I mean a month should be plenty of time and I'd say buying something like they did from China knowing they wouldn't be able to be forced to give over the information makes a lot of sense if what you were buying was going to be used in the murder of 8 people. They didn't have a set date in mind to commit these murders. They were waiting for Hannah to have the baby. So it's safe to assume they could have waited until things were received if they needed them for the murders.

Eveslage did say something about the final price being higher, like maybe they paid extra for quicker shipment?

I recall back then, it could take six weeks on the slow boat, but air shipment is obviously quicker. edit ... and more expensive.

but they had the whole of the USA to make cash purchases, and it wasn't a month, it was shipped on 21st, and they knew HR was ready to give birth, they were in her business on FB and I imagine she told JW her due date when she gave him SW to parent whilst she gave birth, so I expect they had fixed on dates close to the date they did it,

For years we have wondered how they got into the 4 homes. I think it was said Kenny's was unlocked and that a knife was broken in Frankie's back door, then instead, Jake used a window and opened a door for the others.

That would explain why DR's dogs didn't raise a ruckus. Dogs know the sound of familiar vehicles. Now, if they were driving the "murder truck" with the false bed, I don't understand. Either way, the dogs were familiar with Jake so he wouldn't have had trouble with them while he picked the lock.

I really, REALLY want to hear Jake's testimony about the dogs. Never really a big deal for me, but it was a HUGE sticking point for many & it came up often. I want to hear which theory was right

phone calls were placed to the Cabela's Visa card fraud department on the same date: 3/16 and 3/17. That seems odd.

So, was George Wagner's Cabela's Visa used to purchase items without his knowledge? Remember, it appeared his Cabela's VISA and bill were found in the belongings on 41 on May 12, 2017 search. Did Angela have his card?

My first instinct with this family is they charged on the account, but then turned around and filed a fraud case. JMO

I think the crib set-up was mentioned in opening arguments but also, someone on the stand (Kendra, maybe?) said either he was supposed to set up S's old crib, or that H had asked him to set up S's old crib.

Does that ring a bell?

I remember thinking that could explain why he was asked to help, he had set it up before or maybe the crib was even still at his house.

I think it was said the crib was SR's baby crib.

Why would they not submit their own edits then or be allowed to listen and disagree on some of them, but allow others. There were some played that were very clearly able to be understood and other maybe not exactly, but the gist of the conversation was very clear.

I believe it was outside of the jury being there when they were on record talking about these recordings. She told the judge what was to come was 3-4 times more damning. I'll look for this exact info in the recording from yesterday and post it I find it.

Because the defense doesn't want the jury to have transcripts. The recordings are devastating. The defense would rather be able to say the recording segments are garbled and ambiguous. The Judge can't force a party to offer an exhibit, so the Defense just says "no." Maybe the judge will allow the Prosecution's transcripts in, but the Defense will object.

I think they did...it is in the opening. I am not convinced there was a dog at DR's. Did not hear any testimony about it or see any trace of a dog like we did at CRSr., FR and KR homes. JMO

Does seem odd, same day. Thought it may be because item purchased wasn't received, reason for fraud filed. Wonder if the call will be played in court? Calls are typically kept at least 7 years unless a legal hold placed and then call must be kept until further notice.
