You are right. There are a lot of people who could have did and said more.

But only her family has been accused of killing the 8 victims. To me, if they are as innocent as she believes them to be, she would be displaying more sympathy for the victims and the victims families. Not portraying the countenance of a woman who is furious at being inconvenienced by their deaths.

Make no mistake, that woman is a narcissist and it's all about her. Just watch her face and actions as her attorney begins his spiel.

JMo
I see her as being upset about what she feels as her family being wrongly accused. I haven’t see or heard the W bash the victims. What could she possibly do at this point to show sympathy for the victims and it not be described as an act to save her own family. Other than stating yes my family did this there is no action that could show sympathy. Which she may believe they didn’t do it. It is harder to see the wickedness of your own family than others. IMO: Fred doesn't come across as a warm, fuzzy and eggnog making granny. If she is the face of the W4 as the cases move forward, the W4 are in serious trouble. I can't see her tainting a jury pool in favor of the defense. That perpetual scowl makes her appear evil. MOO
I agree she doesn’t come across that way (warm and fuzzy). To me she comes across as a hateful old bitty. Jmo

It looks, from overheads, and the pics on Google Maps, like a normal little country church. It was said in court today that she had not even been attending there regularly. AW did the stained glass work.

AW did the stained glass work??

IMO, I think FW attorney makes her look guilty.

I agree. I have three children. One acts just like FW 's lawyer when she is guilty. Getting loud and interrupting, hands all theatrical. Lots of unnecessary drama. Everyone else talked in a normal tone and volume at every hearing so far. This one....he needs a tiara.

Also, why does she dress like a nun? Is that her normal every day apparel? Is it just to further give the impression she wants people to see? I have never met her, but public information alone tells the story of a very different disposition.

Has it ever been said where all of the Waggies were the night of the murders?
To late to edit but question needs revised, has it ever been mentioned where the Waggies were supposedly at the night of the murders

I'm hoping the sensible, plain-spoken people of Ohio see right through his ridiculous theatrics.

I do not for one minute believe this horrible woman thinks her son and DIL and grandson are innocent. If anything she actively helped them to do it.

The Roster does not have anything to do with the murders so why do we want to keep talking about them, not trying to be mean but this is what the killers have been doing all alone to throw everyone off the subject of who, why, how and what exact time is the main thing also where the mothers in-law part of the crime JMO

How do you know that? None of us knows. Maybe there was a gambling debt. Maybe not. Maybe there was a drug deal gone bad with the Rhodens. Maybe not. None of us knows the other motives outside of the child custody dispute. We do know that there was an "undercurrent of drugs" woven in this. But drugs, gambling and/or rooster fighting wasn't what LE wanted to focus on. They wanted to focus on getting the murderers. Which makes sense. IMO the money thrown on one of the victims would allude to a motive other than child custody.

The Rhoden family in NO WAY deserved to be killed. But they did lead a higher risk lifestyle. Its not victim blaming to acknowledge the lifestyle that some of the Rhoden family lived.
True. The W’s never even gave a public or sm statement after the murders to express grief, shock or condolences. That struck me as odd as well, especially considering FW is a well known prominent countian in the area. Heck, Jeff Ruby, who didn’t know the family and is also a prominent businessman, offered his condolences and even a reward (later taken away).

But my goodness, when FW was arrested,FWF quickly jumped to sm to state FW was okay and business at the farm would go on as usual.

See the November 14th post. Flying W Farms Public Group | Facebook

Why didn’t they use that forum for condolences or a statement when 8 people that they knew very well were murdered in their sleep?

It’s odd to observe the priorities of what is worth a public statement and what is not, on behalf of FW. JMO.

There were a ton of posts deleted off that page. They have been an interesting read. If you click the post and read the replies those are also interesting. Seems like lately no one is moderating the page. Which is understandable given the circumstances. But you would think at least RW would be doing something. I am shocked they haven't just shut the page down

I think he knew full well that child was not his. He only told the reporter it was to make it look like there was no way he killed Hanna with his 4 day old baby in the bed beside her. The point he was trying to get across to LE was what loving father would put his child in danger of a stray bullet like that? Jake as with his grandmother Fred is always onstage performing for the media.

JMO

I disagree. IMO he did really did think that was his child. I think it also went to motive. Custody of 2 children not just one.

Hey you guy don’t you know what this attorney is getting his part set for the movie that will be made, maybe Bruce Wills play his roll he kinda act like a Die Hard!

Respect your opinion but I do not believe in a million years he would have left his infant for HOURS ALONE crying, hungry, dirty diaper, bloody bed, next to it's deceased mother, if he for a minute thought it was his. (And April Manley said she and James could hear Kylie crying. Little newborn Kylie was probably alone and crying for hours.)

He even changed the day of picking up Sophie so she would not be in any of those homes when the murders occured.

IMO the fact that I don’t see many supporters on her side of the courtroom indicates she hasn’t endeared herself to many.

You have apparently heard DeWine's news conferences since the arrests. He has said that it was about custody/control of children with an undercurrent of drugs, right? Has he mentioned gambling debts or rooster fighting being involved in any way at all? Or at ANY time, has DeWine said "drugs, gambling and/or rooster fighting wasn't what LE wanted to focus on"? If that was EVER mentioned, please give the link to the article.

IMO only because he had no other alternative. He couldn't pick the infant up since she disagreed that it was his. And lets face it; its not like the W's have any kind of real conscience. He probably thought it wouldn't matter since she was a newborn and in his mind wouldn't remember or be affected. IMO they deliberately waited for the baby to be born to carry out the plan.

That’s an excellent point.
