I just reviewed the end of today's session, just after Agent Eveslage left the stand. At no point does the judge say he wants to see only evidence against George on Monday.

They all referenced dealing with "exhibits" on Monday that is "expected to take most of the day".

Still wondering if those proceedings will be live streamed?

IIRC wasn't he saying Monday was for addressing whatever audios from the wiretaps were left that the Prosecution were thinking about playing and entering into evidence?

I heard gathering together and reviewing evidence pertaining to just george.

I think JW was praying to get away from GW in that truck..

JW spoke in a less elevated and more rational manner but GW was in a rage for
45 minutes. It's almost impossible for a person to yell or scream like that non stop for 45 minutes. It's irrational.

JW would defend his brother if he witnessed GW kill person or people in cold blood. He may have been afraid for his own life.

I am not saying that JW didn't kill people.

GW seemed to be bloodthirsty IMO.

I have never seen it but my GS who is tribal LE told me about people who go on a bender on meth, and not eat or sleep for days then go into a rant. They call it twigging out or wigging out or twittering out I think my GS said. Maybe someone on here knows more about it than I do and can explain it better.

ETA: He said one guy was pulling his toenails off with a pair of needle nosed pliers while screaming he had bugs under his toenails after seeing some toenail fungus ad on TV.
Now that is bat shyte crazy right there.

I don't want to go back through it tonight but didn't he say he wanted to review the evidence against the defendant and rule whether to proceed or declare him not guilty on lack of evidence. Guess i can find it tomorrow and post the time stamp.

I don’t think DeviantArt means what you think it means. It’s mostly used for Fantasy Art & Anime these days, if used at all—the site is ranked low & deemed unsafe mostly for it’s malware.

My Google Image search also pulled the photo up on Pinterest with tags including Anime, Spirit Wolf & Artic Wolf. It should be noted the graphic is copyrighted. Not that it mattered to GW.

We must remember the beauty, or indeed the interpretation of art lies with the individual beholder. While you may see a one eyed wolf, I see a wolf with 2 eyes, actually 2 different color eyes (amber and blue). I have no idea what George’s interpretation was but his mother sure didn’t like him putting it on FB did she?

JMO, but methinks too much is being read into the wolf graphic. Does anyone here remember the band Molly Hatchett? Or their album covers by Frank Frazetta, the "Godfather of fantasy art” ? It was a whole lot more violent.

BTW, didn’t Angela say she picked “Anime” as her grandmother name after Dana nabbed “Nana”?

I believe It's been proven GWIV helped with the planning of a family's massacre, he was there that night and pitched in carrying out the massacre and was extremely vocal and active in covering it all up...and then some. Re Deviant Art. I just found the name ironic, considering the subject we've been talking about on this platform. Hi RAISINISBACK,

I hear what your saying and I am nervous George will be found not guilty when I know he is.

However, to me the shell casings at the house on peterson road matching the shell casings found at the crime scene match George's glock. This to me is huge.

As a law abiding, responsible gun owner ( & property owner), this is huge. So an item that George owns that is worth approximately $500-600 bucks turns up missing and George is not concerned. I know I would be. But not only that, this item is a firearm and George is not concerned it is missing ever. Especially not after the murder of 8 people in the middle of the night in his county. If 8 people were murdered in the middle of the night in my county and someone living in my household was in anyway connected, and a gun I owned is missing, I would be extremely concerned. But George does not ever report this gun missing after the murders. Keep in mind a Glock .40 is a nice gun to have in Alaskan Bear country.

But it is at the Montana border he can no longer plead ignorance. your vehicle is held up at the border for you and 3 other members of your family to be interviewed by a State law enforcement agency 1600+ miles away investigating those 8 murders. If you are 100% innocent and know nothing of these crimes but are missing a firearm what actions would you take? If you had limited involvment in assisting your family but did not know they were going to murder 8 people what actions would you take? But if you are actively involved in the planning, you were there that night either as a look out or in the actual killings, and/or you actively helped cover up the crimes what actions would someone like that take after the Montana interviews. George purchasing the bug detector, the murder truck, sitting in the vehicle when the murder shoes are purchased, helping buid the "goose box" with the cement buckets that later have the guns found in them.

After the Montana interviews would not an innocent person get an attorney and with the assistance of the attorney let Law enforcement know #1 I am missing a gun that I own. #2 I was with my family when we purchased a truck but I now no longer know the whereabouts of said truck #3 I noticed a purchase on my credit card for a bug detector but I did not know the significance of it at that time. #4 After the murders I helped build a "goose box" with my family(that are now suspects) and we anchored said goose box with buckets of cement.

George does none of these things. His actions seem to be consistent with someone who was actively involved in the murders of 8 people. Then we have the testimony of Jake and Agnela. Both say he was involved. And now we have the wire tap evidence.

But most importantly in all this, If I was the guardian of a small child and I even began to suspect that someone I was living with (family or not) was involved in the murder of anyone what actions would I take. Would I fear for the safety of that small child and my own safety? Would I get out of that living arrangemen? Tabbi and Beth feared for their Life and knew to get out?

Definitely the shell casings at Peterson road matching shell casings at the crime scene, matching George's Glock speaks volumes to me.

I don't know JBB. Your guess is as good as mine. We have not heard what the defense has. We know the defense has subpoenaed a deputy who was one of the lead investigators on the case for BCI. What is that former investigator going to say about the evidence and investigation against George? He is one of those who interviewed George at the MT border. Keep in mind George was never called back in for an interview after the one in MT. He was only interviewed one time. They sent him a text and asked him to meet and talk with them somewhere, but he was never called back in an interrogation room after MT. That is like you or I might be interviewed one time and then dismissed as a suspect and told to go on our merry way.

Everyone else was called back in for interviews. Jake, Billy, Angie but not George. WHY? What did George tell them in MT and what was this investigators conclusion about George's guilt or innocence from that interview? And what did George find out about the evidence against Jake there? We heard that rant about George thinking Tabbi was there and talking to BW. But he didn't seem at all concerned he was a suspect or the subject of an investigation all the way up until August of 2018. He worried about Jake and Angie being suspects, but not himself.

Also the defense can call Jake and Angie back to the stand as witnesses. Point out all the lies they told on the stand that we now have evidence to support.

I just don't see where the state has proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. They proved that Jake and Angie were guilty. But for the first 28 days of trial George's name was only mentioned 2 times. That has to weigh heavy on the jury. 28 straight days of Jake and Angie.

For over 6 years I believed 100% that George along with the other 3 were guilty. I wanted him to be guilty. I wanted the prosecution to come out hard and strong with conclusive proof of his guilt that could not leave room for doubt. After about the 7th day of trial I started getting a sinking feeling in my stomach that the state didn't have any evidence against him and that is why they tried to overload the jurors mind with evidence against Jake and Angie. I guess they were hoping if they slung enough spaghetti at the wall some of it might stick to George in the jury's mind.

I know everyone on here is yelling guilty but if we truly want to put ourselves in the place of jurors, then we need to sit though the defense side of the case with an open mind. The problem with us is we saw all the pre trial motions which they jury did not see or hear. We have seen all the arguments about evidence after the jury was sent out of the room.

Here is one thing I heard today that gave me real pause. The judge wants the prosecution to go through all the evidence and present to him only the evidence they have directly against George on Monday. In other words weed out all the BS about burned DVR's, guns from Freds, different caliber shell casings, supplies Jake and Angie bought, evidence against Jake and Angie and testimony from those two ect. He is going to look at the evidence against ONLY George then rule whether to proceed or dismiss the case against George based on lack of evidence. When Deering asked Canepa how long it would take to gather evidence against George ONLY, she said not very long. I have never seen or heard of a judge doing that during a trial. Neither has hubby who has worked I don't know how many federal investigations. Unless it is just an Ohio thing that the judge does this before the defense starts their side of the trial, I don't know.

And one thing we should keep in mind. It is not a crime to scream at your brother because you are stressed out and frustrated and feel he caused all your financial and family problems. If I was innocent I might do a little screaming at my brother too for dragging the whole family into that mess. I might even do more than scream.

We can all speculate, but in the end it is the decision of the jury. If there is just one person who thinks about things objectively and stands their ground, there may be a hung jury. All I can say is it ain't over til it's over.

Why would GWIV be so upset about BCI following him if he was totally innocent? Why wouldn’t he just think they’re wasting their time? Why would he mention getting ratted out if innocent why wouldn’t he say he would get framed instead of ratted out?
TheDefense saying he went along to protect JW, puts him at the scene of the murders. Then they say hew wasn’t there and knew nothing about it. Which is it?

I've often wondered if GWIV wasn't responsible for KR's death...something he was told he had to do by JW and BW and that's why KR only was shot once. Just a thought and AJMO

If judge asked for 'evidence against defendant'...wouldn't ALL the evidence presented in this trial of GW4 be against defendant????
