4 could have weighed 350 lbs and he and JW would have fit in the bed easily. All they needed to do was a lil spooning. Jmo

@RAISINISBACK flew up for the trial. Said she was attending. Wonder if she's writing a book for us?
Not in Ohio. My Elder Brother passed a week ago. Three weeks of ceremonies in connection with burial. I have been trying to attend as many as my health will allow but my own health is in decline. I missed over a week of trial. Just reading here to try to keep up in evenings. Too tired to post. sorry guys. Keep me up since i am too tired to watch trial. TIA

Jake's recollection of where he was is dependent on his memory, which he says he's blocked out much.

The FARO scan and trajectories place the shooters at or very near the mower.

I swear he said they parked next to CR1's silver pickup but there's more than one. One is closer to that piece of machinery in the yard, closest to the yellow tape. Maybe he said, pulled in behind CR1's truck? They had to be close to watch them walk to the grow and back.

I wondered about that, too, but remember, they drove Chris's truck around that night, then returned it later. I wondered if they returned it to a different spot.:)

So sorry to hear about your Elder Brother. I know you mentioned recently he was ill. Most sincere condolences to you and your family Raize. Please take care of yourself. We will keep you updated. I think they're getting close to wrapping it up.
:D

Condences. Take care of yourself and family.

Due to the opt outs you havent missed much. Days of testimony with only a handful of tweets as coverage makes it hard to get a feel of the trial.

He is 6 feet tall according to one of his jail mugshot photos where he is standing against the measurements on the wall behind him.

Comes from:
He weighed in at 250 on 11/13/2018

If GW4 didn’t do anything the night of the murders then why put the bragging rights on his shoulder, who did he think he was intimidating, in one of the recording he was scared to death that Big Chris and little Chris was going to catch him, Jake and Angela in a vehicle picking SW up at Hanna Mays , JMO

If he doesn't fit...
My s/o said tonight when looking at the truck again (I've forced them to listen for over six years), looked at me, and said; if he doesn't fit, do they have to acquit? It was from, of course, the OJ debacle, but I did have an OMG moment.

The post of the wolf pic, was more telling to me. When I saw it the first time, with AW's comment, I nearly fell over! I have it somewhere. They were all, all kinds of brave afterwards. Shocking to see them posting with their newly colored hair as if thumbing their noses. Especially JW. He didn't care who saw.

Hadn't heard from her, I was hoping she's ok. That's amazing news. When did she get there?
I thought, and maybe I'm wrong, that she'd said that she was taking a flight, a couple threads back, and was planning to be there for, I thought it was JW and AW testimony. I hated to hear about her brother.

If that is CRsr’s truck they drove, that may not be where it was when they arrived…

True. Although, JW did describe where it was, and the trajectory is close to the piece of machinery they have taped off. OP mentioned the FARO scans placing them at the machinery. I doubt it's in the exact spot, b/c he said he drove up just behind the driver's side. Where it's at there, I don't see how they could have. I'm guessing the nose was more center right of the mower when they arrived. They edged between CR1's truck and the black vehicle. Just a total guess.

This is why I think the prosecution has been showing so much information. Detailing so many things (all those bullets, shell casings, guns from FWF, blood/DNA that was not the Wagner's or anyone else's except the victims) that often seem pointless or at least less important than other things. They are presenting their case, but also presenting information before the defense tries to show something else. They had to show every avenue that they went down to prove they didn't just hyper focus on the Wagner's. This wasn't a witch-hunt, this was them following evidence to exclude or include people. I think they could see the direction the defense was going when asking their witnesses questions about George's size.. they then decided to build a replica of this modified truck to show BEFORE the defense tries to say George wouldn't fit.

I think there are so many littles things that when isolated are just odd or maybe I'd give a second look or side eye, but could dismiss it. When we add them all up, it's just very telling. If George wasn't involved, he sure didn't isolate himself from the others after. The tattoo, maybe innocent, but come on you know your family is at least getting a second look in June or July of 2016 and you go out and get THAT tattoo? Then post a wolf photo on FB.. it was enough that your mom comments REALLY? Again, some would say oh come on a FB post or a tattoo is what makes them guilty? No, but it's hard to argue that you aren't like your family, didn't act in a conspiracy with them in this crime, but did act on nearly every other arson, burglary, etc, lived with them, worked with them, and then just didn't do this, but did post suspicious posts and get a tattoo that seems to symbolize something shady. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Also, if he is innocent, those actions are very very insensitive and suggests he just has no empathy at all. No way he doesn't associate that wolf with Kenneth being shot in the eye. No way he isn't at least thinking about that tattoo being an 8 ball and 8 victims.. this was like 2 months later. Nope not cool.

So many ways to explain little things away, and I did/and do, try to give him the "innocent until proven guilty" stance, but, I'm like you, it's just overwhelming. I think the wolf was posted while he was in AK. Look at this, world. The tatt could mean he feels behind the eight ball, but Idk about that, due to all three very confident men, going to get their tatts at the same time, iirc, and they all reflected some sort of symbolism about what they'd done. I can't believe they were so blatant. At least attempt some remorse on the stand for the victims and family. I know people commit murder every day but this was so cold and calculated and I've just seen no remorse at all.

Another I just remembered was the text to his dad when BCI was in the driveway. I just keep seeing these things and think, he's warning him. He knows. Again we can say they didn't like police, it doesn't mean he's guilty, but it sure isn't separating from them at all. He is assisting them. What else we just don't know is what was texted in the days/weeks/months after the crime because his phone was never taken and IIRC he had a new one just like everyone else in his family.

I can't help but think that I wish George would have taken a deal and talked. Then I have to wonder why he didn't and I don't for a second believe it's because he is innocent. It makes me wonder if he is just more cold hearted than even Jake is.

BIBM That's something to think about. He really should have taken a plea. Even if he's stone cold innocent in everything except, say, he bought the truck, with knowledge, then he's doomed. I do not think that he realized that fully, when he was charged, or "helping". He may still refuse to buy it. Ignorance of the law is no exception.
