Not sure why at this point, but JMO Fred Wagner and her attorney are trying to discover who served on the GJ. Remember, too, one of their motions was a request for juvenile criminal records of witnesses, etc. They also asked for the list of people serving on the GJ. That's not allowed.

Someone is planning to smear reputations of anyone who thinks they should be charged or are guilty.

Yes! Just because there's a focus on custody doesn't mean other matters didn't play into the custody issue. All the dirty laundry will be hung out "defending" the W's deadly drive to wrestle custody from the Rs. I bet many of the pet peeves y'all've mentioned, like insects and birds, created what Ws thought was an unsuitable environment for S. They may have some shockers saved for the reputation bashing part this will likely come with trial.
Surely they won't try to claim they didn't do it. Will they? I can't envision how...

I don't know about anyone being injured, but it appears her files to verify breeding requested during a case also happened to be lost in that fire.

But the news of DeWine's press release has filled the airwaves on the Kenai Peninsula and been the topic of some cafe and workplace conversations in the last week.

"Aren't those the people on the run?" asked Andy Billings, 46, of Seward, nonchalantly while he and two friends had lunch at Veronica's Cafe in Old Town Kenai. "We get a lot of that here."

He was surprised to learn that the family is not wanted for questioning. But he wasn't surprised the Wagners chose to pick up stakes in Ohio and join the other 60 percent of transplants to Alaska.

Maybe no one would bring her clothes. That really doesn’t seem likely though. Lawyers have been known to provide court clothes for their clients if needed. Especially in death penalty cases.

I look forward to seeing what Billy will be wearing. And just an observation, but GW4 attire actually looked very nice. JW’s clothes didn’t seem as crisp and put together as GW4’s.

IMO, the reason AW was still in jail garb is because her motions are all still pending the court's decision.
