be a running theme for the defense,

I think we are going to hear from very few witnesses who are not LE, Crime Scene, Pathogists etc, all the ex wives, family members may opt out of being recorded, I am even more annoyed after today that JW and AW will choose not to be recorded, JW will want as few people as possible to hear how he shot the mother of his child then placed her newborn in a position so she could nurse off her dead mother, and AW will not want people to hear her recount how she nagged her husband into going on a killing spree with her sons

JW and AW are so narcissistic and sociopathic they may still want the attention it would bring to them.

I had Court TV on but was watching WCPO on my phone, CTV was way behind. I did miss some things like who fired the first shot at CRSR and then what happened because WCPO booted me off

yes it was. If I didn't know better I'd believe him. George was complicit to everything including being at every scene. I think he "chickened" out when faced with actually killing someone, so JW and BW did it to get it done.

How would G4 know that if he is claiming he wasn't at the murder scenes?

Started off on Court tv, just because I can get it on Sky tv. I didn't like it so went to my usual World Justice News, just coffee breaks and lunch and no ads, no chat.

Just started watching the opening statements and my goodness - smh. I would HATE to be on this jury. knowing what their last text/calls/etc were and the times and to where the shots were made that killed them, is so sad

A lot is at stake and Im sure ACs mind was going a 100mph. My only thought is the opening was unnecessarily detailed. As mentioned, it isnt evidence. Anyway, im not an attorney and it is easy for me to nitpick.

Also, what time did the w4s start the murdering spree? Was it mentioned?

thanks. this is absolutely heartbreaking listening to the opening statements. it boggles my mind and to see George smirk every now and then - pure evil. also, i know this is trivial, but, id love to see George get his shock belt activated and that is if he indeed is wearing one under his clothes

i know they have or had the residences moved to a secure facility so that the jurors could walk through it was said at one point. I wonder if that will still happen

if i were canepa id drop the details and explain why george deserves to die. if he wasnt emotionaly invested why would you let your family do this? if you know right from wrong and you dont stop this absolute hellfire crime. nobody that can plan to murder anyone in their way no matter what its gut wrenching. to think that someone should have stopped this.g4 isnt psyco or mental like jw or aw he is just cruel a sadist who likes people to get hurt killed and make faceboook inside jokes about it. i honestly could not share a room with a wagners if i was tony or james. one of us would not make it out of courtroom. unbelievable courage and bravery from rhoden/ghillie/manleys
