So...what I can see from the tweets, and keeping in mind AC's opening statement is not evidence, It sounds like Jake did not see BW/GW move the bodies with his own eyes, however, Jake knew only BW/GW were on site - so it was assumed (by either or both (AC/JW) that BW/GW moved the bodies. Dead bodies don't move themselves.

I do not think Jake is changing his story but maybe AC took some liberty in her opening statement. Again, the opening statement is NOT evidence. Jake's testimony is.

Plus BW has a bad back...we know from his own mouth, on the tape played.

If you go back to the original charges, there is also the firearm specification for Aggravated Murder and Aggravated Burglary that "George Washington Wagner IV had a firearm on or about his person or under his control." This does not say George4 shot anyone but rather that he had a firearm in being engaged in these killings and burglaries. Other counts also mention the fact of being armed (not the fact of shooting someone--just being armed.

And, another reading of the indictments is that GW4 "caused the death" of the various victims. That also doesn't require shooting. That's whatever he did to contribute to the group effort that led to 8 people dead is in fact "Aggravated Murder."

Exactly. Mentioned that again a couple weeks ago - "Caused the Death" is meant to be a broad definition.

Because they got Bulvine. They were able to have him move around with them and Angela could raise another child because her whole persona; her whole worth is tied into raising things and making them into something that she thinks is right

Have we heard when they took the truck? It would have been after Jake confessed right? They didn't know about this before that?

I recall testimony about one of the boys cleaning this truck out when they were at FWF one day after they gave it to Billy's brother. Who was testifying to that? They said it was odd while they were all out at FWF someone was cleaning the truck.

@BettyP, how have your eyes coped today? I had cataract surgery a few years ago due to something at the back of my eye and causing pressure. Surgery itself was no problem, pain free. I have to wear vari-vocals now but get tired eyes if I read too much. Oh well, it could be worse.
