Did he testify yesterday and opted out????
yes, it was enlightening, especially the amount of money he said Cr Snr had at times, and he finally confirmed BW and CRsr were in the drug business together

I'm back and forth watching some. A lot of what they're discussing as evidence shows Gary Rhoden, including blood, correct? Is that blood on the front porch?

I think what they're doing here is they're laying out a map of the evidence collected at 4077 UHR, combine with photos, perspective, DNA evidence, etc. Ultimately, I think all of this is going to be combined into the FARO scans. That will give everyone a 3D "picture" or video of each part of the crime scene. In this case, it could show video of outside of Chris's trailer, where Chris stood, where Gary was, where the killers were when they shot each victim. It might also show how many killers there were and where they were standing when they shot the victims.

At this point, AFAIK, the BCI agent said the other agents hadn't arrived with the FARO scanner yet.

Shouldn't speculate, but it looks like the victims were outside the trailer before they were killed. Will see if this matches up with Jake's confession
Seems like Gary's Mtn Dew can and cig butts, especially the one with the ash still intact, is what they want to use to show they were talking outside prior. He said he swabbed the blood on the porch and it was Gary's. Beyond interesting.

The point is to show where the victim was located at a given point in time. In this case, its where the victim was standing or lying when he bled onto a surface. They're going to put all the data together and show a reconstruction of where everyone stood, walked, fell, etc. before and after they were killed. It will also show where the killers were standing, moving to, etc. at the same time. They'll also be able to review ballistics and show how far away the killer was, if they were standing, kneeling, etc in relation to the victims. Maybe how tall they were, etc.
GR blood on grass outside is important as state could argue he was shot outside, then possibly forced back inside (as I doubt you would voluntarily go into the house if you had people shooting at you, you would likely try to run away, but the issue with blood evidence is you can't date it, and unless the BCI agent testifies it was wet then his blood could have got on the grass at any time,

Could be transfer of blood from walking inside the trailer then outside???? just a guess

A lot of photo evidence was presented this morning in court. The viewing public not present in courtroom witnessed only a small fraction of it.

What if Jake's proffer supports the theory that they were outside talking? He would have no idea what blood, DNA, soda, cigarette, door handle, bullet trajectory, etc they had, he would just be telling this story and if the evidence all supports that, then I think it's valuable evidence to corroborate his version.

The blood on the porch was unexpected. Gary was shot in the head. Wouldn't that have immobilized him? If he was outside and got shot or vice versa, how did he end up inside?

It's possible he was standing close enough to the front door that the blood spatter reached the front porch.

As for Mountain Dew can and cigarettes, yes, they could have been outside talking at some point. I was thinking he also could have been walking over from Frankies? The cig butts, etc. were in the grass to the right of the porch.

Also noticed they found a .40 cal shell inside. No ballistics info for the others.

Is it possible camera movement is somewhat restricted so camera won't accidentally film something it shouldn't

It's possible to have preset stops depending on the model.

Happened to think, there could be some lag if this is controlled wireless and from a separate location.

Having more than one camera would have solved this. I've been in trials with eight cameras lined up, it's tough to stand there through a trial. Remote operation can be a good thing, done right.

I thought the story of Billy's big drug deal was interesting. He talked Chris into going "out west" with him on a big drug deal. In a truck, lots of weed. Chris changed his mind by the time they got to Cincinnati. Got out and had someone come pick him up. Apparently, something didn't sit well with him. For non-locals, Cincinnati is only an hour or 2 drive from UHR.

Brett Hatfield also said Chris sold his grow op weed supply to someone in Cincinnati. It sounds like that was all he did, grow his own stuff and sell it there. It sounds like he didn't want any part of Billy's big drug deals. JMO

I've been eagerly waiting for BCI to find and give us bullet casing dna results.
I've caught you all up had a quick bite to eat and now going for a coffee and a smoke. It's cooler here today so need a jacket I think.

Let's all chill and smoke one. Maybe watch a little Cheech and Chong or listen to some Snoop Dogg. Nobody cares about the MJ and no one thinks the R's were killed by the cartel.

We all know the Wagners killed the R's over child custody. Jake and Angie confessed to it.

All this MJ stuff is just noise the defense is making. Just something to have a little fun with while we are staring at that Yankie flag and THE BOOK.

They could at least put up the legend stars and double bars and play us a little Dixie while we wait. Maybe just on days that end with a Y so y'all Northerners get equal time. lol

JMO
The whole marijuana grow thing was all distraction anyway. People see drug cartels around every corner...but I'm impressed at people who can grow any kind of useful crop. I just put CBD cream on a spot on my foot that has been dry and itchy for years and now it's finally clearing up. Millions of people are using medical marijuana. But that's all the defense has--a bunch of literal smoke and mirrors.

I thought the witness said all those shots in the door were .40 cal. Though I saw two small holes that I thought could've been .22 cal, or drilled. Witness did mention one larger hole that was drilled, and had a larger bullet hole beside it.

There was a hole in the siding that looked like the bullet was tumbling, I would guess .30 cal. Another hole in the laminate flooring, is that the bullet found under the floor? I thought that was under the bedroom.

Can and Cig could have been from earlier in the evening. I am thinking only one victim originally outside but still contemplating.

Id donate 50 bucks to the cause. Unless JW and AW opt in, i dont think the snippets we get from the press will give us a full picture. It is bad enough to not see the non verbals and hear the voice inflections.

I felt for Mr Stone. He was raked across hot coals on another site in 2016 and 2017. It broke my heart seeing him relive that day. Personally, i think it is why many are opting out. They dont want every word or emotion dissected by armchair lawyers and pundits, as people like Mr Stone and even some of the Rhoden family experienced. Jmo
Me, too. I would also like a transcript of TC's (George's X) testimony. I'm researching cases where families interfere with custody, up to and including the point of murder. She was lucky to get out alive.

CC isn't available to me and others today. Wonder why you can and we can't.

I'm not Betty but I think that's from the L&C website, it's the L&C youtube that's missing CC.

I'm stuck with youtube.
