The judge decides the sentence in Ohio. Jury only decides guilty or not guilty.
Then I don't see the judge doing it either.

Corey is a Holdren, not a Gilley.

IMO.... too long!
Baby’s daddy is a Giley he is the boyfriend first took Hanna May from Jake, Corey Holden was the last boyfriend HR had when she was murder! JMO

No audio due to opted-out witness Angela Wagner on the stand

Ive never been incarcerated in a hoosegow, therefore, I cant speak from personal experience. I want this murdering family placed in a part of the facility where they will experience the most pain, both emotionally and physically. If it is in solitary confinement, fine. If it is in gp, even better. Looking over your shoulder 24/7 isnt a life to live.

Richard Nash, Esq has been wearing his Apple Watch throughout trial, and it's been on mode. Nash is wearing it today, but it may be turned off. The Apple Watch is similar as iPhone; however, you do have to have your iPhone turned on and Apple Watch near the iPhone to have same capabilities as iPhone. IMO

I don't see Nash risking his license to practice law over some rebel reporter with a vendetta against the judge.

I noticed Parker was either called out or remembered on his own to turn off & put his phone away on Friday. He's not stupid enough to lose his law license that way either.

Something to ponder: So Angela or Jake doesn't take Sophia to doctor when they suspect SA? But, they take to doctor for a cut finger, they take to emergency room for suspected BCI drugging? I call BS. No way. If this was REALLY suspected, they would have RAN to a doctor for proof to swipe Sophia away from the hated Rhodens. IMO. Common Sense will tell you this. I hope the jury gets it.

It could be their thinking was that *they* would be the ones suspected of SA and then children services would get involved.

Anger & jealousy ruled their thinking. If you brought in a child for poisoning, claiming BCI did it, child services would get involved. There's no reasonable reasoning.

True - so I'd think if the SA was really considered, they would have taken to doctor IMO.

I understand your hatred for Angela. But it seems to me that it is disproportionate: Billy, George and Jack are not idiots. They are the ones who shot the members of the Rhoden family. What about the people around them?
I should point out that I have been following the case from the beginning on FB . And that very quickly I pointed out the research on Jack or Edward . We had to see at the time how we were insulted when we dared to say that: a family so Christian, etc ...

I disagree. I think if they at all suspected it they would have reported it. But, who knows with this crazy warped family.

Question...

After all said and done, will the Wagners be able to write each other in prison.

AW is so full of herself! Here's my take when I read she said that:

NOT taking her to Dr. & reporting suspected abuse means they intentionally allowed the abuse to continue. Who in their right mind wouldn't want to put a stop to it immediately? What parent or grandparent would risk sending a child back & putting them through that for 4-6 more months while they made a plan? I don't even have children and I can't imagine waiting long enough to get a Dr. appointment to find out. I'd have that child in the ER ASAP.

If they REALLY thought she was being sexually abused, one of these crazy people would have gone over and shot someone the very day Sophie "allegedly" told Angela CRjr was putting his fingers in her. Anyone would want to. When it comes to the Wagners, THAT scenario makes more sense than waiting while the child continued to be abused.

She has me torn up! I hope the defense rips her to shreds. I don't think it will affect the jury's decision on George. The lies she told were to her family. They acted on her lies.

I can't love this enough! Exactly -- you would not send that child back period. And if murder hit your mind, you would have handled it now not later. Ridiculous that AC has bought in to all this BS. IMO.

Why would it not be carried out?
Ohio hasn't executed anyone since 2018, despite having quite a few on death row. There have been complaints about "botched" executions and failed executions there. The execution procedures have been called into question and there seems to be little effort to address those concerns. That has given courts and Governor reason to kick scheduled executions down the road. There are several executions scheduled for 2023, but I don't expect them to be carried out.

JMO, AC hasn't bought into any of the killers' excuses. She and the rest of the state's prosecution team, plus BCI are working to send them to prison for life or DP. I'm not sure there's any more they can do.
