Did Jake and GWIV have the same size shoe on? If not it must have been GWIV...I would think.
Jmo I don’t know who had what shoes on. The only thing I know for sure about that night is Jake killed innocent people. Jmo

I'd have to have more than the shoe print, but we know that there was an SKS listed under GW4's name, on JW's wish list Even though, it's not putting him at the site, and is not proof positive he was there. Combined with that though, if I had to go by what I know so far, CN's testimony would tip me over the edge if I had to make a call, this moment, based on what we've seen so far. He's known him longer than anyone, with the exception of his brother and parents, and I'd say that he knows him better, on a personal level. His entire testimony showed that GW4 was physically capable of grunt work, and, that he was an excellent shot. Skilled at hunting, and patient. Willing to sit in a tree, and wait for a deer to come by, if it took all day. If it wasn't the right deer, willing to wait for the the right deer. I think he's the only one out of the four who could stand on their own, but he may very well have been the only one with the intelligence and patience for parts of this. JM2

Edit: Not to mention, he'd not wish to share a space with G4 again. CN knows in his heart. He just wants a jury to say so. Again, jm2
Here is my question.

Every single shot from that SKS went wild. Hit the porch rail, the packages of flooring on the porch, the door jam, the stereo, the wall adjoining a bedroom and by accident hit Chris in the arm.

If George was such a skilled hunter (CN) and he owned the SKS (Jakes list) how come he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with his own gun?

The answer? Because he was not the one shooting that SKS. Neither was Jake. Both were skilled with guns. So why did the shots go wild? Because someone much weaker was firing that SKS .30 cal gun. Someone not strong enough to handle the recoil on it. Every time it was shot the recoil caused the barrel to go up or sideways thus causing the shots to go wild and hit all over the place.

Angie was firing that gun. The recoil was causing the shots to go every where. Who was at the scenes? Jake and Angie and maybe Billy.

I don't think they can say 100% it wasn't Angela or Billy, but Jake and Angela will both testify to it and I think Billy's foot is just not going to be able to fit. He is 6'6" so I am imagining a size like 13 foot.. maybe not, I'll be surprised if his foot is an 11 or smaller.

They didn't know that CRsr truck was used in the murders until Jake told them. I am going to guess they likely looked at the vehicles, but I don't know that they fingerprinted and tested every vehicle. He had a lot of cars on that property. Maybe someone else here knowns or recalls hearing if they tested the vehicles? I just recall that part about them using Chris Sr truck wasn't known until Jake told them that is what they did.

Also, the bloody print was there because it was fresh, but the more you step with the shoe that has blood on it, the less blood would be in each print after that. I would think walking around outside would have gotten rid of what was on the bottom of the shoe before getting in the vehicle, but I guess it's possible trace amounts were transferred into the truck.. but then it wouldn't be unusual for the owner of a vehicle to have a little blood in their own truck.
Here's two I found. What color and make truck did CRSR have?

Just for the record on those shoes.

There is no video of George in the vehicle when Angie bought those shoes. There is video of her buying them. There is video of her and Billys Surburban leaving with someone in the passenger side. No way to tell who it was. Angie did not mention Georges name in the interview at the MT border. When asked who was in the vehicle she said the kids, when confronted with her getting in the passenger side she said her, the kids and Jake. She did not mention George's name.

Who wore the Walmart shoes?????

Jake and Angie.

So Sleuthers in my opinion only, I really think that Angela will be first to testify and she will break down on the stand, because she has to put one son in jail for life just to save the other son’s life, JMO

As far as I can determine, none of us know that yet, and the state hasn't said.

They also have GPS data in evidence for an F150 but they haven't used it yet.

IMO Chris's truck will be a red or silver F150.

In AC's opening statement she said, via information from Jake's proffer, that GWIV didn't shoot when CRSR came to the door. He couldn't see over the oil filter. Jake took the weapon and fired it himself. I suppose we shall see if he sticks to that chain of events when he testifies.

He did but his were seveeral months old and the wear pattern would have been different from the newer shoes. Imo
He bought them in Feb of 2016 per court testimony.

Was the oil filter the item that showed up on Angela’s and Billy’s bank records?

Jake was skilled with guns also. Jake was a truck driver used to loading and unloading semis. Had to have strong arms and shoulders to do that. Strong enough to handle the recoil on an SKS 30. cal rifle.

Know who wasn't strong enough to handle the recoil?

Angela Wagner.
But she was able to put those 5 bullets in Dana's head and she did.

They all put themselves in prison. If they're lucky and satisfy the prosecution with their testimony, it will be for life and not death row. Death row is still on GWIV's plate. As far as I'm concerned, I hope AC just hands her a box of tissues and then doesn't pay her tears no never mind...that's if she even cries at all. I wonder if she shed even one single tear for any of the R's or HHG...or the children they left behind.

One of them I believe. And the $40,000 insurance payout. IIRC

I'm glad Ive been fortunate enough in my life to never have experienced a family as the Ws. You read about these sort of folks in books. I know JW and GWIV were groomed, conditioned by AW and BW raised these kids to be your run of the mill, theif, hustler, scammer and overall dishonest family. I imagine GW4 and JW were beaten until the capitulated and started walking the company line....Maw boss ruled the roost. You did as your told when your told. Apparently it is how they opperated their entirelife. JW and GW were given marching orders to get their woman under control. The kids need to live with us. JW was sweet on 13 year old girls yet he wanted to give advice to HR about watching SW around other men, Sicko

Knowing AW's off-the-wall controlling nature, I can imagine her as needing to be one of the shooters, needing to be part of the action.

Jmo but I don’t give Angela that much credit to care about what happens to either son. To me if she cry’s on the stand she is only crying for herself and no one else. Jmo

You really think that AC and the other prosecutors would let AW get away with that if they thought, after all the investigations, that she'd been at and participated at any of the scenes that night? I don't No way, No how.

I am pretty sure the only tears Angela W will ever shed will be for herself.

I think the reason we are not hearing to much about Billy is that the prosecution does not want to give away what they have on him if they don't have to. You know his lawyers are watching this case very carefully.

Here is the "supplies" George is supposed to have bought.

Some parts at OK Auto Parts. Turned out they were parts for a Chevy Silverado which he owned. So they were parts for his own vehicle. So throw that evidence out.

A phone jammer. Which could not be used to build a silencer anyway, but BCI admitted Angie said she bought the phone jammer with George's card online and it was shipped to her. So throw that evidence out.

An oil filter. The oil filter was bought at O'Reilleys auto parts paid for from the bank account of both Billy and Angela. So throw that evidence out.

A face mask. Wow. that mask was bought in March. Winter. So how many of you who live in Ohio wears a ski or face mask when you go outside in the winter cold? I know hubby has a couple for when it snows or gets cold here and he has to shovel snow off the sidewalk. How many of you on here wears a ski or face mask to go hunting in the winter time in Ohio?

Guess we can probably throw that mask out as evidence too.

So what evidence is there George bought "supplies" for the silencers, or murders?

NONE.
