Yes she explained what time they left the house and that CRsr time of death the consider it to be at 10:55 pm.

From my notes and memory- 10:53 pm CR Sr. text to Dana from 8376#. 10:55 pm call to BW from 0501# routed to vm. (CR Sr. must of had 2 phones, one could be a landline) AC explained JW stated BW lured CR Sr. out of the trailer to look at pot plants, GW4 was supposed to shoot him but was taking too long so JW took the gun, and shot CR Sr. through the door after they went inside, hit his arm then BW shot CR Sr. and GR. Shortly before the shots BW told CR Sr. he didn't know where his phone was and to call it. (not too clear on why this occured but that explains the phone call if JW is telling the truth) And they all left their phones with AW with instructions to text people for an alibi.

DR last text was to CR Sr. @3:32 am with no response from him. AC said DR was in bed but awake on phone. JW shot her 2 times, shot HR who was nursing baby, DR was still alive making noises so he shot her 2 more times then shot CR Jr. who was asleep. BW and GW were in DR's home for backup if needed.

So time frame would be approx. 11:00 pm-3:32 am.

Also what about CRJR? Didn't LM say on camera once that LE couldn't find him at first? I do remember the live coverage saying CRJR was not accounted for...in so many words, because there was speculation about him very early on. Does anyone else recall this?

The jurors went to the crime scenes, but I don't believe they have visited the homes in storage. (someone asked about that earlier)

The forum website has frozen on me for quite a while, so I'm trying to catch up on the CourtTV recording. Good audio, but you can only pause and restart, you can't rewind. Tried doing that to look at something and restarted the whole program again. As far as this recorded show goes, they did say that they pick up where they leave off for commercials.

Looks like CRSR had two phones, the one had a call to BW at 10:55 pm as it's last contact. It appears the Wagners were driving to and fro for maybe three to four hours? In CR's truck.

CR shot six times in the face, once in the stomach, and once in the chest. Along with defensive wounds. I'm just going to stop until I can watch and review.

I'm still in the prosecution's opening statement, but it appears the ummm uhhh unn and ahh, is just a bad habit. I'd probably become ill and ask to be released from jury duty.

Chris Sr was killed about 10:35PM and Dana Was Killed At Around 1:10AM AC said she sent a text at that time Jake saw her on the phone!

It is hard to believe FR/HHG did not hear the commotion/shots at CR Sr. as he was awake at 10:59:14 pm proof is he took a picture of the boys sleeping and HHG texted her sister at 12:59 am. Or the dogs weren't going nuts but maybe they bark at anything and they dismissed it as nothing. I can't recall if BW used a silencer, I was thinking he didn't and I don't think a .40 caliber would be very quiet.

eta-rewatched and the .40 did not have a silencer, SKS and .22 did.

If George Wagner iv is so innocent why isn’t he looking at the jury and begging for his innocent, in stead he sets there looking like we all are wasting his time!

I fully understand the defense must come up with alternative theory/therories. I just dont think trying to distant BW and 4 from AW and JW will get their desired results. There is absolutely no evidence of friction amongst the family clan. Itll be jnteresting what is played on the hrs of recording

When you realize that your (G4's) family members (JW and AW) have been honest in their confessions and in the process, have thrown both G4 and Billy under the bus, IMO all gloves were taken off.

This a fight for their lives (G4 and Billy) and revenge on those that confessed. IMO, G4 and Billy attorneys are feeling the need to fight dirty. That would sadly be their only hope.

Though I don't think today went particularly well for the Prosecution, they have a massive amount of evidence in their arsenol. We will see that unfold at trial.

Have faith and patience all, justice is coming!

why couldnt they just have left with sofia. these werent rival clans like all those stupid articles say. crsr clearly saw billy as a friend maybe not the best friend but. i think crsr did not believe that the custody situation would bleed into their friendhip/work relationship. its so heartbreaking he spent his last minutes knowing it was up to him to save his entire family. i cannot imagine a more heartbreaking way to die. hes trying to help billy find his phone. calling the cops on the grow was too extreme but 8 murders is low key enough>>> jake was blood related to sofia if they had left the country or dissapeared with her it would barely be a felony. imo this wasnt just practical or a means to an end. these people enjoyed killing. id bet my life billy had killed many times before. you dont just blow away your friend unprovoked your first time. they are so cowardly could not even give crsr a fighting chance what kind of man conducts himself this way. spent all this time waiting for trial to realize part of me doesnt want to hear anymore details its just so sad

This confirms some of what I thought. Some victims were shot multiple times because they moved or made a noise. The killers shot them as many times as they thought necessary to make sure they were dead.

Poor Dana. All of them.

I hate to say it but this was more than custody or feeling Rhodens were a threat. The Wagners really bought that Boondocks Saints BS that they were on some superior mission to rid the community of the Rhodens. They really got a kick out of doing this and thought of themselves as some kind of superheroes doing God’s work. Scumbags. Morons.

The only reason George and Billy are still burning up time and millions of taxpayer dollars is because they still think they were superheroes for killing the Rhodens and that they shouldn’t be punished. One can only surmise their attorneys believe the same or they would have convinced them to take plea deals.

More info from state's opening-

BW gave the "murder truck" to his niece on 4/22/2016.

GW wore the size 11 shoes and stood guard at CR Jr. bedroom in case he woke up and came out of the room, if he did he would have shot him. They have evidence of the print where he stood.

FR trailer was locked, JW tried to pry back door open with knife but the tip broke, went in through open window, FR son asleep on couch with tv on, JW unlocked back door and let GW and BW in for backup.

They took everyones phones they could find (HR, DR, CR Sr., CR Jr.) and they were never recovered.

All went to KR's in 2 vehicles, GW was lookout, BW shot him with his .40 Glock. KR had an electronic driveway sensor but did not wake up (if it went off). Door was unlocked, he padlocked it from the outside when he wasn't there. Removed security cameras.

BW and GW moved GR and CR Sr. while JW went outside with CR Sr. keys to get in building to look at marijuana grow. (Did they take plants with them?)

While they were questioned, LE put a bug (listening device) in their vehicle, not one word of their innocence was uttered when they all got back in the vehicle. I have little doubt the evidence to come is overwhelming, 150%.

Forget watching anything recorded on CourtTv. Right as the custody documents were presented, CTV flipped to an entirely different program. No way am I starting at the beginning for the third time.

Just now discussing the Colt .22. Glad to have that youtube link, and any to come, I'm not going to be able to follow it live daily.

My computer is not allowing me to watch 2 of the videos at that link, even though it’s ok to watch linked videos of the trial on other news sites. Just saying, in case anyone else has a problem.

They got to the 1:00pm break and the video ended. It then went to the news conference when the arrests were made.
