Heroin. Why would someone have bent spoons in their room? Better yet, why would someone steal spoons from their mother?

One in BeaverCould you elaborate on the difference in names? Lucasville Mission is Lucasville Mission. In addition, I searched a directory of Scioto County church’s and to no avail, there wasn’t a Lucasville Mission.
Well I guess if there’s one in Beaver then they’re not a registered business entity in the state of Ohio. One in Beaver
That would be a stretch since she answered it. With a lie.Could FW’s poor hearing that was mentioned by her lawyer yesterday at her pretrial is a credible defense and she didn’t hear anything?
I’m not saying I buy that, though.
LOL. I know hahaha. She didn’t have hearing aids either. JMO, but if I had a hearing problem and I could afford hearing aids, I’d have some. Her attorney was also talking pretty low to her and she seemed to hear just fine. That would be a stretch since she answered it. With a lie.
It's like you asking me
You: "Hey Raisin what color is the sky?'
Me: "I didn't hear anyone ask a question but I will answer it anyway for the heck of it. It's purple."

Well said! That is an excellent point. We had a case in Butler County where an older lady with hearing loss caused an accident with an emergency vehicle. She was charged even though she didn’t hear the siren.
My lawyer was emphatic with me that her hearing loss was not an excuse. That it is up to the driver to correct the problem with hearing aides or not drive. When we went to court he made sure the judge understood that I had hearing loss. So maybe the responsibility is on the person with the deficit.
That's understandable. I usually have sympathy for parents and grandparents of dangerous criminals, too. What they do in their adult lives is usually beyond their parents' control.
Fredericka is different, JMO. By many accounts, she's a powerful, domineering woman who exercised a lot of control over her own family, her employees, her tenants, her congregation and many others. I doubt there were many people who ever said "no" to her. I think she used her land and wealth as a means to control her family. So, I'm looking at her differently. She wasn't the kind of grandma who stayed in the kitchen baking cookies.
Matriarch of Wagner family accused in Pike County massacre spent decades building wealth
DeWine called it an "obsession" with custody and controlling children.
LOL @rsd1200
Come on. I know you and Dudley wants to talk about those bedbugs. Admit it now. That bedbug discussion was the highlight of your day.
I found comparing these articles interesting.
Info from Yesterday:
The state has asked to investigate to obtain accurate information concerning Wagner’s connection to Crystal Springs and the church, and Deering indicated that the state has until the end of the month to provide specific objections to the motion.
“The information that we have is that Ms. Wagner was the administrator of Crystal Springs at the time of her arrest; she is no longer,” Canepa said, adding that, according to the state’s information, even when Wagner was the administrator she was not there on a day-to-day basis.
Fredericka Wagner's attorney argues for full transcript of her grand jury testimony
Info from Nov:
Fredericka Wagner collected a $51,738 salary in 2017 from the organization as its chairman and executive director, a 40-hour a week job, the IRS records show. Additionally, she collected another $15,000 in facility lease payments from the organization, the records show.
Pike County murders: Fredericka Wagner asks to leave farm
Kevlar snake chaps are common gear in snaky terrain. (I'm poor so my chaps are just hard plastic.) I can see their use in the barnyard or riding. Hooves and teeth hurt.
We thought of designing bookbags or handbags that would unfold into a protective cover like a tent for extra protection in school incidents where you might shelter in a room but still need a shield. The walls are apt to be thin in many buildings.
(Ultimately decided I'm not quite that creative so entrepreneurs feel free to use my idea.)
That's a very good assumption. There's been some discussion about whether the identified themselves to the victims, if they said terrible things before they killed some of them, etc. I'm not sure. The probably didn't want Brently Rhoden to recognize them when he woke up and they certainly wouldn't want anyone driving by to see them as they entered and exited the Rhoden homes or any security cameras or other drivers recognizing them as they drove to and from the crime scenes. I still tend to think they staged the murders out of Flying W Farms. It was close by, very remote, had lots of room to store weapons, supplies, auto, etc. and be far away from any prying eyes. IIRC, it sits on top of a hill at the end of a long, winding driveway. Kenneth's camper on Left Fork was on the way to and from the UHR crime scenes.
Some day we should make a list of our top most aggravating discussion topics for this crime. Another at the top of my list was endless analysis of poor BJM making the 911 call.![]()
That was about whether it was a crime to make a threat against a public official, not about the two charges in the indictment.

I’m not saying I buy that, though.
But, you reply to them, don't you...lol
I'd actually rather watch TV with it turned off...
Is FW charged with not reporting a threat against a public official? Ya'll see it as taking up for her, I see it as questions that the defense will be asking and points they will make.
Mine was bed bugs especially after the trouble I got when I first started posting and wasn’t using Jmo. And imo the bed bugs have nothing at all to do with anything JmoMine was; Why wasn't KR found sooner?!?! and The Vicious Dog Conundrum, is a close second.
