I feel kinda let down. So anticlimactic after such a long wait.

Yes, the prosecution is allowing the defense to keep all this behind closed doors, hiding any info about evidence. Problem is, that's being used against them by the defense.

Wonder why the prosecution needs to delay until October before they complete discovery? What takes so long?

There's a lot going on with these cases, it's just all being done behind closed doors. Maybe someone in the news media will speak out.

It isn't that uncommon in small towns. I have had to sit and wait while the attys and judge hashed things out behind closed doors. My atty told me; Ftr, this only happens in small towns.

Something's different! No handcuffs! So then why not regular clothes?

Also, if you look at Angenette Levy's Twitter she shows Angie walking from a different angle and she has no ankle cuffs on either.

It looks like none of the motions have been addressed yet. I thought the Court had already ruled on a deadline date for discovery. And now another date? I believe the prosecution is doing everything they can to keep evidence from media or the public and that tells me they are doing their job. No leaks, get convictions and no future appeals. JMO

Maybe no one will bring her street clothes. Who knows. Or perhaps jail attire is part of her approach for public sympathy. Angela is a pretty woman who doesn’t look like she would ever belong in jail. We all know looks are in general deceiving. Maybe making her look out of sorts in jail garb is part of the defense approach. I dont know. There could be many reasons, I suppose.

Yes, there must be a reason . I do believe that someone on her attorney's staff would help get her clothes to the courthouse if she wanted to wear them. Inmates usually change clothes at the courthouse after the clothes are inspected.

Were any members of the Wagner family at the hearing today?

I saw Robin sitting alone. Camera didn't angle far enough to see if any other Wagner's were there. If they were, they were not sitting with Robin.

Or Manley family?

Didn't see Leonard this time or his wife or Tony. I saw Miss Geneva and 2 ladies sitting with her and about 3 people in the back but that's all on the plaintiff's side of the galley.

It's a good strategy in theory, but in practice it's not working out. Last weekend, we had Fredericka Wagner scoring a major profile in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, in which she and her attorney selectively revealed quite a bit of evidence about the case. Not just evidence pertaining to her case, but a big reveal about the bullet-proof vests found in her home that prosecution alleges belong to her son, Billy.

Who knows if more evidence will be selectively revealed by the defense when Oxygen airs it's show March 24 about the Rhoden murders? We're wondering if the prosecution needs to rethink it's strategy.

Perhaps some people left because they couldn't wait any longer. The hearing was delayed for over 1 1/2 hrs.

JMO, she seemed much more relaxed and confident today. Anyone else agree? Last hearing she seemed much more tense. Her attorneys must have her convinced of a positive outcome for all of them. Fredericka's big media blitz must have the whole family feeling like they may beat these charges in the court of public opinion.

It makes her stand out when she's the only member of the family not wearing street clothes in court. Wonder if she was wearing the new security vest that Sheriff Reader purchased? May be the reason for fewer restraints.

I had edited my post from one person in the back to 3, but you could be right. The camera did not show the galley from 1:30pm to 3:00pm so people could have very well come and gone.

Yes she was different. No restraints on her wrists or ankles and her attorney made her smile at the end. And normally a guard has her arm and escorts her out but today she went out on her own. She seemed in way better spirits then last time. She looked like she was going to fall apart last time. Peculiar.

She had a belt shock device on.
