CRjr's car was up on a jack because CRsr took the wheel off and hid the lugnuts, because CRjr was in trouble. Now we know.

April M was outside ((hospital) smoking when JW showed up after the murders, showed no emotion, "emotionless". Did not behave as someone who had just lost someone he claimed to love. Wanted to take Kylie. JW was told he couldn't take the baby and he needed to leave.

AM saw the Wagners at the funeral, JW's hair was dyed and BW had bruises on his face.

Jake showed up at the hospital after the murders and wanted to take Kylie. April said he was emotionless. Not sad about the deaths. Just wanted to take Kylie. He wasn't allowed to take her. WTH.

Billy Wagner was at the funeral with bruises on his face.
Noticed Jake had changed hair color.

Note to AC: Make sure to mention that GW4 was at the funeral too.
Looking at photo of Jake with dyed hair being interrogated. April says that's the way his hair looked at the hospital.

April provided her DNA and phones to BCI.
Had visited Dana when she moved in to new place. Helped her decorate. Didn't attend baby shower. Had been at Dana's the Wednesday before the murders. Went with her son Cody. Dana and kids were there. Jake showed up at some point. She went because Dana needed her drill, kids had damaged front door.

Jake said he was there to set up a baby bed for Kylie that had been Sophia's.

April grew up on Loy's Run Rd, Wagners owned the property all around them

Billy came up with Kenneth to hospital the night CR1 was in hospital beaten with a 2x4. Billy was wearing a gun. He and Kenneth were talking about getting revenge on whoever beat up Chris Sr.

Saw George at Sophia's birthday parties at Wagner residence on Peterson Rd. Never saw Angela Wagner much, just at Sophia's parties.
She didn't interact much with Jake Wagner. Didn't get along with him. He didn't treat Hanna well. Jake was chasing her around at high speed, just after she got her drivers license. April told her to hide. Chris Sr rescued her. Jake threatened Hanna and said he would take away everything he gave for the baby and she would have nothing. Jake had told Hanna he didn't like April Manley because she was too nosy, tried to protect Hanna.

Chris had to go get Hanna. Jake was very controlling.


Billy also showed up once when Hanna May was in a car accident.

Missed a couple of things. Defense has been objecting about the line of questioning that is showing that Jake was controlling and threatening to Hanna May

I think there's too much focus and detail on everyone except George. This may confuse the jury.

Questioning had something to do with Tabitha, but AC wasn't allowed to ask

April didn't know a whole lot about Chris Sr annual fireworks show

Brett Hatfield, Brandon and Jake Rhoden, Spielman, Cody, etc. were friends of Frankie.

George or Jake Wagner never came with Frankie to April's house

Frankie's trailer had new locks. Brently had got out and went to Chris Sr. and the kids didn't know. Put chain locks towards the top where Brantley couldn't get them.

Hanna May's closes friend was Kendra Rhoden - Kenneth's daughter.

Hanna never said the baby Kylie was anyone else's besides Charlie Gilley

Wasn't present at birth of Kylie when Jake came to hosp.

Asked Jake to bring Sophia to her son's wedding reception. They wanted to see her. He brought her at the end. He only allowed her to see Sophia one other time at Brently's birthday party. Parents kept trying to get Jake to visit with Sophia but he wouldn't do it. Objection

April only saw Sophia twice after the murders
Took gifts to Sophia at Jake's once and they were not allowed to see her.

Didn't go to or into any of the other crime scenes at time of murders

Text messages from Jake Wagner at 3 am. It wasn't her cell phone. Chadburne texts on that phone. Said James used her phone to call his boss. Talking about the alleged text from Jake Wagner
Frankie's residence had been Dana's before her new home. She visited Dana often. Chris Sr lived next door then. Dana resided in new residence about 30 days. Going over how much Chris Sr payed for the house. Acting like April is lying about how much Chris paid for Dana's house. Acting like she is lying. Asking her about Chris Sr having lots of cash. Chris Sr gave James Manley $5000 when James had legal trouble.

Mentions Chris was in hospital being beaten. She doesn't know circumstances.

JMO, AC needs to help make the point, if she can, that people like the Manley's didn't mess with the Wagners because of the power and influence of the family in that area.

It's like he's deliberately trying to traumatize her all over again. He's trying to undermine her confidence, acting like she's lying about things or that the victims and surviving family members are not trustworthy people. Bringing up things from the past in a way that makes the victims and surviving family look bad.

Some question he asked about Jake's messaging the night of the murders. I can't believe Nash is going there, but it sounds like he's going to try to plant the lie AGAIN that James and April Manley were involved in the murders.

What's the big deal with Chris Sr having fireworks shows? What's the defense's point about that? Someone posting here recently brought that up, too. Why do supporters of the Wagners think that's relevant?

ETA: Recall discussion here a couple weeks ago, slamming Chris Sr about his fireworks show. AFAIK,that had never been discussed in the news media or pre-trial until the defense brought it up.
