If he went along and drove a truck, he's building of aggravated murder. Helped move a body? Aggravated murder. Guarded a door? Aggravated murder.
Eh, the criminalists were incompetent, evidence got tainted, and there was a racist cop so the defense could discredit the prosecution's case. That's why OJ walked. And the defense attorneys were smarter while the prosecution played to the TV. None of that applies in this case.Yikes... don't mention OJ's shoes. There is tape, pictures and evidence given that you owned those shoes.
OJ- No I didn't.
Jurors- OK, we believe you
I mean without fingerprints or DNA they don't have any physical or forensic evidence that ANY of them were there.
What they do have is evidence that no one else was there either. No fingerprints or DNA at all for anyone, Wagner or otherwise.
They have their statements and behavior AFTER this crime. They have recovered weapons/ weapons parts where one participant said they were. One of the weapons being the exact one George preferred to use. They have the mother's statements that she bought the shoes for her sons to use and they have video of her doing it, the receipt for them, and video of her boys and their kids sitting in the car at Walmart while she did it. They have the 2 different size shoe prints at the scene. They have George buying fuel filters, just before the crimes that just happened to be used for silencers in the crimes. They have George signing custody papers just before this and it was all a fake (no way he didn't know those papers were fraudulently created/done). He helped modify that truck they bought. They might not have a "smoking gun", but what they do have points directly at this family and all of them participating. If his defense is going to be, he knew nothing, did nothing, not involved at all, he is going to lose. If his defense is going to be, he was coerced, he went to protect Jake, he was afraid for his life if he didn't participate, he was controlled and abused growing up, etc. He might have a better chance at winning some of the counts.
Haha! You're right! I was giving him too much credit.Billy never says “Your Honor”. Otherwise, Perfect!
could somebody type me a succinct list of who shot who and with what gun, thanks, can you type out full name of gun as calibers etc. mean very little to me, sorry to be a pain but could you add the caliber of bullet each gun fired
In this case the SKS is the .30 (high powered rifle)is the .22 the SKS I know very little about guns
Jake's proffer allegedly says Jake fired the 1911 colt .22 and SKS .30 shots and Billy fired the Glock .40 shots.could somebody type me a succinct list of who shot who and with what gun, thanks, can you type out full name of gun as calibers etc. mean very little to me, sorry to be a pain but could you add the caliber of bullet each gun fired
I hope the Prosecutor knows this gun and ballistic stuff is like speaking a foreign language to us and probably the jury.
it needs to be simplified.
thanks, may I ask one further question, the 1911 Colt is that the brand name or is that when it was manufactured,Jake's proffer allegedly says Jake fired the 1911 colt .22 and SKS .30 shots and Billy fired the Glock .40 shots.
were there 3 guns used, the one that shot into CRsr that is an SKS, which is .30 caliber, then another gun that shot CRsr and GR, was that the Glock, and then one more gun for the others, anybody know what that was,
I am beyond confused, admittedly it doesn't take much, and I only caught the last bit of testimony, but I can't seem to match up the guns, caliber and which scene they were used atI hope the Prosecutor knows this gun and ballistic stuff is like speaking a foreign language to us and probably the jury.
