Trying to listen (again) to wiretaps from in OH v. #GeorgeWagner. In one, Angela tells GW4: "They're going to have to show evidence, George. But look, they don't have to show evidence if they got one witness." GW4 then talks people being subpoenaed.

AW: "This is what's been going through the grapevine that I've collected information on: they don't have anything. They don't have witnesses, they don't have nothing. Mom, is what they're going to try to use as a witness. They're going to try to use a family member.”

GW4 agrees. Then they talk about other people. Angela doesn't understand why they (BCI) think Rita Newcomb (Angela's mother) will be a witness. This is about the grand jury proceedings in 2018

When George is going to disagree with his mom and say something he thinks she might not like he says, "mom, I love you" and then says what he's going to say.

GW4 talks about if they get charged, they all need their own attorney. "That way you have 5 attorneys going after Ohio and not just one.”

Angela thinks they don't have anything. What's the grand jury going to do? They're going to see they don't have anything and say "do you want us to keep going?”

Angela is then worried that "the media" will be there. At the grand jury proceedings.

In another call, George tells Angela "the best attorney is going to be yours." <-- interesting to hear now since Angela ended up testifying against GW4

Angela Wagner giving Jake advice from an attorney: "don't talk to anybody. Don't answer no questions and remain calm, you probably got (unintelligible) so remain calm, watch what you say, don't get angry. Control yourself.”

Jake responds, "okie doke." Angela asks Jake to tell George the same thing.

There's another call from Aug 2018 where George and Angela talk about the "bug detector" and GW4 says they think I bought my mom and bug detector to pick up bugs. Listening device. Angela says "oh my god. That's about as dumb as your tattoo.”

Angela then questions why they're talking about George's tattoo and not his dad's "crazy thing." That's the scorpion tattoo on Billy's right finger

If not guilty what is there to "cave" and "crumble" about?

It is true, he has stuck it all the way to trial saying he wasn't there and didn't know anything, and he never ratted out his family. Interesting that BCI has him recorded saying Jake is a big snitch, something to that effect and that turned out true as well.

I think AW is judgemental and looked down on the Rhoden family.

JMO the bedbug comment was to manipulate JW against them since that made the news.

Preaching about God and telling her kids they were going to hell while she was arranging for her own children to murder 8 people. She is the worst person ever. She sent her mom to jail and her kids to prison for life. That's where GW is going IMO.p

She deserves the worst penalty of them all but they are adults and they killed an entire family.

I follow very few cases but I looked at the Rhoden family FB pages that morning and they were all about family and they seemed kind. That's why I became so interested.

I do not believe that the DP will be brought back. Angela and Jake did what their plea deals said and admitted their involvement and even placed George and Billy at the crime scenes. Jake had Billy shooting Gary and Chris and Kenny.

He gave alot of detailed information of George's involvement, specific things he did. Plus led BCI to the guns and truck used in the murders, giving alot of information about that evidence.

I think the 3 Wagner men getting LWOP would be the best outcome.

Angela won't walk out until she is 78 so I have come to have more peace with her 30 year no early release, no parole sentence. She deserves LWOP but if the family agreed to her plea deal then I can accept it. At age 78 who cares what she does? Her grand kids and possible great grand kids won't want anything to do with her. Who would?

Her grand kids have new families, new relatives, new lives now.

If the prosecution was/is unhappy with their testimonies, or can prove they lied thru their teeth, at what point would we find out?

The tattoos are especially important evidence as they were reminders that remained on the murders' bodies at all times, always there. They could look at their tats and recall the the entire sequence of events in the massacres.
ETA: Many killers and offenders enjoy fantasizing about their crimes long after they occurred. They are proud of those crimes. imo. Pretty sick.

Guess the prosecution did not agree. They never brought up the tattoos today. Do you know why? because there was witness testimony a couple of days ago from the guy who did the tattoos saying it was not Georges idea to get that tattoo. the tattoo artist picked it out, Maybe because it is a popular tattoo for truck drivers. Or maybe because it covered up the existing tattoo really well. Or maybe it was more expensive so he got paid more.

But at any rate the prosecution shut up in a hurry about the tattoo on Georges shoulder and it hasn't been brought up since. Just like the burned DVR that Parker got in front of the jury that Jake bought and installed it on peterson rd and Billy made him take it down. Nothing at all to do with the murders. Just another red herring by Canepa who stated in opening she knew it had nothing to do with murders.

There's little doubt in my mind that Angela has some sort of Cluster B personality disorder or combination thereof. (I'm not a psychologist so MOO). The whole family lacks empathy. This is not a normal family that has lost its way. I've spent a lot of hours looking at the psych literature to try to find a similar case of cult-like behavior, a highly insular bio family, screwed up ideas about sexuality, and mass murder. These aren't normal people who just were worried about sexual abuse. The situations of the 3 young females shows without question the intent to dominate, the hyper-controlling behavior, the lack of appropriate sexual boundaries acted out on one side as "protecting the children" and on the other side as essentially grooming young girls to be "wives" so they can produce offspring for you.

I'm determined to get some psychologists to look at the case and give an opinion.

Jmo the tattoo artist stated he mostly came up with George’s tat. Now of all the people that testified he would be the least likely to lie of anyone, he would be the least likely to exaggerate of anyone. He of all the witnesses on state side and defense side had the least to gain by lying or exaggerating. There is nothing for him to gain by lying and saying he mostly came up with the tat. Jmo

Or because it was Jake's girlfriends family, Jake's hand with a gun, and BCI seemed to be trying to press George to come talk. Maybe he got the feeling BCI didn't think he was involved and they were thinking it was all Jake so he was feeling like he wasn't under the same suspicion as Jake. Then other times he's saying if we all 4 are arrested and what punishment he would take and if they are "ratted out".. that phrase leads me to believe he is guilty because innocent people don't get ratted out, they get wrongly accused or something gets pinned on them, but ratted out means your dirty acts are exposed by someone.

You got that one backwards. On the tape George told Jake "he (George) should just go to BCI and rat Jake out" .

George never said anything about being ratted out for the murders.

He said to Jake" You rat everybody out. Every time I ever did something you ratted me out, so I should go to BCI and rat you out." This was in 2018 truck tapes. I am assuming george is talking about when they were growing up Jake told on him and blamed stuff on George that he (Jake) did according to Samantha S testimony. Also that many times Angie knew Jake did it but lied to Billy and said george was to blame so jake would not get punished.

I think george found out in 2017 when BCI showed him all the evidence at MT border. I think that BCI did not believe george was a part of it and that is why they texted him and gave him a chance to come in and tell all he knew. He should have did it. He could have traded his testimony for immunity. As it was, george was right about jake.

Yeah the ones, like GWIV said in his mother on phone call, (paraphrasing) the ones who cave under questioning. It seems to me he didn't even consider that the BCI would have any physical evidence to charge him. I'm surprised BCI didn't get any of GWIV's DNA from the truck he drove over to KR's. He must have been breathing heavy, just sitting there waiting, time to start thinking and having feelings of what just occured on Union Hill. I wonder if BCI even swabbed CRSR's driver's seat area. Am I remembering correctly it was GWIV that drive CRSR's truck or was that BW?

What evidence? Can you list all the evidence against just George alone? TIA
