Interesting observation. According to some google searches (no link provided) feet sometimes become smaller with considerable weight loss. Perhaps defense will call an expert on the subject...and though I am loathe to say this: If the shoe don't fit, you must acquit.

There is a subpoena for a court paid expert in todays docket.

Wasn't there an evidence collector that worked the crime scene in CRSR and FR trailer that was on early in the trial? He was a very large man. As big or bigger than the W men. The point was made by AC that he made his way throughout with no trouble moving through doors or hallways and size was not an issue for him. I think he even helped move the body out.

Does anyone remember that? Miss Cat? You are the go-to for me to get info. Does that sound at all familiar?

It seems JW and George are showing to be hebephiles, not pedophiles.

I don't know about George. When he married Tabby she was 19. When AW forced Tabby and George to sleep together when she was 11 and George was 13 they were both children. That was child sexual abusee by Angie on both of them.

But now Jake, he groomed Hannah from age 13 when he was 18. Now he is sleeping in the bed with his 4 1/2 year old daughter. Whole different story.

I re-watched AW's guilty plea hearing last night & was startled to hear the charges she confessed to included moving the bodies of CR & GR

Those are the charges for the conspiracy which everyone is charged with. All 4 of them had the exact same charges (plus Jake an additional rape charge), with the exact same details listed because that is the crime that happened which all 4 are charged. Each person does not have to do each act individually to be found guilty of the crime. Her pleading guilty to moving bodies doesn't mean she physically moved bodies, that is what happened during the crime and all 4 were charged for the exact same thing. Billy George, and Jake have buying the shoes listed on theirs because that is part of the crime, but Angela physically bought the shoes.

I noticed she did not tell BCI she thought Angie and Jake were bluffing when they threatened her with violence.

Huge difference in Beths mind between JW & AW and George. Beth 100% believed Jake and Angie would do it.

So much so she fled and didn't look back.

How many of us would believe a brother-in-law would actually threaten the state AG and state law enforcement agents and mean it? The plot to use a bulldozer to know a hole in the jail was idiotic. It sounds like adolescent fantasy. On the other hand, if someone threatened to kill me and my family and said that like they meant business, I would believe that--especially if his last girlfriend and her whole family had been murdered.

I still think Angie was wearing the 10.5. She could have stuffed them with something to make them fit well enough to work. I have did that before when I liked a pair of shoes that were not in my size. You can buy off the internet a soft plastic spacer type thing to put in the toe of the shoes and make them work.

I have done that before too. Around the house I wear my spouse’s crocs outside. Jmo his is a ten and I am a six. I have also went down to 4 for shoes I like.

So, I thought that there was one call or text that went out close to the time of the murders from the peterson road cell tower. I might be mistaken as I can not find it. It does not make any of them less guilty. If they knew about it ahead of time, help plan it, performed any act during the murders, and covered it up they are just as guilty.

I say that and during testimony today I heard FW was present at one of the meetings. Unfortunately, I had other obligations and do not know what the discussion of the meeting was. If it was anything were she knew about the murders....she needs arrested and charged appropriately.

EA testified FW was present during a discussion about a photo of Jake holding a gun.

At one point, Armer said she found herself in the kitchen of the Flying W Farm with George, Jake, Angela and Fredericka — Billy's mother. They showed her a photo of a person holding a gun and asked her what she saw; she replied the hand looked like Jake's and was quickly reprimanded and made to loudly proclaim she didn't know anything about the photo, in case BCI was listening.

They create a 'bulletproof' bulldozer. Then they causally pull it up to the prison and unload it. It then travels to the prison wall (unnoticed) and they ram the prison wall in.

Then the bulletproof bulldozer escapes at breakneck speed (25 mph max?)to a waiting get away car.

But let us not forget they were planning on injuring DeWine and BCI agents by creating their own custom electronic device.

You just can't write this stuff.

CR & FR both managed to maneuver through those same narrow hallways every day. As if they never moved mattresses and furniture up & down those halls? These were not small men, maybe not tall, but they certainly weren't small.

Couldn't fit down the hall to drag a body? That's some desperation right there.

But I don't think Chris or Frankie was near as big as CN. He looked to be huge. He said George was as big as him. So judging from CN sitting in that desk chair, I have some about the same size, I think they are about 30 inches across and CN dwarfed that chair.

Gw4 knew right from wrong. He ventured out at night often. He could’ve gone to LE and told them beforehand of the planned murders but he didn’t. He could’ve gone and told them of Elizabeth’s life being threatened, but didn’t. Chicken s€\¥¥

If he knew about what Angie and Jake were planning. He was gone from home all week for work and out all weekend. Plenty of time for Jake and Angie to plan everything while he was gone or outside working with the animals or off hunting. CN, his uncle testified that George stayed away from home as much as possible because he couldn't get along with Angie.

Also if Jake and Angie found out George ratted them out he could have gotten a bullet in the head while him and Jake were out hunting.

I think George was a dead man walking anyway. Angie was paying for a life insurance policy on him. Want to make any bets on who the beneficiary of that policy was?

I think the only reason George lived through their Alaska adventure was because DeWine put out that "laser focused on the Wagners" statement to the press. IMO DeWine and BCI saved George's life.

I wonder who was at the head of the table, when murdering eight people was suggested, and voted on. EA would have been there for 14 weeks. I would like to know the rotation (IF in fact there is one, prior to EA coming into the the family. JW could have been B.Sing her though.).

And I just can't stop laughing about it. I wonder if they were going to rig a coffee pot in a favorite donut shop to electrocute BCI agents when they went to get a cup of coffee. I know. They were going to rig Lt. White's iron he uses to keep those shirts of his looking so neat and freshly pressed. LMAO
