Maybe the picked up the adults and moved them to shoot them, then put them back, so the babies wouldn't get awakened by the noise.
Ya know Dudly, you may be on to something :p I’d not yet thought of that theory :)

There was a video of LM standing in between Sheriff vehicles at the roadblock on UHR the day of or after the murders where he said it could be over custody. Not that video yall have been posting where he is in the church. There is only snippets of it on YT now and that part is cut put. As soon as arrests were made, I thought to myself "ol Leonard had this thing solved in 24 hours". I'm sure he told LE about that if he was mentioning it to the media directly following the killings.

I think GR's dad video was chopped too (as well as many others). I just happen to know what the dad said. JMO. MOO.

Just wanting to know what county or town so I can look up the records. I know that it was there but I can't locate it now. I am either looking in the wrong place or the records have been removed.

MOO. JMO.
IIRC, it’s Scioto. I could be wrong.

Thanks. That was the county that I bookmarked. The search engine is unusual and difficult at times too. I will keep trying. JMO. MOO.

Scioto county’s site always does that do me. I just looked it up a couple weeks ago again and that was the one time I didn’t have to fight with the website for an hour ha

I believe the only one that said the dog had to be restrained was DS. How restrained? Kept out of the way or held back with all possible force to prevent an attack? DS apparently didn't get attacked or had a problem with the dog.

Bingo! What you said: "DS apparently didn't get attacked or had a problem with the dog."
But notice when strangers came...ie...LE, suddenly Brownie the pit bull becomes vicious and LE can't get into the camper without telling DS to restrain the dog.

Why is Brownie fine with DS but trying to attack
the police? Because DS has been a frequent visitor and the dog doesn't see him as threatening and that's how the Wagners got past Brownie.

They spent months planning the murders and sure enough they also spent months making sure all the Rhoden guard dogs were at ease and comfortable around them.

The Wagner farm is 6 minutes down the road from Kenny and I can picture the various Wagner's stopping by and giving Brownie treats and showing him they are no threat to Kenneth.

I'm sure the Wagners used this modus operandi with all the Rhoden dogs.... Just My 2 Cents.....

Are you thinking of Rocky Boots out of Nelsonville, Ohio? The Wagners were charged with theft of many pairs of boots
from stores in Jackson, Ohio and selling them at flea markets. Also both were charged with theft from Walmart and
Sams in Ross County. Angela has a strange case involving parenting in the Ross County, Ohio Court System.

I saw one again the other day. There's a print article that says it, too.

Family member reacts to latest Pike County massacre information

Looking through past articles, I also found this photo of CR1 with FR and Hanna when they were little. So sad.

Cant get the link to post, but Google, "Scioto County Court of Common Pleas," or maybe "Courtview Solutions Scioto Court of Common Pleas."

Can you possibly help us find the parenting case?

Just found this on You tube. Leonard mentions it might be a child custody issue

Here's LM's video that I think you are looking for, and I might have GR's father's too. I'll have to look.

In this vid LM says if LE doesn’t release the truck, he will start talking. He also states ‘there has been a lot of things covered up in this county’.

What was he wanting to tell? Was he just simply mad at LE and was going to start telling how LE had treated his fam, or was there something else? Ideas, thought?

There is an article on the Cincinnati.com site about the search warrant issued for 845 Bethel, Lucasville,
Ohio. Just google Angela Wagner and Rocky Boots and the site will appear.

The title of the article is Pike County: Father accused in Rhoden massacre faced prior felonies, dated
November 17, 2018.

Thanks. I found this:

2001 BW and AW Road Rage Incident with a .40 Caliber Glock Gun allegedly found in AW purse after BW had been brandishing weapon towards teenager and father. BW pled no contest and served no jail time/suspended sentence. AW charges dropped. BW's attorney now represents AW's mother in this case.

2002 BW and AW both convicted of Receiving Stolen Property in Ross County. Evidence seized in the case included “various items belonging to Kohl’s, Ollie’s, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Super K-Mart, Hobby Lobby, Sears, and Lowe’s.” Each were sentenced to 1 year community control and restitution to Sears and Lowes.

There is another charge in Pike County for tampering with evidence related to the Rocky Mountain Boot thefts.

I don't understand how they were able to stay out of jail.

I have always thought that people went to jail for certain things.
