Chris Sr was not growing a few plants for his friends or family as has been stated time and time again. Even the last witness said that his father was trafficking in cannabis. Notice he did not say just growing. Also, I am interested in what the defense will present regarding the alleged trips to Mexico. People do not sell cannabis to Mexico cartels; people do purchase opioids though from the cartels, something that many Pike County area residents seemed to abuse.

Cockfighting has been confirmed by at least one witness, or perhaps two (I have missed some testimony). I do give credit to the Rhoden relatives that have agreed to testify under camera and video, unlike the LEO's. I wonder if the fear of not testifying by Pike County "finest" is perhaps their fear of coming out looking like a bunch of the fictional character Goober Pyles.

Here they rustle cattle from the ranchers. Much more money in that. They cut a hole in the barbed wire fence, back a cattle trailer up to it, jump on a couple of cutting horses they bring and load the cattle trailer up with prime Angus steers. Then they haul them down to Mexico and trade them for OXY and Fentanyl. Bring it back and sell it here and up north. They do it all down through Texas too. 100,000.00 worth of Angus steers is about 20 full grown steers. It only takes a few minutes to load that many if they have experienced cutters. They do it mostly when it is storming or it snows. That's when the cattle gather along the fence lines. Very little work and huge profit return.

Ranchers have gotten where they ride their fences near the roads when it is bad weather. Police has started pulling over semi's with loaded cattle trailers traveling at night. Those steers all have a number burned into their sides and the ranch brand on their hip. Plus ear tags, which of course they just snip off. But they can't get rid of those brands burned into cowhide.

How many of you know of Ree Drummond and Pioneer Woman? The Drummonds had some cattle rustled not long ago. So did my niece and her husband.

They wouldn't steal MJ if it was growing out in a field in plain sight here. Too much work. I don't think that Jake put in any effort to load any plants either. Didn't Luke say they raised them with water and rocks. Those pots would be really heavy.

This was over custody and jake was just a garden variety domestic abuser like we see in the news every day who flew into a rage when Hannah wouldn't put his name on the babies BC or move to AK with him. After all he spent a lot of years grooming her, from the time she was a child at barely 13. Sad people think it's about more than that.

I've thought about it, but I don't think I can handle it. I didn't know anyone involved personally but I saw them around at Walmart and the fairgrounds. I'm not even sure I can watch all of it online. I want to see them get justice but better from a distance. We moved an hour away just before the murders.

I'm not surprised that so few locals are there. Everyone was terrorized and traumatized for months. I think the trial brings it all back after people had started to recover from it all.

Oh, I didn't know you moved from the area. Yes, some were scared when it was not known who was responsible, it eased many fears when there were arrests. It is pretty much back to normal now though... thank goodness.

I have full faith that justice is coming, maybe just not as severe as some expect. Nice talking to you, take care.

2. these are programmable electric wall socket timers. they are for automating air flow and nutrient water pumps.

3. this is the exhaust system and carbon scrubber. this fan sits on top of a tall cylinder known as a carbon scrubber. its job is to neutralize the smell of the plants. charcoal is inside cylinder and when air is pulled up thru the metal mesh sides thru the fan pulling the air outside then ducting then outside. pulling air out to exchange lowers humidity, manages temperature replenishes co2 .

5. these boxes are called ballasts. provide high voltage power to high pressure sodim lights. they physcially turn the lights on/off when commanded by the timer. they are attached to the industrial timer.
5. these large leaves are incredible. very very rare type called haze. the most difficult to grow but best rewards in quality and market value. these plants covered in resin and high yielding.
6. judgin by the cola size these plants were 2/3 done with bloom

bulb is powered by the ballast which are the white rectangles above the intake fan(4) the ballast ignites the sodium bulb when the timer signals .

600 watt high pressure sodim light is contained inside the reflector behind glass. the reflector keeps heat away from top of plant, increases brightness/intensity, and gives light wider range.




kennys grow is very impressive. thought some would like t o have some context as the defense trying drag crsr and kr down.

starting off the word hydropponics what was it mean?? what makes it different then dirt??

the main idea is tro expose the roots directly to a constant source of oxygenated nutrient solution. the plant has access to everything it wants whenever it wants it. dirt is a middleman it holds the nutrients and when roots fill with water the nutrients from dirt are pushed up stem to plant. with hydro the roots are sitting in rockwool, clay balls, net pots perlite which only supplies support not nutrition. oxygen is added to the water which enables the plant to grow in standing water. this system produces massive yields, potent medicine, and faster growth. it is the most difficult way to grow but it has the best results. these guys were professional level this room is better then 90 percent of caretakers i work with.

And we know Chris Sr. had grows in the garage loft, the semi trailer and the green outbuilding, as stated by LE in previous testimony. I just want to know how far along the crop was and HOW full was that outbuilding? That semi trailer?
I don't care that the cop testified he has seen bigger grows, I have too. But that green outbuilding, alone, can set you up for life. Quickly, when you're growing bud like that.
Can't wait to see the photos of the outbuilding grow.
IMO, these guys deserve the respect that comes with being a master grower--at least where I'm from.

As to the MJ -- from day 1 it was not hard to figure out that the Rhodens were cultivating and selling MJ in a large way. It was also not hard to figure out that it wasn't some Cartel execution. It's MJ not opiates, for one and leaving the kids alive, another reason this is my opinion. Does it change anything? No. The 4 Wagner's planned and executed an complete annihilation of an entire family due to child custody, couple jealously, or bad drug deal, etc., or all the above. It doesn't matter why, really. The fact is, they did it, 2 plead to it, and the other 2 are just gambling at this point. Dealing MJ doesn't make you bad ppl, ppl. Is it illegal? yes. But I grew up in an area just like this in the Appalachia Mountains and a lot of Good ppl have fallen to this illegal activity to survive. Just My Two Cents. Doesn't make it right but it also doesn't mean you deserved to be murdered.

It probably won't be illegal for long. Biden says he is going to legalize it on the federal level which means it will be no more illegal than a quart of good Kentucky Bourbon. Those that are already up and growing will have a leg up when it becomes legal nationwide. Lots of people are going to have to change their outlook when it becomes legal. Me, I don't judge. God put it on the earth to go wild, so it means it has a use for mankind. Indeed they are discovering more medical uses everyday. Main stream Cardiologist and Surgeons are prescribing it now for chest pain and in place of addictive pain pills.

Defense seems confused about the value of commercial marijuana. I think that's where Mexico may come in for the defense. For the moment, it looks to me like the defense considers any marijuana grown for sale as commercial. Commercial is low grade and is prevalent from south of the border.

People are interested around the United States and around the world in this case, and you opt out. I would suggest you’re doing a dereliction to your own duties here, but that’s my own opinion, not an opinion of the Law&Crime Network.

Tracy Evans, come on the air, talk to us about why you made that decision after you testify and maybe we can have a discussion.”

Ultimately, Evans — who won office in 2020 after the murders and the arrests — testified about logistics.

Evans on Wednesday declined to comment on why he chose to opt out of being recorded.

Did the Mexican cartel place the murder weapons into concrete buckets, then hide them in the "duck box" in the pond that they built for the Wagner's grandfather? Or did they hypnotize the Wagners into doing that for them, too?

Did they give the murder weapons to the Wagners after the murders, so that Wags could post photos and descriptions of them on social media?

That seems very unlikely. The defense is pretty desperate to try this tactic. Seems likely to backfire.

Let's all chill and smoke one. Maybe watch a little Cheech and Chong or listen to some Snoop Dogg. Nobody cares about the MJ and no one thinks the R's were killed by the cartel.

We all know the Wagners killed the R's over child custody. Jake and Angie confessed to it.

the word dab comes from the method to smoke bho. it requires a higher temp then buds bowl piece heats up the oil and smoke is released into bong tube. the hash is lightly contacted to a super heated metal surface the person looks like they are dabbing with a cotton ball

Keep in mind I am the dummy who came on here in 2016 and asked "if they trim the leaves and stems and flowers what is left to smoke on the MJ plant?"

Up until that time I seriously thought people smoked the leaves of an MJ plant.

Then I got broadsided when someone told me there were male and female plants. Honestly I was having some really weird thoughts about plants breeding and how you could tell which was a male and which was a female. People on here had to explain to me how you could tell the difference.
