Imagine back that first week when we all were like WHAT the heck? Imagine then we were told well this one family just planned this for months and took them all out over custody. Nobody would believe it. We've had 6 years to hear every rumor, news report, article, then arrests, hearings, etc. We have came to the conclusion that wow this really did happen. The jury is supposed to be fairly uninformed or educated on this case so it's like they are getting the 6 year version in a few weeks. I can be patient.

You’re right. Initially and for a long time, I did not believe it could have been the Wagner Family over a matter of custody.

These messages between Tabitha and Hanna are very relevant. It reveals how GW4 pressured and abused her and reveals how, with Wagners hacking into these messages, their anger began to escalate.

People wonder how the Wagners could have chosen to make the decision to murder the Rhodens. Listening to Billy for a couple of hours should give us a good idea.

Doesn’t the Judge keep asking for foundation?
I don’t think Prosecution would have been granted a subpoena for wiretaps without foundation. This now, is foundation to look deeper into the Wagners. Wiretaps will be interesting.

Proves she would not have signed custody papers. George knew about those because he had the same ones made up for his own son and signed them. This is great info!

Again all of these messages were flags about custody of Sophia and the Wagner family - but we don't know what they are saying. Now she is being asked to share contents of messages with Tabitha Claytor - George's ex-wife. Again defense objects and back at bench.

Overuled so she can read the March 28 2015 message. Same one from yesterday that Claytor read. Claytor asks about Jake and Hanna pending custody dispute ... you know how Angela gets about kids

So it sounds like BW's phone was turned off, wherever it was. Two calls from CRsr around 11pm went to voicemail. 2-3 seconds duration, straight to voicemail.

Appears the fuss between attorneys that required discussion in chambers was over the FB power point demonstration created by prosecution. Judge is allowing messages to be read aloud however,

Odd this issue was not discussed and resolved pretrial before AC attempted to publish in court her power point demonstration of FB messages.

Yes, and this contrasts with Tabitha, who trusted and signed and lived to tell.

On cross - Eveslage cannot say for sure who exactly typed those Facebook messages. And that Billy Wagner only had one phone at the point

Am I hearing this right? Some of this has to do with a phone that various members of the Wagners were using in relation to the murders? Maybe a burner phone? Something was going on with a particular phone that made them focus on the Wags.

George is guilty as hell. I do not disagree with that at all. I want him to be found guilty, spend the remainder of his life in jail and I hope it is a long miserable life. I want this prosecutor to prove his guilt and convince the jury to put him away. He is on his way to being toast... we hope.
