I think you may be right. CN didn't stay that day, and hasn't been back. I can see them not wanting to be there. Even RJN hasn't shown back up for her grandson. A grandparent. It would be hard to accept but she knows.
Keep in mind, RN is full time caregiver for her mother and not a young woman herself. As for few in the courtroom, it puts a hardship on working folks to attend a lengthy trial. As much as they might want to be there to face GW, it may not be feasible. It's also emotionally draining. Some may have to pick & choose the days they can attend. I'm willing to bet they will do their best to be there for JW & AW testimony, when the jury comes back with the verdict and definitely for sentencing. Being able to watch it on their own time, without cameras watching them might be preferrable. These poor people have been in the spotlight long enough.

He said it was for George Wagner, so was it 4 or billy. I wish theyd clarify for the jury

Don't know, wondered the same thing.

Asking about why this area was searched, it sounded like it was AG Mike DeWine's direction.

My daughters dog has to take this prior to her vet appt to get her nails cut as she won't allow anyone to touch her feet/nails. FWIW

Yes, and an SSRI at that. Many mass shooters taking that type of drug.

Anyone catch the date on the bottle?

Good morning. Back at it with Pike Co. murder trial of George Wagner IV - more BCI returning to the stand including gun expert Matt White, analyst Julia Eveslage, and former agent Bryan White, who was very involved.

Looks like back to shoe evidence and possibly nets used to make brass catchers

Shoes.jpg

More evidence includes drill bits and SKS ammo magazine

Drill.jpg

Counsel for both sides now back in chambers.

Early lunch break and then a shorter day in the afternoon.

BCI special agent Ryan Scheiderer back on the stand - he led investigation.

BCI bought replicas of all the items that were in question that Wagners bought before the murders. We've seen them out as exhibits.

They bought a 1911 Walther Colt .22 - the same kind thought to be used in murders.

Also bought flashlight end caps - possibly used to build silencer

BCI also bought freeze plugs - but never actually built a silencer however - that's illegal for anyone to do.

The thread adapter for a 1911 Colt handgun and flashlights.

adapter1.jpg adapter2.jpg

Shows size 10.5 and 11 size shoes

Also the bug detector bought with George’s credit card and the brass catcher

Wasn't it said (in text or or captured on phone) GW was having nightmares (after murders)?

We need a date on that prescription.

Yes. He and Jake both were.

On cross, Agent Scheiderer said he didn't know which George the prescription was for.

Re date on prescription, Scheiderer said it, so we can re-wind.

Found a wristband of Hanna Rhoden from hospital

wristband.jpg

And an empty prescription bottle for George for sleeping medication

Also found a buried trailer.

Angela, Jake and George moved into where Angela's father had lived. They installed pull cameras at the house and at the Flying W

They searched that house and Flying W in August 2018 - Scheiderer was talking about possible threats against law enforcement as reason for search warrants but defense objects, leading to bench conference

Scheiderer allowed to answer: there were possible threats against him and then he says then Attorney General Mike DeWine. BCI found computers on Flying W - internet search history night before grand jury procedings. Search penalty for lying to grand jury or lying to BCI.

Finally they show the SKS ammo mag bought

Here’s picture

SKS.jpg

Actually the pill bottle is for trazadone - an antidepressant. Also defense on cross asks about Billy being "a doomsdayer" meaning he stocked up for the end of the world. Had a special vest made.

Defense wants to ask what Angela said about buying bug detector and prosecution objects - another bench conference.

Objection sustained. Defense asks that George's credit card bought bug detector - but Scheiderer can't say who actually bought it. Tries to ask if he knows if someone else bought it but objection.

BCI gun expert Matt White returns to the stand.

I will be following you like a hawk today, @twall .. checking for updates on my break!
For KK? No stream for Miami Co. Indiana so we will have to rely on Indy reporter(s) that are in the courtroom.

And THAT is aggravating. I guess they'd need a subpoena to get that info from pharmacy or physician? Not sure how that would work as medical info is protected by a plethora of laws (in addition to HIPAA)
