IMO JW shot CR Sr. in the forearm with the SKS .30 Cal rifle (long gun) from outside the trailer, BW shot CR Sr., GR and KR with the .40 (caliber) Glock (brand) handgun with Hornaday (brand) hollow point bullets, JW shot FR, HHG, DR, HMR and CR Jr. with the .22 (caliber) Colt 1911 LR (brand) handgun with Remington (brand) bullets. LR stands for long rifle, it is the type of bullet, it is longer than a standard .22 bullet (has more gunpowder). Evidence photos below, sorry, don't have photos of .40 Cal Glock handgun or .30 Cal SKS rifle yet! And it has not been stated what brand of bullets came out of the .30 rifle. HTH!
thanks so much for this post, I finally understand all the guns and ammunition

Forget if it was Nancy Grace during the Casey Anthony trial, but, remember "absence of evidence is NOT evidence of absence".

Are we already for today? I found Matt White yesterday very interesting.

TY! This is so very helpful. It should be repeated on every page.Thank you.

I wonder. The only question is, was it really JW who fired the SKS .30 Cal rifle from outside or was it really G4 who did that. It’s a he said, he said.
G4 Lawyer’s weird statement of G4 shot no body would be semi correct as the shot basically hit the door frame, and CR arm ( not body)

This is good to remember.

GW4's attorneys have worked very hard for the last couple of years to bamboozle some folks into thinking the evidence against the Wagners was weak when, in reality at least 2 defense teams (and probably 3) realized they stood little chance of winning.

"Bamboozle" is the correct word. It's significant that Angela's defense team recommended a plea deal, and a deal that ensures she will be old--and "prison old"--if she ever gets out. She won't see her kids or grandkids again. She wasn't on site but the defense had to be convinced she would be found guilty on the conspiracy and aggravated burglary charges, regardless that she was not at the murder scenes.

BBM "...30 years for Angela, who wasn't at any of the murder scenes."
I still find this as significant.
GW4 did exactly as she did: bought a truck (instead of shoes.) BUT was physically in attendance (AW wasn't.) Conspiracy, is what will get him.
My useless 2 cents.
I can add my 2 cents, too. My guess is that no one on the jury will really believe that George did "nothing" at those murder scenes. What we know for sure is that he didn't call the police or stop the killings. And that matters. The conspiracy charge makes the argument that GW4 wasn't there irrelevant.

Well looks like the ballistics guy just agreed with JW proffer that GW4 couldn't see so Jake took the gun and fired that outside shot? Is that what I just heard him say "the oil filter would obstruct the sighting"

They were then came back to a witness that opted out of being recorded, see my above post from
Evan Millward.

I find it hard to understand how any of the witnesses that work for BCI or any LE can opt out, part of their job is to come to court and testify, and if your testimony is recorded then that too is included in what your job entails, I assume they are happy for the taxpayers to pay their salary, and if they are then taxpayers should be able to see them testify

the coroner, firearms examiner, CSI all testified live without an issue, I can't see a footwear expert having anything to worry about,

I think what this judge has allowed with each and every witness given that paper to opt out will set a precedent for the future now I'm afraid.

Well the witness are indeed testifying in open court and their testimony is recorded by the court reporter. They are just opting out of being broadcast on video. While I have never seen this option given, I don't see anything wrong with it. Very few trials are video broadcast.

He is good! I like that he's a "normal" guy and he speaks like an expert, but not using language that is too expert like that average people not knowing about firearms can't understand.

I'm starting to think that maybe GWIII handed the Glock to GWIV and told him to shoot KR...every "man" had to commit. That could be why KR never got a second or third shot like the others. Just some thoughts

Oh well. IMO-everyone here and probably watching online wanted to hear this testimony. Now I'm frustrated.
While her testimony would be nice to hear, the world renowned expert will be coming up and I would think he would agree to be on camera. It's good for business and he was recorded during other hearings and is exceptional at explaining it all!
