I was looking at pics from a chopper following the murders. You can see that window open on the far side of the back of the trailer that JW said he climbed in. I just don't understand how he was able to climb in without the dogs going crazy. His Dad/bro we're at the back door waiting to be let in. They would have been standing even closer to the dogs. Also, Canepa didn't mention yesterday how they gained access to Dana's home. Small tidbit, but I've spent so much time on this case I wanna know everything.

@Betty P I was looking over posts from yesterday and I believe you misinterpreted something. You said that JW went to FR residence immediately following CR death. Canepa actually said that once GW killed GR/CR he came outside in a panic and the brothers calmed him down. Then JW went back inside and took the keys out of CR's pocket to the indoor grow above the garage. (Assuming he stole CR's weed). When he came back his Dad/bro had already dragged the bodies to the back bedroom.

Probably stole money also.

I do not understand it either. By admitting that CR and KR were involved in criminal operations does not make the Wagners saints or justify the the loss of the Rhoden's lives. The authorities have admitted it, even going so far as declaring CR and KR not eligible for for State Victims Fund to pay for their funerals.

Oh I know it. That just doesn't make sense that they all didn't know one another. That is laughable.

If Jake is lying, he's taking one heck of a risk. He would be putting all of them on Death Row, with the exception of Angela.

it just seems so calculated it does not pass the smell test for me. we know jake and angela jake especially are going to manipulate something to "save" g4 with one last attack on the victims. jake may be stupid but even he would understand the truth about that shot would seal g4 fate.

The media was allowed to shoot photos of the exhibits presented on the monitor today during the testimonies that didn't have audio/video. I know some ppl are against it, but I personally want to see them. Liz Dufour has them. Trying to figure out now how to get them.

Saw one on Law & Crime newscast. It was just a photo of the living room at Chris Sr's trailer. From a distance, it didn't look like there was anything graphic, just a room with furniture.

During James Manley's testimony, the courtroom camera showed a few photos, including Dana's living room with kitchen beyond. Also a few shots of her bedroom and bed with covers pulled up. You couldn't see anything graphic.

Just a Boy, I re-watched that video of Angela describing Jake's account of the murder of Chris Sr. You're right, she said something about Jake going back to the barn where there was a grow op while Billy and GW4 moved the bodies, then they all went next door to check out Frankie's place. Said Billy came out hysterical, etc. because he had to shoot Chris and Gary.

Not sure I would read too much into that. She asked about JW because LE alleged that Jake had sent James a text the night of the murders. James never received a text from him. I've always suspected it was one of Jake's hacking tricks or something, as they were trying to set James up to take the blame then. Asking if he knew Jake established that he didn't know him well, only casually through family holidays.

Parker is still dropping hints & red herrings that James was involved in the murders. So AC needed to ask that question.

The other question about Billy, JMO, was to make clear that James wasn't involved in or aware of any of the drug business. That was another rumor being pushed on social media and elsewhere back in 2016, 2017 - that James was involved in dealing drugs for Chris Sr. (he wasn't) AC needed to establish that James didn't know anything about Chris's grow op and he didn't know Billy, only to see him a couple times over at Chris's house. He said they were talking.

It's never been alleged or rumored that James knew GW4. He didn't. He really didn't know or hang out with any of the Wagners. If there was any advantage the defense could have gotten by claiming GW4 was friends with James Manley, they would have asked him that when they questioned him.

I was just looking up the time line of when DeWine put out the "persons of interest" announcement (6/21/17) when they went to Alaska, the search of the Peterson Rd house (5/12/17) and James' arrest over destroying the tracker on his car. (5/16/17).

I have always wondered why James was being tracked in the first place and when/what happened to make them finally decide he wasn't involved.

I can't find the words to describe how awful that whole thing must have been for the Manley family, in addition to losing them -- in addition to finding them murdered.

Per the video the reporter stated JW and JM were texting at 2 am. So was that AW creating an alibi for JW? We learned yesterday JW, BW, GW left their phones at home. I wonder what the texts between them said?

According to James he didn't have any minutes left on his phone and therefore DID NOT receive a text from Jake.

I know this to be true since my youngest GS's are on a minutes only phone so my son can limit the time they spend on the phone instead of doing homework. If someone texts my youngest GS, as I did, after his minutes run out he doesn't get the text. I was mad as an old wet hen once because I texted him to ride his bicycle to my house and water my plants and never got a reply nor a glimpse of him doing what I asked. I called my son a couple hours later to complain about it and he said my young GS's minutes had ran out and he would not get anymore until the 15th of the month when they buy minutes for both young GS's. My GS escaped a lecture about respecting Elders because of that.

James looked at George many times during testimony. No expression on his face though. I could almost read his mind though.

Im not the least bit surprised the defense is taking the mexican/drug rabbit hole defense. Im just surprised some want ro prop up the theory, when there is no evidence. They cant seem to get these murders was about power and control, over a child. The cartel will not kill an entire bloodline over a chump change MJ grow. This is a big RED HERRING. JMO

I always wondered if the tracker being put on James Manley's vehicle was for the Wagner's protection ( and to a lesser extent to preserve their investigation) vs James Manley being a suspect in anything. LE might have worried in the days after this massacre that someone in the family might take revenge. Perhaps after waiting a year and the appearance of no LE progress, James Manley might have started to look into who actually did this.

The weed was located on the top of the garage. Look at CRSR garage next to his residence. On the backside there were steps leading to an upper level room. That is where his bud was. BW & CRSR went up there and walked back down when BW got cold feet. Once they killed CRSR JW knew that CR still had the keys in his pocket. He went in CR home and retrieved the keys to go back up to the grow. The only logical answer was to steal his weed. I believe LE removed the stairs leading to the grow room when they removed the trailers. If u look at the older chopper photos from the time of the murders you will see the stair leading up to the 2ns level of the garage.

I need to see more evidence that George was even at the crime scenes. Or that he even knew what was going down that night. They have a witness to him going with Jake and Angie to buy a truck. Big Whoop!!!. No crime there. I went with my GS to buy one.

Please keep in mind this trial is for George only. They are not trying all 4 W's. So whatever evidence they have against Jake or Angie does not automatically transfer to George.

So far the only evidence they have against George is Jake and Angie's statements. No wonder the defense got up on day one and asked what this all had to do with his client George.

While AC may have sucked Jake and Angie's story down with a straw I don't believe a word they say. Besides much of what AC outlined yesterday is hearsay from Jake and Angie, ESPECIALLY Angie who Jake claims was at home asleep. Even that doesn't sound plausible. Supposedly she sent her husband and two sons out to murder 8 people in 4 homes where in any one of those homes and indeed in Chris Sr's he was awake and could have gotten to a gun and killed all three of them and she goes to bed and SLEEPS. I call BS on that one.

I need evidence. Not hearsay and a story unsupported by evidence from Jake.

My opinion is Jake killed them all by himself. No stretch there. Get the drop on Chris Sr with the .40 cal, shoot Gary, no time to reload the .40 so go next door to Frankies and crawl through a window and kill them both in their sleep with the .22, run over to Kenny's while he is asleep and kill him with the reloaded .40, then back to Dana's and kill them all in their sleep with the reloaded .22.

Entirely possible to do. A guy in Canada killed 10 people and injured 19 others with a KINIFE.

Angie may have been the only one Jake told what he was going to do. This is looking like a jealous rage when Hannah refused to put his name on KR's birth certificate and move to Alaska with him.

AC said yesterday that the Wagners driving over to Kenneth's were caught on security camera video. May have been Kenneth's security cam, but may also have been security cameras at that house or Church on the way to Left Fork Rd. But AC said you could see them drive up in Chris Sr's truck and also the murder truck.

The confused way the murders happened at the different locations that night is crazy. They went to most of those murder scenes at least twice. They were at Chris Sr's house multiple times that night. How did no one see them?

So far, AFAIK, there's the shoeprint evidence and security cam video. AC mentioned them being on video at Kenneths. She said GW4 was sent to guard the driveway to Kenneth's place.

They may also have some video from Chris Sr's place, though so far they haven't talked at all about the security cam video there. They may be saving it for later.

From earlier evidence presented in discovery and at pre-trial, they have evidence of George buying supplies.

100% agree that Angela & Jake were on these message forums after the murders. I also Believe George also. There was about 3 that seemed to work as a team to keep pointing to other suspects whenever someone on the forum would mention the custody of sophia. I am positive this will come out in the trial somehow.
