Hacking charge could be as simple as deleating messages from the deceased cell phones, to early to know but we will eventually know. Unauthorized use of computer equipment. A phone is just a little computer. My opinion on hacking. But lots of other possibilities, like watching someone’s else’s wireless camera feed.

I always think of hacking as being very sophisticated. Maybe it was in the past & now with the phones being what they are, it’s easier. Probably a lot of tutorials if someone wishes to learn to hack.

that may goes beyond the sentence for perjury. FCW - Count One

The perjurer may also be charges as an accessory, if he/she lies to conceal a crime. FCW - Count Two .
Obstructing Justice.

One lie committed, two counts.

I'm also assuming she was coached by an attorney (albeit a different one) before she met with the Grand Jury. She's wealthy and IIRC had an attorney on retainer (JMO). She also knew that LE had found the tactical BPVs in her home during the May 2017 raid. So she was likely prepared by her attorney to answer questions about those BPVs before she went to the GJ. That probably would have been a very important topic she knew she would have to discuss with them. Seems unlikely she misunderstood a question she was probably coached to answer. MOO, just thinking out loud. Speculation.

Also wonder about Rita Newcomb's charges of Perjury & Obstruction of Justice. Wonder what she lied about?

Is it fair to assume that since the FWF Amazon records were included in the discovery, it is however believed something related to the murders was purchased under that account and it somehow relates to her testimony and charges?

I can't see them including copies of Amazon records as part of the case if ALL the purchases were for farm related items that would have no relation; feed only as an example since it's been mentioned. So I don't necessarily believe all purchases are related maybe just few.

They likely set a time frame of which to pull the discovery for and it may only be a few purchases within the defined time frames that are of question. Could have been parts to build a silencer, books to build one, a BPV if they can be purchased there, etc. Opinion Only

Yes, Betty. The prosecution has already begun to bring this out. And IMO, it only shows that he is not abiding by the rules of the court until he is forced to.

FW's attorneys aren't arguing about who purchased the BPV's, they're trying to say that FW had a hearing problem and may have replied in error. Her reply is what they're questioning.

They'll need to prove that, though, but they have plenty of time ahead of them as this case proceeds.





I'm beginning to get an idea of how FW's attorney, James Owen, operates. He doesn't make a request for something to the prosecution until he's in the courtroom. Then he makes a big dramatic play for the camera to make it seem like the prosecution is doing something wrong. Oy. What a pro.

Under Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 29, Section 2921.22, it is illegal to fail to report to LE, certain felony that
includes murder. When in Ohio, obey Ohio Law.

Why is FW sitting in the gallery of the courtroom with her daughter, as if she's a spectator, not the defendant? It appears FW is the most defiant in the family, assumes the rules don't apply to her. JMO

Thanks. We don't know if she knew about the murders, though. We only know, so far, that she was present when they were planning to take revenge by killing AG DeWine and Sheriff Reader, among others. Since they didn't have the chance to kill them, according to one of our WS attorney members, she couldn't be charged with anything. Does ORC cover that?

What if they bought the vests on one of her farm accounts. They may have gotten the vests during the search, but didn't tell her, then traced them back to a cc, w/ her name on them. I'd be surprised if G3 wasn't provided with a farm card when he took horses places.

They said there were two. I wonder what sizes those two were.

She's not a good person, JMO. We'll see what develops, looking forward to hearing the state's argument and judge's ruling. Personally, I think it's theatrics and drama on her part and that of her attorney. It's what they're paid to do.

Yea, we need to know the sizes. It’s not clear what her lie regarding the vests is. She must have been confident in her answer to the GJ, if she answered w/o stepping out to confer with her attorney. I doubt she went to the proceedings alone. I would think he advised her to request pause to confer with him, before answering questions.
