Reading his FB, and interviews, he just didn't seem as mature as someone his age should be, he seemed rather naive to me, at least. However, he had a chance to stop this, like the other three, but didn't. Afraid of to say no? Was psyched about it? Idk. Pointing out that he may be the weakest link of the four is no different than pointing out who may be the strongest, smartest, or least intelligent. It's only speculation.
Jmo but in conversation with people they state Jake was “soft”. Not big and bad like others in the area. Jmo if guilty he will be the first to confess.

I agree and I believe they focused on the wrong evidence too much. Jmo but this case may be in the same trouble if not careful. When Dewine uses the word “Bizarre” it could be a problem. Normal people can’t relate to the thoughts of killers and when something is so bizarre it sometimes comes across as unbelievable. Jmo

The bottom line tho, will always be the jury. No one can read their minds. It’s a known fact many opposed to the DP will attempt to be seated on a DP case in order to sway the jury to his side or have the end result be LWOP.

It’s not fair, at all, but preconceived views of the defendant can impact the jury, as well. Frankly, I could not be on G3’s jury because I find his appearance bothersome. Literally, I would have to advise the Judge of my feelings & let him know I couldn’t consider him “innocent” until deliberations, based on his looks.

He definitely has a dif’ “look” about him. For all I know, he may be the baddest of the bunch. Lol
I can see where his youthful appearance MIGHT be of benefit to him.

Since you know locals that know the W family, ask about #3s relationship with his dad. I was told his dad was deeply embarrassed, ashamed & disgusted with #3 & there was no relationship.

Well hopefully you don’t get called for jury duty because that would be a big problem judging a person based on looks Jmo

Do you mean Bw, not being smart, just want to make sure we are talking about the same person. I haven’t heard anything about their relationship but that he left him a $3xx,🤬🤬🤬 life insurance if that is who you mean. Jmo

Lol, I’ve served several times. It was not an issue. There’s something about G3......I can’t help what I feel. That’s why I said I’d have to advise the Judge of my feelings.

I have a “biker friend”, he’s heavily tatted, 6’9”, super long hair (drop dead gorgeous), he got in some drug related trouble, years ago. He was facing 15 years. His attorney begged him to cut his hair, shave his beard & conceal his tats. He told him he fit the stereotype of a dealer & would be found guilty if he didn’t clean up his image. Well, he was too proud of his hair, beard & tats to even consider a new look. GUILTY. He did a few years but walked out with his hair & beard intact.

Right, I have often seen mugshots of men with truly ugly facial tattoos and wondered if it would be difficult for jurors to not have preconceived notions.

Yes, GW (aka Billy, #3). Sorry for the confusion. A couple other groups I’m in all use dif abbreviations. I apologize.

Oh, I know. Especially when they are jail house tats of some distorted image covering their face. I love tats. The nice, colorful, professionally inked kind.

I guess I do have to agree to a point, the only thing is Bw looks are so similar to a high percentage of men in the area, especially before he lost weight. Jmo

There not a person alive that can honestly say they've never been offended by someone’s appearance. Especially us women. We’ve all been in a mall, park or restaurant & been leery of someone due to their appearance or demeanor. I’m not even saying they need to be bad looking. Only a look we don't prefer. I find GW3 to be angry looking. Coupled with his size, I find him intimidating. People that know him might think him to be a Gentle Giant. Idk

And this has been discussed (not too nicely, either) elsewhere.

One can not help but notice the "weight loss" at his arraignment compared to the photos of him (GW3 aka BW aka BGWIII)
in Alaska. (I've tried to clip & crop and do side by side comparisons. My tech skills score in the "D-minus" category. Same for punctuation. Even when others send me files, I have to call and ask how to open them.) On another case I have been following for years, I watched a suspect's weight fluctuate dramatically; going from obese, to shockingly gaunt, and now more on the healthy safe side of average. I think a lot of it is new surroundings, diet and having to appear in court for the first time on murder charges. The first step is always a doozie.

If it was her, why is the horse breed called the Georgian Grande and it says it was developed by George Wagner, Jr.?
George Wagner Jr., an Ohio breeder set out with the ambition of developing horses that would possess the stocky and athletic look of the Saddlebreds of the past. Keeping this in mind, he blended the genes of the Friesian, draft and Saddlebreds to design a stylish equine breed that were energetic, also being large-sized along with a smooth gait. The foundation stone of the International Georgian Grande Horse Registry was laid in the year 1994, with this breed also being accepted and acknowledged by the American Horse Council, the United States Dressage Federation All Breeds Council.

Okay. I said "along side" Again, she was the brains, he the brawn.

IQ, they will all either lose or gain, dramatically, before trial, due to stress and the diet. If they have well padded commissary funds, they may balloon up. Lying idle 24/7 feasting on candy, chips & soda won’t serve them well. AW looked heavier, to me, at arraignment.

As soon as the new year begins, all 4 should be quite busy with paralegals, law clerks & possibly experts (to establish IQ). JW might be assigned a young, attractive female law clerk. Nothing is off the table, IMO, to get him talking.
Again, I don’t consider him a child but I do think he’s the most vulnerable & his team already know this.

Could JW have confided in his new bride?

You know we have all kind of forgotten about her. Or at least I have. She would have made the perfect CI. She would have been living with Jake and with the other W's when they returned from AK. She would be trusted by Jake and could have very easily overheard and recorded with her phone multiple conversations between them all. And she would not share the same fanatical loyalty of the W family since she was a newcomer. I really do hope she is back in Ak until time for her to testify if she testifies. Far away from the reach of Fred and crew.

JMO

If I was her, I'd have kept my tail in AK! No, I'd not have given any of them a 2nd look! Not with all that negative publicity. Take a look at GW4 too. In the Adams Cty. court records. He filed for divorce on 11/26/2014. It was finalized on 02/03/2015. Then that was it, until Sept. 2018 and the ex filed for a change of visitation (if I'm reading correctly). I think that's why he came back to OH, to straighten that out. Was someone urged to file? To get him here? Interesting filings on 11/02/2018 (at least I thought so).

Question????

I’m frothing at the mouth over something I wish to post. Not sure it’s allowed per TOS. Do I need to email a mod, for advice or permission? I don't want the thread to erupt.
