rsd, I didn't take your comments as being harsh. If it sounded that way to you I apologize. I was just putting my own personal two cents in. I tend to think the R's grow probably wasn't as big as those descriptive words used by LE made it seem. I could be wrong.

I'm glad, it's hard to get tone and inflection on the internet sometimes, and didn't want to appear that way. I do believe it was likely a commercial op. Sophisticated, I take w/a grain of salt. Sophistication is in the eye of the beholder. ;)

Maybe Frannie would know if it was sophisticated or not. LOL

I've only witnessed aggression with folks who were using other drugs in combo with weed. In personal experience, with a lot of folks, over the years, folks who use weed only, may become agitated, even snappy, or short, but, I've never seen aggression unless detoxing off of alcohol, or another, typically aggression-inducing drug, at the same time. I'll agree to disagree though.

I wonder if there is any correlation linking aggression from weed to mental illness or even pesticides used during the growing of weed. In my experience the incidents happened after dispensaries became common place here in Washington state. Sorry to keep going off topic.

I'm not sure if this will take you directly to the image, but based on the last page in the document and some other filings I think they might be one in the same, or at min both are connected to Flying W.

It looks like the person who incorporated the one that is on the FWF farm, incorporated another church, Lucasville Mission, a few years later, in 1996, if I'm reading that correctly. I don't think they are the same churches though, but maybe created by the same pastor. Idk but, I don't see one or either church as having a conspiratorial role in murdering eight people. I just don't see it. These are little country churches. Could a member(s) justify murdering someone to "fit" their own narrative? Sure.

If they are using weed that has been mixed with "spice" or some other synthetic drug, then that is highly likely. I've heard of some folks lacing w/formaldehyde... Some folks won't go to dispensaries either, so they may fall victim to lacing, and not know it. They won't go to dispensaries b/c of having to put their name on a "list". I don't blame them really, until the Fed Gov removes it from their Sched. list. (Spice is some nasty stuff)

I don't think the rape case being referenced is applicable to the murders. I do feel these are the same church. The filing references are all within the same Fredericka Wagner Lucasville Mission filing on Secretary of State. The later dated image below also references it go back to FWagner.

The pastor who recently spoke on her behalf shares the same last name but it's hard to say if they are related.

"In a letter supporting Wagner's request, Pastor Aaron David Spencer wrote that she "needs the spiritual strength she gains from attending our Praise and Worship."

I was seeing the "Cy**s" name, b/c T & F Cy***were the one's who started the one, in 1959, that is now on FWF's land (Mt Etna). FW didn't become the overseer of FWF until `1976, iirc. Edit: In other words, after she attained that property, they probably went off and made a new one,. was my thought.

I thought the reason LE had a tracker on JM's truck was because he allegedly wanted to take revenge on the W's?
I couldn't figure out why LE would be tracking JM's truck after the 4/13/2017 press conference. I had always assumed they put the tracker on because he was still considered a suspect in the murders. The revenge motive is an interesting theory.

This is something I've wondered about. Would it be possible to house a commercial grow op in CRsr's trailer? I noticed a long gray windowless building behind the trailers, might they have been growing in there? How many square feet would be needed for it to be considered a commercial op? Equipment, air circulation, water and light?

No, LE tried to imply he was under suspicion for being in on the murders. They were able to get a GPS put on his red work truck by saying it had been used in the commission of aggravated murder, even though he didn't own it at the time of the Rhoden massacre. LE also told him they had records of him texting JW the night of the murders, etc.

You know hindsight is really an interesting thing. After reading these 10-2016 articles again it just brings up to me again that the LE putting that tracker on JM's truck 6 months later could have been they were fearful, for whatever reasons known to them, that JM might go vigilante. Having him destroy it and be arrested not very long after gave them a way to really scare him out of that mindset and make it seem to the public that he may be involved, keeping the W's off guard. The text thing BCI told LM still confuses but could have been a planted red herring?

I agree that we just don't know what was really going on...Hmmm....

According to LM, the reason for the tracker was a text they say JM sent at 2:00am, and because he did not pass a lie detector test. JM's attorney thinks the arrest was to pressure him to talk.

He had worked a full shift at his job and then the authorities picked him up at work and with no food or rest drove him to the city for a polygraph.
He was tired and hungry and that led to him not passing the test.

Now it's been almost 2 years so I believe that ship has sailed. I doubt it will be brought to the GJ since its been so long.

Charges in Rhoden case dropped, pending grand jury - News - The Columbus Dispatch

A Pike County judge has dismissed the felony vandalism and tampering with evidence charges against James Manley, whose sister was one of eight people shot to death in the Rhoden homicides a year ago.

County Prosecutor Rob Junk said he asked for the charges, filed May 16, to be dropped Monday. If the case is to be refiled, it would be presented to a grand jury, Junk said.

By foregoing the preliminary hearing that was scheduled for Manley on Monday and dismissing the charges, prosecutors were able to keep their potential evidence against Manley under wraps, at least for now. If the preliminary hearing had moved forward, investigators would have had to testify about why the GPS tracker had been placed in the first place.

FROM A DIFFERENT ARTICLE:

Manley’s attorney, James Boulger, told the Dayton Daily News that the charges were simply a tactical move from the start.

“I think they want to put some pressure on him,” Boulger told the newspaper. “Try to induce him to give them information that they think that he has. That’s what I think that they’re up to.”

He said that Manley, 40, lost his timbering job last week because of this case.

Unfortunately, those are the roles that predators try to attain. Roles in which they work with children. I did not see that article, but there are literally thousands of similar ones, across the U.S., of chomos who have attained places of trust, over children, and it ending in them abusing them.
