As much people the Wagner’s has accused of the murders and all the people they have told on maybe jail is a safer place for George Wagner iv, JMO

I agree! They've all thrown a lot of people under the bus. Jail is the safest place for all of them.

Disagree, she got G4 to admit under oath he had committed many other crimes, some of them Federal Crimes.

IMO, G4 will spend the rest of his life in prison, one way or another..

JMO

She caught him in a lot of lies, too.

Jmo she is killing me with the tattoo. After the artist who has nothing to gain testified. She needs to drop the stuff she knows is not related.

Jmo his defense got him to admit to that stuff. He isn’t hiding it. I doubt he would get life for theft and fraud. Keep in mind many of those crimes was when he was underage. 10 to 15 isn’t life. Jmo

He also said he didn’t know about his family being involved in the murders. JMOO
He said he didn't know about his mom until this trial.

I'm pretty sure in 2015 when he illegally purchased that gun he was over 21.

I truly believe the jury will find him guilty of all 22 charges.

If you was GW4 would you take a chance with the jury or would you try to take a plea right now, ( it’s All Come Down To A Waiting Game Of Cards Right, Who Has The Best Hand And Who Is Better At A Bluff, The State Or The Defense)????

I would take my chance with this Jury/ Thankfully it isn't me though.;)

Yeah. I have no personal or direct involvment in this case but I do remember where I was, what I was doing when I heard about the murders of 8 people at 4 different homes in the middle of the night. Sort of like I remember where I was for the September 11 attacks, etc. I find his memory is convenient. He remembers great details about many things not related to the murders. For example, the exact make/model of a night scope purchased 6 years ago, but as far as any of the murder weapons he conveniently can not remember. I feel like he was caught in several lies today, but canepa kept letting him off the hook each time. I could not believe she is already done questioning him.

He lied to BCI investigators at the Montana border compared to his testimony yesterday. Suddenly after so many years and after your brother's proffer your story changes. Not a day after being interviewed, not week after being interviewed, not a month after being interviewed, not even a year after being interviewed, not after being arrested and charged, it is only after he sees the information in Jake's proffer he now all of a sudden remembers he went to bed that night at 10. Wow.

Wow. Just Wow. I have no doubt he was a part of these murders. However, He got up on the stand and told so many lies with a straight face coupled with the fact that Canepa let him off the hook that I think he sowed enough reasonable doubt. I can not believe the prosecuting attorneys are done questioning him already.
In my opinion only, he told nothing the past two days with a straight face. His face was very readable and telling. I especially noticed when answering the more pertinent questions to the murders, GWIV looked down after answering, almost completely closing his eyes. He even did it when being asked those kind of questions by his own attorney.

I was looking at that tattoo and wondering why the dice add up to 11. George strikes me as a snake eyes kind of guy.
11 is a winner in craps...Yo 'leven

I did not pick up on the significance of the numbers on the Dice being symbolic of what time they killed Chris and Gary. Thanks for pointing that out.

I have no doubt he got his tattoo to celebrate his involvement in the murders. I know the story he told on the stand was BS.

I got the 8 ball reference but not the 11 reference. wow. just wow.
I was also thinking...11= the two left alive

I think G4 is trying to perform the greatest bluff of his life.

I doubt it will work

It's not out of the realm of possibility. Maybe she's the one who froze or whose shot went wild (just shy of G3's head at the trailer door entry ?).

If JW did murder five, it's likely at the places where they found the most casings, since JW has a degenerative eye disease, it would be difficult for him to find them. Since it was dark, they's have to be right on the victims, . As JW testified, he didn't even see the six-month-old until he was leaning over HHG.

"I did not notice their baby until I leaned over to shoot Hannah Hazel," - JW
Pike County murder trial
I reckon they missed Billy's head by just millimeters. lol

Snipped from article:

"In particular, Billy kept referencing a person called Latham. Jenkins clarified that Latham was a nickname given to a man named Skid Montgomery — he was often called Latham, because that was the town in which he ran his large-scale marijuana operation. Jenkins said there were also rumors Montgomery would put hits out on people."

Have you ever been to a gun show? They are huge. hundreds if not thousands of people there. Very crowded. So maybe Jake drove to the show himself. Jake could have even arrived earlier or after George and Billy left.

There is no way to call him a liar on that unless we have a statement from Jake saying he rode to the show with George and Billy.

Also Jake could have bought the gun at another vendor stall without George seeing him. It was November in Ohio so I assume Jake was wearing a coat he could have hid a pistol in.

Maybe think about these two things?

JMO
That 1911 was supposedly JW’s prize possession. I was shocked that he destroyed it. He would have shown it to anyone with him when he bought it…

Well, I have to say now, after listening to and watching GW today, I feel he was far from being honest and that he lied about many things. My opinion is back to where it had been all these years, which is that of guilty. Yesterday (for the 1st time), I thought maybe he wasn't there the night of the murders, but after today, I again am back to where I was prior to yesterday - guilty!

Hmm .. maybe AC plans on recalling GW4 back to the stand during rebuttal and that's when she will question him about the crime scenes and play his MT interview.

Can she recall him?

Jmo but have you notice she hadn’t questioned him on evidence, because they don’t have any.
I noticed. I don't think they have a tape of george's MT interview either. If they did they would have had to turn it over to the defense in discovery and George would have already listened to it.
