Averting her gaze, looking down, hesitation are all body language that indicates dishonesty. The Plain Dealer will need to mention her Bible and show a few more pictures of Jesus and her church to help her overcome that.

I'm kind of surprised the PD reporters didn't do some due diligence by looking into her church. They would have found the news stories about the child molestor youth minister if they had. Classic Plain Dealer propaganda for the rich and powerful. Their next step is usually some heavy duty yellow journalism - style accusations against a target they want to take down. Usually big screaming headlines, long stories with graphics (like FW's) with questionable accusations that are repeated numerous times in stories run on a daily basis. Who will be their target for the attack?

Will their target villain be a surviving Rhoden family member? Someone in local LE, like Reader? It will be heavy media saturation with attacks against someone who won't be allowed to defend themselves adequately.

JMO, they're going to take someone down very publicly so the Wagners can walk and they'll do it in a way that protects DeWine. While CR1 and his family may have died because he threatened the W's with revealing something bad, the Wagners may be allowed to walk away from the murder charges because they (and FW) have secrets they're threatening to reveal.

All JMO and I hope I'm wrong.

Not much detail on electronics, except phones are to be turned off or on silent ring. No calls to be made or accepted.

The .pdf shows 124 pages, but only displays page 1.

I've recorded in courtrooms, but that was back when it was uncommon and decided on a case by case basis, and not many people carried cell phones. I never saw anyone but press with cameras, and if looks could kill, I'd be long gone!

I'll step out on that limb and say only designated and identified individuals are permitted, and doing so from the designated area, off in one corner. Otherwise, the whole gallery would have their phones up.

I'll never forget a defendant stating, "I threw the (newborn) baby out the (bathroom) window."

Yes, I read that yesterday and have the same perception. That's why I didn't mention it or link to it here. It contains no information we don't already know. They're "educating" their viewers prior to the trial to embrace a preconceived idea of how the cases should be resolved. Assume they will also take the same tack with St. Fred Wagner in her nun's habit, with Bible, portrait of Jesus and church combined with the smear that Rhodens were wild, crazy, lawless druggie rednecks who had so many enemies they had people waiting in line to kill them.

Does anyone know demographic info for Oxygen viewers?

ETA: I think these folks are overlooking some characteristics and beliefs about their target demographic that will undermine their strategy. Tainting that jury pool won't be as easy as they think and the defense may fall victim to some common stereotypes that no longer apply.

Agree, that was my perception, too. The Wags were stockpiling supplies in case they decided to take out LE. That's why LE was so careful to arrest them when they were far from their current home and Flying W Farms. Also recall the May 2017 raid, they took SWAT vehicles along. Some locals and 1 news crew were in the area and took cell phone video when they stormed up the drive to Flying W Farms and again later when they left.

I wonder how early LE knew that the W's were planning some sort of violent retaliation against them?

I think it is a bathroom. The white items on the left are a sink and a tub-sink. That appears to be older tile too. I have seen the large, black and white, floor tile in old homes (on what was/is homes owned by wealthier folks at one time). Tile like that, and especially to tile that much, speaks to bathroom area, and, again, costly. I blew up the pic and cropped out "the finger" so we could look at it better.

Just asked the better half, he says bathroom, and the item with the pink-ish trim, is possibly a full length mirror. Edit: I however see a plug in the back so I'm not so sure about the mirror part.

It could be a mirror and what is shown in the mirror could be what is on the opposite side of the room/the opposite wall of where the mirror is. Just a guess as I'm not quite convinced that it is a mirror but I can't rule it out either.

She's gonna get her indictment dismissed if this is all true. What it boils down to is they think she secretly purchased the vests off-line before the murders to be used in the murders, then lied about it. But there supposedly are receipts to prove the vests were bought on-line after all, and bought on May 7th 2016, 15 days after the murders.

And her testimony made it clear she only "thought" and "guessed" that she bought the vests through Amazon, when in fact they were bought through her PayPal account. In her testimony she even offered to give AC the receits. That's not lying under oath.

Obviously, many on here believe she is complicit in the murders and want to see her--- at least---get convicted for Obstruction and Perjury but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

I get it, she was there when her family was planning revenge so it seems that she knew about the murders, at least after the fact, but did nothing about it. I find this very disturbing as well. I am disappointed that there will be no consequences if she knew about the murders and did nothing...... Because of this, even a dismissal won't save her reputation. She shouldn't count on the locals "taking her checks" any time soon.

We're not reading all of the GJ testimony, so it's hard to say whether or not she lied. The motion only includes a snippet of her testimony. Thoughts and guesses are what she's saying today, but it may not be all she said under oath. We'll have to wait until we hear from the prosecution. JMO, DeWine wouldn't approve filing charges based on such faulty info.

Reading the motion to dismiss, it sounds like Fredericka is telling two different stories, too. First she said the BPVs were purchased for herself and her daughter, but in the motion she says she purchased both of them for Billy Wagner. Which is the correct story? Why is she telling 2 different versions of this story?

I caught that. She said she didn't know if one size was big enough, so she got two, and her daughter wouldn't wear one. It looked as if he didn't either. He didn't appear to have one on when he was arrested, in Ky. She still could have bought them afterward, but it is an odd statement.

You're not going to wait to hear from the prosecution? We have a lot of hearings and trials ahead of us. We'll be hearing all kinds of allegations from over a dozen different defense attorneys, just doing their jobs by trashing the prosecution's case, the victims, the witnesses, everyone.

Might be best to avoid jumping to conclusions every time the defense throws out some chaff, or you'll get worn out pretty quickly.
