The state has made motions that AW and JW are not to be allowed to make telephone calls or receive mail. or have access to any media between start of trail and until they testify, the jails they are in are also to try to keep other inmates from telling them anything about the traial, I can't access the court site to get the motions as it keeps kicking me out as I am not in US

Maybe I’m seeing things but when this last agent Big Todd Fortner was talking about not having any problem negotiating the hallway to the bedroom with his Faro equipment George got all out of sorts and frantically scratched something on paper to have his lawyer read it. Made me giggle

I hope he's really anxious. Still wouldn't compare to how the victims felt that night when they realized what was happening. Anxious and betrayed.

4777 trajectory analysis, no shell casings found, bullet under trailer told to me by Agent Hanshaw, BE 13, entrance hole into floor, used rods to try to work out trajectory, going over photos of where the bullet went into floor, trajectory rods in photo, muzzle of weapon fairly close to hole, cut out floor to see underneath, (blood in photos so we can't see them) strike of bullet into floor joist, tracked bullet into the ground under trailer, Agent Durst went under trailer to get bullet, (levity in court as photo of back end of Agent Durst under trailer is shown,) photo of projectile, hollow point pistol projectile, that had not expanded, hollow point usually goes into human tissue and expands normally to make a larger wound, this one not expanded, projectile collected, shown to jury, projectile examined by firearm/toolmark examiners at lab, didn't hit soft tissue, hollow point needs liquid/soft tisue to expand, if hits something hard like wood, bone just goes through and doesn't expand,

Yes, it's been called a bush hog, it actually looks more like a finish mower, designed to attach to a 3 point hitch on a farm tractor. Looks reasonably new to me.

I either took most of photos or other agent did with my camera, photos of long guns, 16 long guns, shotguns etc., guns listed in inventory, 2 handguns, carbine handgun, CR had some lethal guns, pity they were in safe, he had a semi-automatic gun, he had a Mach 11, could be converted to fully automatic, cash turned over to sheriffs dept,

I arrived 1.50pm till gone 12pm, little over an hour to do scans, rods smaller than the holes the bullet made, (defense just told jury and witness he knew little about guns but is now talking like an expert MY OPINION) going over where he though the shooter was in yard when shot at house
back to scan, into kitchen, down hallway, trail of blood to bedroom zoom in on blood (chair to left) by cabinet, measure from edge of cabinet blood trial to top leg of wooden chair width - (missed measurement) on chair trash bag,

one redirect going over where bullets were fired from yard,
