Yep. I, for one, am smelling what she is stepping in.“She’s lived her life on the right side of the law and as close the cross as possible” is what was said, I believe. Paraphrasing of course.

FW seemed relax and confident in court. It felt like she's been in court before. She did not seem extremely worried.
It's possible there isn't much more than what we heard in court. She could get away with a relatively light penalty, if ever convicted.
Does anyone know the possible penalties for her charges - obstructing justice?
She has been in court before. An uncountable number of times. It may not have been for criminal actions, but she’s sat in civil cases over and over through the years, as reflected on a search of her name on Pike County Courts Public Record search.FW seemed relax and confident in court. Any true Christian will tell ya there’s no perfect Christian or person. Therefore, using her Christianity to try and portray her character shows me her faith is being used for the wrong manner. True Christians don’t use their religious beliefs for leverage to obtain bond. JMO.Absolutely agree. It bothers me that they claim such religious beliefs (as if how dare you think that I, as a Christian, would ever do anything wrong.) The walking as right with the cross or whatever her attorney said. The pastor and his
Pastor son speaking in support of them when they went to Alaska. It's just so deceitful and wrong.
Yes! And here’s another statement that has long bothered me that Jakey boy made. This statement comes off as entitled to me.
“But if he isn't Kylie's dad, and if the courts deem another man suitable to care for her, he will step aside -- at least partially.
"I'm not going to take her," Wagner said. "But I will want mandatory visitation in order to see her regularly."
What gave Jake the right to believe he would be entitled to mandatory visitation to a child that wasn’t his? Why would he even believe he would be granted mandatory visitation? Or was this another statement by one of the defendants to paint a false picture of the defendants?
Also the part - “But I’m not going to take her” comes off to me like he has experience taking a child (aka Sophia). And how did he take S? By murdering her entire immediate maternal family and mother. Just to clarify, I’m pulling my thoughts I wrote down in my notes when this article came out. And that was long before arrests or even before the W’s were named a “laser focus” by DeWine.
All JMO.

I’ve been curious if she is found guilty, will the crime she is accused of obstructing justice and committing perjury on be factored into sentencing? She's been charged with a 5th degree felony charge for obstructing justice. If found guilty she can receive up to 12 months in jail. In this case, it's connected to a murder, so....IANAL
What You Should Know about Obstruction of Justice
OTOH, if they had brought federal charges, she would face more jail time, 5 - 20 years.
It's one thing to be charged with OOJ because you lied about your buddy hiding his MJ under the car seat when the cops pulled him over, something different when you're trying to cover up for your family murdering 8 people.

People that really do live that way do not need to tell anyone that they do...
I believe those are questions most followers of this case would love to know the answers to. I’m hopeful we will find out as these cases slowly unfold. Two questions, please.
Was the money thrown around on a victom designed to mislead (Robbery or drug deal gone bad) or was there something else to it between the Ws and Rs?
Did anyone, in either family have an issue with the age problem of J and H?
Assumingly, the trials will be live steamed, just as the proceedings so far have been. As far as getting into the courtroom as an observer, that’s a good question.? Is the trials for public or just family?

I have to disagree. Other people close to the victims did not come out and speak. Cr employer could have held a benefit for the funerals, but he didn’t come out and speak either Jmo and others could have done more. It was in my opinion very insulting to the victims that the reward money was so low. JmoIt shows a measure of the W's contempt for the R's.

She has been sued before for misrepresenting her horses and dogs I think. Someone posted a link to that I believe. She stole some pictures off the internet of some dogs and put them on her website claiming they were her dogs. Whoever owned the dogs sued her for it. So this is not her first rodeo in court.

You are right. There are a lot of people who could have did and said more.I have to disagree. Other people close to the victims did not come out and speak. Is it possible BBL owner was scared to publicly speak? I’ve always wondered why he was so quietI have to disagree. Other people close to the victims did not come out and speak.
