I've never heard of that happening before!? How can the defense start if the prosecution hasn't rest their case? That sounds VERY unorthodox and I worry if the further evidence presented by the prosecution could cause a good case for appeal? I'm very surprised the judge allowed this set up. The prosecution is allowed rebuttal but this situation is different to that. AJMO

It is because canepa is never ready for anything. This is happened several times because she "forgets" didn't do something, didn't copy something, didn't listen to tapes ect.

We are in a pause. They started playing the wrong clip of a call between George and Angela about the Newcombs and possible witnesses. Given all the back and forth - this was bound to happen. Eveslage needs to get the right clip.

GW4 is abusive as heck to his own family. I'm beginning to suspect there was physical abuse towards family members. I'm beginning to think he was the one who killed Kenneth.

For some reason, Jake is covering for him, trying to distance him some from the killing. That may be habit from a lifetime of trying to avoid incurring GW4's wrath.

If george is abusive to his family you would have heard him smacking Jake in the mouth several times in that truck.

I think he was definitely involved in killing at least one victim.

There is circumstantial evidence.

JW murdered 5 victims and shot an additional victim. It sounded to me like JW was more afraid of GW in the truck than GW was of JW.

When both sides were working out which audio of conversations would be allowed, I think there was mention in a tweet of one statement by GW4 which was something like "the family has spoken". Does anyone know if audio of that statement was ever played for the jury?

I don’t think DeviantArt means what you think it means. It’s mostly used for Fantasy Art & Anime these days, if used at all—the site is ranked low & deemed unsafe mostly for it’s malware.

My Google Image search also pulled the photo up on Pinterest with tags including Anime, Spirit Wolf & Artic Wolf. It should be noted the graphic is copyrighted. Not that it mattered to GW.

We must remember the beauty, or indeed the interpretation of art lies with the individual beholder. While you may see a one eyed wolf, I see a wolf with 2 eyes, actually 2 different color eyes (amber and blue). I have no idea what George’s interpretation was but his mother sure didn’t like him putting it on FB did she?

JMO, but methinks too much is being read into the wolf graphic. Does anyone here remember the band Molly Hatchett? Or their album covers by Frank Frazetta, the "Godfather of fantasy art” ? It was a whole lot more violent.

BTW, didn’t Angela say she picked “Anime” as her grandmother name after Dana nabbed “Nana”?

In todays recordings, I dont think there was any mention of the tattoos, so no need to discuss them today. That’s already been covered in other witness testimony, photos, dates, etc.

He’s such a nice, charming guy. Talking trash about people who defended him and his family for a very long time. GW4 has loyalty to no one but himself.

I give prosecutors a lot of credit. They are civil servants and could certainly make more money in private practice, where they would have squads of people to organize all of this stuff. It would be interesting to know how many human hours the prosecution and law enforcement have in preserving, packaging and organizing evidence. There is so much evidence in this case.

Respectfully, no. I'm sure you saw, heard and read what I did. You can come to your own conclusions and so can I. I believe It's been proven GWIV helped with the planning of a family's massacre, he was there that night and pitched in carrying out the massacre and was extremely vocal and active in covering it all up...and then some.
