Tracker for hunting dog comes to mind. Didn't FR have coon hounds out back? FR's social security card was in the safe too.

Air Tag wasn't a thing yet, vehicle trackers were, but very expensive to use. Some auto dealers do use them, for repossessions.

Good idea. Those dogs can be very expensive. I also noted most of the long guns Chris had in his safe were hunting guns, or so they looked to me.

I was considering this today, not because I want to see them, but because the state is going to have to discuss them at some point. They'll have to connect the ballistics and other evidence to the wounds the victims received. Again, puzzle pieces put together to show who did what to whom and how.

JMO only, but they may have to go into more detail than the preliminary AT, but probably not all the details of final AR. Maybe. OTOH, they may have to go into some detail to match ballistics and other evidence, time of death, which killer shot whom, etc.
Ohio made the wrong decision on their ruling on autopsies. It's not about this specific case that I'm very bothered by it. A couple cases come to mind though. Ohio needed more transparency, not less. Just my 2 cents.

What are your thoughts on Fred? Do you think she and Angela are cut from the same cloth? There must be a reason that GW3 was drawn to that type of personality. On the other hand, given his tattoo to commemorate the whole sordid affair, I guess he comes with plenty of meanness and heartlessness all on his own.

They were adults, JW and GW4, so they deserve whatever justice is served. But a small part of me feels they never had a chance with parents like that. The cycle will be broken with their children. It's just so sad that Hannah and the rest of the Rhoden family isn't here to enjoy it.
I am really curious about that dynamic because 2 strong women like that? Yikes. I wonder how ole FW felt about AW.

When that came out....I wondered if that relative ever contacted LE in the aftermath of the massacre that hey, someone who knew those people gave me a truck first thing the morning after the murders. If they did voluntarily tell LE.....how long after the massacre was it. a few days, a month, a year, when MIke Dewines press conference asked anyone with infomation about weapons, vehicles, etc. Just something I wondered.
I wondered this also! I mean Billy doesn't seem like the giving time, even with family I could be wrong, but seems to me he would be more of the "people owe me stuff mentality".. I generally feel people are innocent and just don't want to believe their family member are capable of evil acts. BUT, your uncle shows up BEFORE THE SUN IS UP out of the blue with a truck. Then, it was stated she had it registered in her name that same day. The news was likely breaking about all these murders early that day since bodies were found in the 8-9am hour. I don't know maybe Billy just sold the story well and came up with a reason to have this truck. I just think how did someone not see a red flag.

I would hope no one would do that, and even more so... post it. Way too many eyes and ears. MOO
Breaking attorney client privilege. The camera would be turned off quicker than we could post.

As to the make up of the jury and alternates, has it been published the race, age or occupation of the jurors

I only got a quick glance at the gun pictures, but I didn't see any long guns that couldn't be hunting guns.

Wouldn't be surprised if some of those were accumulated on car sales. $xxxx in cash and these two guns for the truck?

AC mentioned in opening statement about AW sitting on her son and DIL's (JW and EW I think) bed and discussing their intimate relations.

I have a totally creepy thought and sincerely pray I am wrong. How possible is it that she did the same with JW and HMR when HMR stayed at the W's house and HMR was underage? Could AW have encouraged JW to have sex with HMR in order to intentionally get her pregnant so AW would have more kids to claim as her own? Don't know if AW would have done that since they weren't married.
That behavior is so disgusting. That reminds me of Josh Powell's father. I wonder what other prior bad acts are in Angela's history?

I'd bet they butted heads on a regular basis!! Even competed with each other!! I have gotten the impression that FW did not like AW

They shouldn't get that option, moo. They're convicted felons, wards of Ohio Corrections.

The artile Death in the foothills someone posted a few pages back is really good.

In that article, it's mentioned that CRsr was helping Gary to get off the drugs. He took him to work and it said he took most of his pay to hold it for him and then went shopping with him (assuming here so he couldn't buy drugs and I'm also assuming hard drugs, not marijuana). So with that info, I wonder if some of the cash in the safe was Gary's that CRsr was holding for him?

I bolded that lasts line because I literally laughed. I was thinking WHERE is he going with this and then read that line and thought well sometimes defense lawyers aren't really going anywhere but a big nowhere. lol
So when I did have a chance to watch part of the trial today, I happened to be watching when parker was asking about the three handguns. It was not so much the white handled revolver that parker was bringing the Jury's attention to. It was the one that looked like an UZI. I think it the witness thought it was a Tac9 or Tac10. It is my opinion that Parker was purposely bringing this particular gun to the Jury's attention.

Right. Why would they say George was involved at all? Why say , well, he didn't shoot but on the other hand he did all these other things.

Prosecution said they had enough evidence to convict George without the proffers. Add in the proffers to verify their evidence and it makes Jake and Angie's testimony compelling.

My thoughts on this is that when Jake made his proffer, he already knew the evidence that the state had against George .. the shoe print .. so I think he knew he couldn't say that George wasn't there that night because AC wouldn't believe him. So I think that he devised the story of George being there, however he didn't shoot anyone. That way he can hopefully get him a lesser sentence. MOO because I still don't believe that George didn't shoot that gun outside CRsr's home.

Is this the notebook being discussed? If so, it also says "Jo" on it with dates. I assumed Jo is BJM and Billy is BM who was with her the morning of 4/22/16 keeping track of their time so CR Sr. could pay them. BM also testified he was working for CR Sr. for payment of a vehicle.

Hanshaw is discussing the log book where Bobby Jo Manley and Billy Morgan wrote down their hours. The last entry in the log book: April 21, 2016. The day before the murders
@LawCrimeNetwork

I believe it is.

There were about 16 long guns and 3 smaller guns in that safe. It makes complete sense to me the R's family's guns would be kept in a safe location where no children or minors were living.

My grandfather was a dentist during the depression. You can't believe the items he traded in kind for his dental services. With butchers, craftsmen, farmers, etc.

I'm sure CRsr did the same when others couldn't pay for their car repairs.
