This trial is just crazy -- I have been following trials every day since
Ted Bundy lol and I have never seen witnesses out of order for defense before state rest EVER. This is crazy. Does anyone think this is grounds for appeal?

I think what was most telling though was when she confronted him about the many lies he told and he had no answer, didn't recall, or he might have said that but didn't remember it, and he didn't recall telling someone something, it's possible, but his memory isn't good, etc. Every question that could expose a lie about the murders, he just didn't remember OR his actions were a result of the BCI falsely accusing his family or framing them. He told people not to talk to BCI, of course because BCI was creating an elaborate plot to frame his family.

He recalled the 5 exact trucks, including color that he dissembled and knew would be reported stolen for $$. He remembered weapons he bought and got rid of and admitted he bought sold 1000s and even kept an assortment in his truck at all times just in case he found one that he wanted more than one he had and other very specific things, but just didn't recall being with his brother when he bought a gun used in the murders.

He sure was so paranoid about BCI for a guy that was never once caught for all the crimes he had been committing for YEARS. His dad and mom only caught a couple times for all the crimes they committed, his brother never arrested for any of the crimes he was committing. Yet BCI/LE is some scary agency that is out framing innocent people and just accusing people for no reason.

Towards the end, he tried to make it sound as if he'd never committed any crimes, ever.

Prosecution recalls BCI agent Ryan Scheiderer. Going over background check information and firearm e-trace reports with federal ATF - traced the 1911 Colt Walter .22 to that gun mart in Columbus.

George previously testified he didn't know Jake was even there or didn't know he bought that gun at that mart - when George bought a separate gun.

Jake bought the 1911 the same day at the same gun show that George bought a separate gun.

Jake bought the 1911 from Kyle's gun shop in Cincy at that gun show. That's it for Scheiderer. Jury to return at 1 p.m. tomorrow. They will work on entering evidence in the morning before that. Judge tells jury we'll have schedule set tomorrow and it could be a short day

It seems he needs to explain a lot of things and all of the things he needs to explain are not what they seem to be and he's going to tell us why. I just want to hear him say, "let me tell you something".

Oh yes George 5 or 6 days without sleep makes you call your niece a and it makes you threaten BCI, makes you paranoid, and makes you not remember things you said.

I think AC doing the cross is good. George seems to have issues with women. Tabatha was a *advertiser censored*, Hannah was turning into a *advertiser censored*, Sophia is a , etc. Issues with Beth forget what he called her, Marana even he refers to her as something derogatory. Is there a woman in his life that he didn't think these things about. Wonder what he's say about his grannie Fredricka?

Thought same thing. I know others wanted Andrew Wilson but after watching it dawned on me. Poor pitiful Georgie hates women. I think AC has done a good job.

This is so weird that the state hasn't rested and we're mostly through the defense case and now the state is calling Special Agent Ryan Scheiderer again.

Scheiderer testifying about an ATF portal they can access to look at guns found at crime scenes. He says they were able to look up something about a gun purchased that GW4 was asked about in his testimony

So, this is case-in-chief testimony, technically. But it almost feels like it should be rebuttal testimony. Scheiderer says this gun was purchased in Columbus by GW4.

Walther Colt Rail Gun. Murder weapon. It lists purchaser as Jake Wagner. Jan 2015. It was the gun pulled from the pond at the Flying W (concrete bucket)

Now there's a Walther Colt .22 bought from Kyle's gun shop in Cincinnati. Jake Wagner. Jan 2015. <-- I'm kind of confused.

They are reviewing more exhibits tonight so the stream is still up. They also might remove death penalty specifications from George since Jake testified - that would remove requirement of jury being sequestered as a death penalty case

Maybe they will get through admitting all the evidence either tonight and/or tomorrow morning. They have the jury coming in at 1 so maybe both sides rest or the state rests and the defense has someone else lined up? If they both rest maybe one side does closing in the afternoon?

And where he said pretty much every witness who testified differently from what he did was lying....oh wait that they were mistaken. Everyone one was mistaken in their testimony but him, he's telling the truth, not them, they were just mistaken, well except for AW and JW, they were lying, of course...well sometimes they were mistaken too...hummmm convenient. IMO. It's remarkable how everything is so easily explained away...every time.

George is such a victim in everything, he's been so misunderstood, his whole life. It's all just mistaken people in his life and liars. Poor George, what a time he's had, his whole life. JMO

IDK, she went over that interveiew quite a bit. If Agent Scheiderer testifies tomorrow, he'll probably go over some of it, too.

Defense said they had no more witnesses. State might be bringing some in. They really had short notice. Defense intentionally waited until the state was ready to rest before suddenly showing up with GW4 - well rehearsed and ready to testify.

the jury will not have transcripts in the jury room even though they had allowed them in court to read along, Judge will instruct them that they are to rely solely on what they hear on the audio
