How many people are going to say differently? .... AW and JW?....possibly BW (which is unknown at this time until his trial starts). IMO, it seems obvious that AW and JW are a team (for lack of a better term), and I posted after AW's testimony about how I felt AW and JW's testimonies were almost identical in regards to so many different things, sometimes so much so, that things they testified to were almost word for word, which IMO did not sit right with me, especially when we are to believe they did not allegedly know what was in each of their proffers. JMO, but I feel if JW had a choice to to try and throw his mom under the bus vs throwing GW under the bus, it would be GW and JW's way of doing this was to say GW didn't SHOOT anyone.

And just for clarification, I am in no way saying at this time that I believe GW is innocent. More so what I'm trying to say is that for the 1st time throughout this trial, I am having some doubts and am questioning my opinions/thoughts regarding whether GW was at the murder scenes or not. And again, I am very curious as to how GW is going to do with cross examine in regards to his answers, demeanor, facial expressions, etc. But as this current time as of this post (while defense is still questioning GW), I truly don't have a final opinion, yet.

This is all JMO.

Many people can recall exactly what they were doing upon hearing about the assassination of JFK, day Elvis and/or Princess Diana died, OJ bronco chase, September 11 attacks, etc.

Interesting that GW4 doesn’t remember certain moments/events/important factors surrounding the murders of his supposedly “best friend” FR or HMR, someone he claimed to be like his “little sister.”

Ex: During interrogation, he told agents he went to bed the night of the murders at around 12:30 am. After watching a movie with his family, but during testimony he stated he went to bed around 10:00 pm the night of the murder.

Interesting how that works...

Yeah. I have no personal or direct involvment in this case but I do remember where I was, what I was doing when I heard about the murders of 8 people at 4 different homes in the middle of the night. Sort of like I remember where I was for the September 11 attacks, etc. I find his memory is convenient. He remembers great details about many things not related to the murders. For example, the exact make/model of a night scope purchased 6 years ago, but as far as any of the murder weapons he conveniently can not remember. I feel like he was caught in several lies today, but canepa kept letting him off the hook each time. I could not believe she is already done questioning him.

He lied to BCI investigators at the Montana border compared to his testimony yesterday. Suddenly after so many years and after your brother's proffer your story changes. Not a day after being interviewed, not week after being interviewed, not a month after being interviewed, not even a year after being interviewed, not after being arrested and charged, it is only after he sees the information in Jake's proffer he now all of a sudden remembers he went to bed that night at 10. Wow.

Wow. Just Wow. I have no doubt he was a part of these murders. However, He got up on the stand and told so many lies with a straight face coupled with the fact that Canepa let him off the hook that I think he sowed enough reasonable doubt. I can not believe the prosecuting attorneys are done questioning him already.

George asked for a transcript of the interview and she won't give it to him. Why? Because what she is saying he said is a lie?

I did not pick up on the significance of the numbers on the Dice being symbolic of what time they killed Chris and Gary. Thanks for pointing that out.

I have no doubt he got his tattoo to celebrate his involvement in the murders. I know the story he told on the stand was BS.

Just a question. He admitted to numerous other crimes he has not yet been charged with on the witness stand. If the statute of limitations did not run out on the other crimes can they charge him with them based on only on his testimony under oath.

but all the abusers of all those victims were close family, we do not know who HR was raped by but it was family, so was TC by her stepfather, Beth was abused by her two brothers, so the Wagners saw that in families lots of SA was going on, nobody was ever prosecuted, so if it could happen to all those girls within their families then maybe it could happen to SW,

it is no excuse for the murders, but I understand why they were concerned over SW being SA,

A bit ironic though, given that George4 was sleeping in the same bed with TC when she was 13 and Jake was having sex with Hanna when she was a minor and he was not.

I think the only reason she didn't want it referred to (or played) is if she couldn't question GW on it. That was my understanding of the ruckus at Opening Statements. Now that he has taken the stand, I just don't know... I missed the morning session.

I'm going to go out on a limb & guess all 4 of them lied in those interviews in Montana & she can prove it. JMO

But she didn't prove he was lying. He asked for a transcript of the interview to refresh his memory. She refused to give him one. Could it be because they don't have a tape of it? remember BCI Ryan saying he was using a video camera but didn't know how to operate it and turned it off accidently? I think Canepa is lying about stuff he supposedly said trying to trip him up. But he is staying with her and telling her he doesn't remember saying that. She lets it go. I think because she cannot prove him wrong and is relying on Ryan S's memory of the interview. Plus there is that second BCI agent who was in the room for the interview that is on the defense witness list. What will he remember?

One very interesting thing. Near the end of her cross, she is talking about MT and George says he remembered telling BCI agents his father was just a big teddy bear. Either Junk or Superman very loudly told Canepa to "Shut up". She did and went another direction with her questions. What was up with that?

That's my opinion as well, Dudly.

Edit to say I think a good bit of their individual stories matched and as I said last night, I don't think the stories were rehearsed because they couldn't even remember which movie they supposedly watched just 1 year after murders and it's been 6 1/2 years now.

I agree, it’s fair to be concerned in general. But if you’re George, why even take on partners if you’d just assume they were all going to assault your children by default because it’s happened before, know what I mean?
And why is your mother outside of the rule despite having been a victim. Often it’s the victims that perpetuate it. So everyone else but AW who is a victim does it except her?
Along with all of your reasons, I just think it’s really suss.

Are there jurors who believed George's testimony?
Are there jurors who can't decide if George is lying?

It's not out of the realm of possibility. Maybe she's the one who froze or whose shot went wild (just shy of G3's head at the trailer door entry ?).

If JW did murder five, it's likely at the places where they found the most casings, since JW has a degenerative eye disease, it would be difficult for him to find them. Since it was dark, they's have to be right on the victims, . As JW testified, he didn't even see the six-month-old until he was leaning over HHG.
