I don't understand the significance of submitting DNA of one of the victims, it's not disputed that the victim was present. Unless maybe there's defendant DNA to be presented next?

They pick up whatever is at the crime site and test it to see whose DNA it has. They're just showing all the forensics.

GR blood on grass outside is important as state could argue he was shot outside, then possibly forced back inside (as I doubt you would voluntarily go into the house if you had people shooting at you, you would likely try to run away, but the issue with blood evidence is you can't date it, and unless the BCI agent testifies it was wet then his blood could have got on the grass at any time,

Agree but even if the blood is from GR and is outside I would think by the time BCI got to it that it would be dry

It's possible to have preset stops depending on the model.

Happened to think, there could be some lag if this is controlled wireless and from a separate location.

Having more than one camera would have solved this. I've been in trials with eight cameras lined up, it's tough to stand there through a trial. Remote operation can be a good thing, done right.

Limited camera movement, probably presets and remotely controlled as you suggested. Judge nixed second camera in his pretrial ruling along with the opt-outs ruling. I think judge dislikes media or distrusts. MOO

IMO the dogs knew the Ws... and were maybe put in another building or something before the attack.
But it is very odd.

JMO but many people overestimate dogs, including owners. They could've just been gun shy, as soon as the first shot is fired they bug out. Some dogs will be triggered into defense just by angry voices. Others will attack without warning or being provoked.

It has been suggested that the dogs were well acquainted with and friendly towards the Wagners. Perhaps one of the murderers was assigned to securing the dogs while two other murderers began the killings? Just a thought.

Sorry Judge, this testimony is completely useless to me. Not wasting the afternoon on this.

Anyone outside the courtroom can't tell what is being discussed. We can't become familiar with the evidence, ID numbers, trajectories, etc.

Ok, think I just saw a damaged window. One out of many "BE's" discussed in this session.

I think if there was a meeting as has been suggested, then the dogs were likely okay with the fact the Wagner's were there because their owner was okay with them being there. If they really did walk up the the grow area and back toward the house, then the dogs were maybe either inside or put up or simply just okay with the W's because they were there for a few minutes talking with CRsr before the shooting started.

It sounds like the ballistic evidence they're discussing now came from bullets that injured the victims, then landed elsewhere. A lot of shooting was done around the recliner/rocker chair.

Bullet that landed underneath the trailer came from inside the residence, according to the BCI agent

I think this crime scene was likely the most complicated of them all because the men were awake and supposedly having a meeting beforehand. They were outside and inside, then bodies were drug through the house, bullets were flying all over possibly from outside and inside. I think the other 3 scenes will be less complicated to explain and go over the evidence of. Maybe Kenneth's house would also be a little more complicated.
