Me too and it's muffled to my ear, not clear when they're talking in normal voice, only when they raise their voices. The difference could be the type of tvs we all have.

Angela admits she was not alone in the car when she bought the shoes at Walmart. Can't remember exactly who was in the car with her. The kids, etc.

JMO not sure what she means by the last part.

This was a good cop bad cop set up. The female agent was the bad cop. She is good. Imo.

I am not referring to the jury deciding guilt or innocence. I am referring to the jury being able to understand the importance of the various parts, (the evidence, the testimony, the interviews), as it goes along, as it is presented.
It’s only my opinion that the jury must be lost.
Im not asking the justice system to change procedures. I believe there are different ways to make important points more clear.

In the opening statement AC mentioned several times that things won't make sense as it's presented, but at the end it will tie all up and make sense. She apologized for how it was going to be presented, but she did say it will be done in chronological order and some things won't make sense until a later time. I think her telling the jury this several times was trying to prepare them so during the course of hearing testimony if they started thinking huh and how does this fit, they will just remember that she said it might not make sense until another time when the evidence presented can be explained by someone else.

She also got defensive and felt the need to explain about how when she gets in the car it's not like she's showing off what she bought right then.

I think this really shows how many of her answers just were off. Not giving an answer and then that was it, but needing to explain when the agent mentions something being off with the answer. She gets very defensive.

Did she say Frankie? People hunting on the land?? WHAT. Why would anyone random hunting on your land be leaving casing by your house? That would surely be alarming if random people hunting were shooting close enough to the house to leave casing in the area your husband/sons did target shooting.

Then her stumbling over the shoes and how they can't be the shoes that left prints at the crime scene. I don't know if I innocently bought my adult children shoes they didn't like and was asked about it in connection with a murder I didn't know anything about, then why the need to explain all the things? Just say I tossed them so they couldn't be used in any homicide. Next question.

I think it is so unfair to the defense that the jury do not get to hear JW interview, IMO it isn't justice if the state cannot win its case by concealing things from the jury, AC and her team have hung everything on JW who even though he has admitted to killing 5 people is now a paragon of virtue in their eyes, and according to AC remorseful for what he did,

the jury should get to hear the full story, and that includes JW denials and lies in this interview, but the state cannot do that, as once the jury get to hear JW interview, they may not believe a word he says when it comes time for him to testify,

IMO this is so wrong, but if the state feels it can only win its case by keeping information from the jury, then I have no respect at all for them,

They should have asked for an attorney as soon as the agents pulled up. Too smart for that! They wanted to know what LE knew. Then they didn't.
