Why would they not submit their own edits then or be allowed to listen and disagree on some of them, but allow others. There were some played that were very clearly able to be understood and other maybe not exactly, but the gist of the conversation was very clear.

I believe it was outside of the jury being there when they were on record talking about these recordings. She told the judge what was to come was 3-4 times more damning. I'll look for this exact info in the recording from yesterday and post it I find it.

Thanks so much. See if she mentions recordings from their shared truck. I think that's what I read unless I am mistaken. Been wanting to find that quote from her.

And want to find where I read about Jake actually being asked to set up the crib.

Prosecution laying foundation is like death by a thousand cuts.

Then why are they entered into evidence? If nobody is allowed to see them?
they can argue over them again at a later date, especially in relation to if the jury get to have them in deliberations,

That would be customer service though wouldn't it? Fraud Department is just to dispute a charge that you're billed for and you're saying you didnt purchase. My card was stolen and somebody used it etc...

True. I suppose it depends how Ws wanted to go about whatever they were trying to accomplish. Maybe they chose the nuclear option? I don't know, just guessing. :)

Oh well on re direct AC asked her if there was a call TO George first and she said yes. That makes sense. A strange purchase from China for a high amount and your card call you to make sure it is authorized. Then George/Angela whoever calls them back. Nice try defense making it sound like George had no idea about this purchase and was trying to dispute charges or something. Sounds like a standard practice for a CC to make contact with the cardholder if they suspect fraud. I'd imagine a large purchase from China would trigger an alert.

Ohhhh was it ordered from China? My kid once ordered sports jersey's from China, they took his money, nothing came.
Sssshush. I have a feeling my seat covers are coming from chiner, on a really slow boat I hope.

Ok, thanks, I hope the jurors get to use them if they need to...the older jurors may.

Since the first call was to GW the purchase may have been flagged as fraudulant and then he would have to return the call to approve it. This has happened to me before, esp. with large purchases.

OR

The purchase was made on a scam site and were trying to get the money back.

Little SR was showing him around the new home and DR was there talking also

Bingo! It's not about the crib to see the floor plan, instead he used his daughter to show him her new house.
All the while memorizing whose bedroom was whose and checking out the rest.

Wonder how he got in? I heard the front doors were not damaged and plastic was still covering a back entrance.

Well wouldn't that be some good irony if they purchased from a fraudulent site first?

I want to know why the fraud department called GW and then he called them in relation to his card, AW called the company about the jammer but there has beesn no evidence she purchased one
Maybe someone was using George's credit card to frame him for murder and that's why we are all here today?

I think the crib set-up was mentioned in opening arguments but also, someone on the stand (Kendra, maybe?) said either he was supposed to set up S's old crib, or that H had asked him to set up S's old crib.

Does that ring a bell?

I remember thinking that could explain why he was asked to help, he had set it up before or maybe the crib was even still at his house.

as would AW trying to use GW card when she rang customer service trying to purchase signal jammer, I doubt anybody would take the chance of purchasing an item all the way from China to arrive in US in time for murder, if that was your plan, I imagine they could have got items in the US way easier, GW item wasn't posted till March 21, 2016, murders happened on 21/22 April 2016,

the jury will have to decide how they look at the evidence, and whether they believe GW bought something to use in murders (according to state) from China barely 2 and a bit weeks before the murders happened,

Picked the lock? Lock pick tools were found during the truck/trailer search.

And I specifically remember it was said he kept putting it off then finally did. He didn't need to set up the crib to see the house or he would have run right over there and set it up immediatly. Nope, his daughter and Dana showed him the house according to above post. He probably knew and memorized the home's bedrooms and layout before he even bothered setting up the crib.

Sounds like it to me anyway.

I mean a month should be plenty of time and I'd say buying something like they did from China knowing they wouldn't be able to be forced to give over the information makes a lot of sense if what you were buying was going to be used in the murder of 8 people. They didn't have a set date in mind to commit these murders. They were waiting for Hannah to have the baby. So it's safe to assume they could have waited until things were received if they needed them for the murders.
