Why would she want to buy two BPV's for Billy? Still not buying her story. I'm going to check back in the PD story.
Jmo she said she does that sometimes and sends one back when buys two. Now it could be a lie, but I do know many people who do buy two sizes of same thing and send one back when buying online. Jmo she also offered to provide receipts the state should have taken her up on that jmo

I don't see a phone, but, and I'm probably the only one who thinks this way, but, I think this may not be a remodel in progress. I think this may be, how it would normally look, day-to-day. LE just found the vests laying there, in what is G3's bathroom (?), and took photos after tagging them for evidence. Just b/c folks are wealthy, doesn't mean they are good housekeepers. That's not the best picture either, of course they weren't taking it for us.

On the left side of the pic, at the base of the blue tote, it's a blue lineman's handset.

That excuse doesn't stand up to scrutiny. On the one hand she talks of struggling to keep the family farm financially solvent, but thinks nothing of splashing out nearly $1,000 on bullet proof vests and expensive bathroom/spa renovations. As for the receipts, I'll wait to hear the state's evidence on that.

It's also laughable that, in her interview, Fred Wagner claims there was no animosity between the families. She said there was no disagreement over custody. Unfortunately for the W's there's plenty of evidence there was a big custody battle being waged. Forged custody documents weeks before the murders, texts, voice mail and electronic spying on Rhoden family members is just a small part of the evidence LE gathered.

#27 in the pic, looks much smaller than #28. She must've missed the deadline for returns, but I don't recall the date of the searches. If you count tiles, #27 is three tiles wide at the neck, #28 looks to be double that.

I wonder how detailed the sizing info is where the purchase was made. Some manufacturers will give comparisons of their sizing in relation to more common body measurements. Such as: "our large is men's 44-46, our extra large is men's 48-50". Then ebay sellers simply copy that info.

I think Fred let slip the truth about one thing that she might be regretting today. She said Chris was killed because he knew something. I think that is very true. But what did Chris know about Fred and company that got him killed?

I noticed that, too. #27 is smaller than #28. Perhaps one was bought for Billy , the other for Jake or AW?

Sizing seems right, #28 is really wide at the bottom.

The BPVs are really cheap on ebay. Auctions starting at 99¢, $100 or make offer, many on the first page under $200. New and used.

Now I'll be getting emails for BPVs for the next month.

I noticed that, too. Her lawyer interrupts her and says "she was speculating". I'm now more convinced of the theory that Chris threatened to expose something about the Wagners if they didn't back off the custody demands. Like FW, I'll speculate that it was something illegal, possibly drug trafficking.

That look when she said JW and HR were married. She's not the cool cookie she thinks she is. I'll spare the mods my description of the look on her face.

Where did the white powder come from? It's on the floor and the jackets. Looks like drywall dust, JMO.

Yes, it could be drywall dust. It is impossible to tell what it is from the picture...

LoL! We all will,

On page 10 and 11 of FW's motion to dismiss, it states one of the BPVs was purchased for $284.99, the other for $379.99.

If she purchased two to see which one would fit, why hadn't she returned the other BPV nearly a year after she purchased it?

FW states how terrified she was after the murders. Why is she no longer terrified? Because she knows the murderers are now locked up! Wouldn’t it be scary to know that your loved ones wiped out an entire family over a custody dispute? If I was a frail old woman sitting on that much $$ I would be terrified of them also. JMO

She is so full of sh*t her eyes must be brown. She is having trouble thinking what to say. If it was factual, there would be no hesitation, etc., thinking what to say. It would come out much more natural...

Averting her gaze, looking down, hesitation are all body language that indicates dishonesty. The Plain Dealer will need to mention her Bible and show a few more pictures of Jesus and her church to help her overcome that.

I'm kind of surprised the PD reporters didn't do some due diligence by looking into her church. They would have found the news stories about the child molestor youth minister if they had. Classic Plain Dealer propaganda for the rich and powerful. Their next step is usually some heavy duty yellow journalism - style accusations against a target they want to take down. Usually big screaming headlines, long stories with graphics (like FW's) with questionable accusations that are repeated numerous times in stories run on a daily basis. Who will be their target for the attack?

Will their target villain be a surviving Rhoden family member? Someone in local LE, like Reader? It will be heavy media saturation with attacks against someone who won't be allowed to defend themselves adequately.

JMO, they're going to take someone down very publicly so the Wagners can walk and they'll do it in a way that protects DeWine. While CR1 and his family may have died because he threatened the W's with revealing something bad, the Wagners may be allowed to walk away from the murder charges because they (and FW) have secrets they're threatening to reveal.

All JMO and I hope I'm wrong.

At the risk of over-posting, I have to say ...

The dogs have been discussed, even LM and others could not believe anyone got past the dogs.

You can't rely on the dogs. Stuff happens. My house was emptied of valuables one Thanksgiving. I had an adult male Dobie and his momma in the house. The thieves brought a female dog with them. I caught the perps myself, and I didn't let off until I got everything back. Rusted guns (from being stashed in the woods), cords cut from electronics, everything but the cash from the cookie jar.

Dogs are priceless, wonderful companions, they have keen hearing and sense of smell, but they are not a failsafe against intruders. I can walk up to the meanest dog anyone has (so far), let them check the back of my hand, and we're pals forever.

That is what I do with dogs I don't know. Let them sniff the back of my hand. Doing that your not showing fear or aggression, both of which gets a dog riled up. My friend had a Dobie and he said the dog would hold the bag for the crooks to put stuff in. lol

With the supposed planning that went into this crime, what are the chances that buying these vests after the crime was a way to try to discredit the investigation? There may be proof that BPVs were used but not these two. The ones used may be long gone...Just a thought. My Opinion only...

Will their target villain be a surviving Rhoden family member? Someone in local LE, like Reader? They're a conservative newspaper, so they won't go after anyone in the AG's office or DeWine. It will be heavy media saturation with attacks against someone who won't be allowed to defend themselves adequately.

As an example, several years ago they destroyed the reputation of a former FBI agent who was running for Ohio governor. The only evidence of wrongdoing they had against the guy was that he drove too long on his temporary driver's license when he originally moved to Ohio from another state. They hammered him with multiple unfounded accusations and rumors that all ended up being false. This is a newspaper that helped change the outcome of at least 2 presidential elections.

I think Reader will be the one that gets discredited some way. It has started already with the anonymous complaint.

All JMO and I hope I'm wrong.

I wonder if they went back far enough to see if others were purchased earlier? Or just stopped when those were found in records? Did they find receipts in Fred's records, or get it from online data?

Looking at that pic last night, I was wishing I could apply a blacklight to the photo, but I'll bet they wore bunny suits. ... with feet cut off so the walmart shoes have their effect.

If they haven't yet looked for records of previous purchases of BPVs, they can still investigate that angle and use any evidence the uncover.

Any BPV's the W's might have worn during the murders probably had blood evidence on them, unless they had some very special coveralls. IDK what the W's were up to with the BPV's, they're not the smartest tools in the shed, but they have a lot of moxie, connections and money.

It's worth a try, but I doubt they'll let you record or broadcast without press credentials, I could be wrong.

Has anyone been seen using their cellphone in the courtroom? I've forgotten if I did.

Anyone can call the courthouse and ask about their courtroom rules. I believe I have seen an IPad in use, but can’t be sure.
During a regular trial, I don’t think any electronics are permitted to be used in any courtroom. I don’t know if they are held outside the doors, or just must be turned off.
