there is endless speculation on custody being the motive which had me thinking.... did crsr know the motive? what ran thru his head when this went down? seems he was completly taken advantage of by his friendship bond with bw. before testimony it seemed they wers still very close up until the cowardly sneak attack. considering they walked into the grow and were hangining out i bet the whole "deal of a lifetime" is made up. bw was just over there hanging out with his "friend" comepletly relaxed. it seems now that so much of the custody drama existed omly in jake and angelas demented sick brains. sure there was bad blood overjakes bad treatment of hanna and crsr intervened, but this whole molestation paranoia is so out there and twisted. none of the victims had any idea why this was happening or what they did. these people are sick. i am actually thankful they leaked jakes testimony in some ways because that blatant condescending justification bs he leaks out of his mouth is so vile pen and pad cant replicate hearing it out of his sick mouth. and g4 is an even bigger coward for trying to minimialize his involvment. it shows none of them feel bad at all and are happy it was done even to this day. g4 can take that lwop anytime before this trial instead he sits there like the little feminine cowawrd that he is while the women they terrorized show him what courage looks like. pathetic all 4

Agree with everything. I would also add, if released into society, they will do it again and again. They see nothing wrong with what they did. Their victims "deserved" it.

Recovered truck on April 21 2021 five year anniversary of murders and when Jake pleaded in court

The truck had a hole in it where Jake said there would be. It had given to Billy Wagner's niece Katie.

But when they found it - truck was no longer running it had been disabled and stored for several years. Had to be towed.

Transferred the title the day after the murder. Katie Wagner says her uncle gave her the title - previous owner was Silas Wagner. April 22, 2016 - the day of some of the murders and the day after when it started.

Actually Jake pleaded on April 22, 2021 not April 21.

No cross examination for Scheiderer. The next witness isn't here yet.

So Jake and George used the truck after they "bought" it but never titled to themselves. Why would we be surprised that a crime family would use a truck in a crime in such a way as to not leave a trail that they owned it?

As I've said: this is domestic abuse and violence on a mass scale. The Wagners couldn't control Hanna and get complete access to Sophia. She didn't run away as Tabitha did; she just moved back to a family the Wagners couldn't hold at arm's length. And Jake is just a more murderous version of the "If I can't have her--or control her-- no one can" guy.

These people are no more understandable than Chris Watts or the women we see on Dateline who get a new boyfriend to whack the estranged husband so they don't have to share custody. They just kill whoever seems to be in their way. From what George said to Bulvine about bad people wanting to take him away and his fear that TC was at the border, I don't think for a minute he wouldn't have killed her and her people if they tried for custody. Lock them all up forever.

They're all so gross. I think it shows how dangerous delusional, selfish people who've never had to face any consequences for their actions can be.

Exactly this. When I heard George on that wiretap recording going ballistic over the police at the border and TC, I thought anyone listening to this has to KNOW this is murderous rage that will reappear any time he's threatened. NO doubt about that. He not only has explosive, deadly rages, he will continue to.

Eventually found three buckets filled with concrete after pulling out goose box and the one concrete anchor.

Here’s one being pulled up

No cross for Lt. Schillig - Matt White is back on stand talking about recovering murder weapons.

Says he's never had to examine a block of concrete before.

He immediately found ammo and parks of flashlight and Glock magazine

Found 762x39 ammo used in SKS rifle as well

Here’s what found in first bucket including damaged 1911Walther Colt .22

Talked yet again about 9 mm bullets - Jake said he destroyed a 9 mm Ruger when test firing silencer. Defense objects but overruled.

Going through each of the three buckets to show what he found inside. The first contained a Glock magazine and the cut up 1911 .22. He's going through how the metal was melted from high heat source such as a torch. (Jake testified he used an acetelyne torch)

Pictures of 1911 - Whote says it was cut with a rounded edge like a grinder - which is what Jake said he used

Heat damage was consistent with a torch since it was so localized and precise

Final collection of all 1911 parts all were in the bucket

Continued testimony:

White pulled the firing pin out of the damaged gun and put it into a copy of the 1911 and test fired it - got a match that way.

White Now moving on to to cut up .40 caliber Glock also found in buckets

He used the rear part of the slide from damaged gun to try to test fire. Also used what is called the secure firing device (padded vice jaws and more padding around it)

Also remotely fired it got it to fire
