It goes against the court's order. The recording could have been tampered with, edited, etc. No way to verify its authenticity.

Lol Insomniac that you are... I remember him being discussed way back years ago also. He's pretty well connected and therefore maybe well protected. I'd sure love to have them haul him in to testify.

I knew it would be out there somewhere and even searched last night. Then here it is, right on the SCG. Talk about a statement for Freedom of the Press. Wowzer!

I can't believe that journalist would even publish that recording. Today may be the last day we get to see/hear anything after this. Hopefully it doesn't cause any damage.

As I said before, I don't think this guy is a professional journalist. Maybe tabloid reporter? This just goes against all the ethical standards for journalism. There was absolutely no reason for doing this, other than to disrupt the trial proceedings.

Unfrickenbelievable, isn’t he? I can’t count how many times I’ve thought “Unfrickenbelievable” about something he said, his mother said or his father said. I sure wish we could hear from George long enough to determine if he has the same lack of self-awareness.

Is it possible to grow up surrounded by that nonsense day in & day out for 25 years and not have at least some of that mindset rub off on you? I think so, but in THIS family, I just don’t know!

The audio was submitted to them anonymously. We don't know who recorded it. Had to be someone who got in a pretty decent audio device, and was sitting in a good spot. Right or wrong it's hot news and they're in the news business. It's barely 10 minutes out of the entire three days.

Who in that courtroom is allowed to have a cell phone? Who leaked the info, if true? I'd love to be an investigative journalist in that area.
