These guys keeping him talking. Asking him about something Chris said about "a storm is coming". "What do you think that would mean? He was worried." Billy deflecting again, blaming the "black kids" from Chillicothe this time.

Audio done.

He has not shut up! He is nervous!

  • #965
they can't get rid of him now
Finally, that interview is over. What a crazy-talking-abrasive-voice on Billy Wagner. Interview, an hour and a half? Poor jury.
ETA to add correct length of interview.

"this place is a #@&*hole and nobody gives a %$#@." Well that statement is true from what I have seen throughout this case. The residents, particularly the children, do not stand a chance of succeeding in this world outside of their insular community. They will survive on governmental benefits, minimum amount of schooling, the "love" of their parents and families, but they will not thrive.

that was extraordinary, BW went from not even knowing CRsr grew weed to mentioning every dope dealer or grower in about 10 counties

From what we’ve learned from Tabitha’s testimony, GW4 also had a motive.

He and Angie had successfully fought and gaslighted Tabitha into letting him keep Bulvine and Tabitha out of his life. He fought that battle over a few years, including time in court. Hanna May was successfully fighting Jake as he tried the same. She was also collaborating online with Tabitha to do the same.

George now was going to have an expensive custody fight over Bulvine due to Hanna’s actions. He probably felt Hanna needed to be punished, too. He was no innocent bystander, he had motive, too.

JMO

ETA George knew of Hanna’s role in causing custody battles because the Wagners had hacked Hanna’s Facebook account and were reading the messages between them.
This sounds right to me. And for Angela, control of the grandkids (and getting more of them) was front and center. It occurs to me that as her sons got into their 20s, it would be harder for them to find docile, easily controlled women to breed with (I use that phrase deliberately; it's not like Angela sees these women as humans). Look at EW--she not only got out; she went right to the police.

Bw will plead before his trial. He is toast, IMO. His lawyers are still bilking the state

No, are you volunteering to listen again and transcribe? lol j/k

Wagner: "I loved Chris. He was my best friend. We were going to buy a bar on the beach, and get drunk and play with strippers."
https://twitter.com/jamespilcher

Wagner: "ain't a bunch of f-ing hillbillies that did that" referring to the murders. "That is some Seal Team 6 🤬🤬🤬🤬 right there." Says there was possible real money being lost because of Chris' drug dealers.

Billy is enjoying this attention the agents are giving him.
BW isn't, you can hear he has dry mouth at times, he swallows hard at times, any mention of the murders and he goes off on another let me tell you something ramble about drug dealers who lived on this road but I know nothing, CRsr never spoke more than 3 words a day, but those 3 words seemed to reveal everything about the local dealers, BW was so nervous he was hysterical at times,

and he just could not stop talking because if he did the agents would mention the murders and off he went again, I doubt I have heard anybody as nervous talking to LE in all my years trial watching

He isn't privy to GW4 court proceedings. So do you think his attorney will convince him.

Even though I am critical of the state's case I expect GW to be convicted on most if not all charges, and that won't be because the state proves every element BARD but because the jury will convict him as he is the only one on trial and somebody needs to be punished for these crimes, I think this Judge has allowed the state to show graphic photos well beyond the probative value, and irrespective of any things they may feel were not proved as well as they would like
think
the jury is only human, and it would be so easy to convict GW just because he is Wagner, I also think GW is guilty of many of the charges, but am firmly of the view he never shot anybody
I think this is premature until we have heard the testimony of JW and AW and heard the evidence about George's involvement in the planning, the killings and the coverup (guns, vehicles, moving bodies, etc.)

Did CRSr. and BW really know each for 18 years as BW said in the played interview?
