If it's true that there was an accidental witness that night, it also seems likely they saw the cars/trucks/SUVs that the killers were driving. Cameras may have also picked that up. Recall, LE mentioned the red truck sold/given to James Manley was alleged by LE to have been involved in a homicide. JMO, there was a lot of speculation here that a camera out near the highway picked up some vehicles traveling to UHR that night.

I’m gonna take a guess here and say that person may very well be SM. JMHO.

This is very interesting, in that there seems to be some cameras, game cameras, maybe security cameras listed as evidence.
This is my opinion. I don’t fully understand what camera evidence there is. However, a certain name appearing in certain places makes me wonder. No accusations, just theory, opinion...
It was rumored there was an unknown, unidentified person, an accidental witness (not a participant) to some events on UHR that night. Maybe a reluctant witness.

I say this only to indicate, to suggest, the proof, the case against the Wagners could be much stronger than some believe.
Again, my opinion, remembering rumors. I hope there was a witness.

It was in a news article early on that a camera in a birdhouse was not taken but the video on it didn't help or something to that effect.

"Chris had one even in a bird house, one of those shell cameras. We ain't heard on none of that either. Kenneth had cameras all over that place where he lived," Manley said.

I've been looking at the incident report for EW and I don't see why we can't discuss it, yes I know the TOS but this is all part and parcel of these murders. The incident report goes to show the nature of the W's.

JMO, assume this means State continues to oppose her motion for dismissal and provided additional evidence for their claim that she committed perjury in the GJ.

You are correct. The State is opposing her Motion to dismiss and is providing additional evidence against her...ie...evidence in favor of their case against her.

When Fred's attorney filed to dismiss Fred's Indictment (after all she would have needed a time machine...LOL...according to him) the prosecution had to respond in writing as to why they oppose the dismissal but they did MORE than that. They added on Supplemental Discovery which means they have more evidence to add to the case against her. I hope we can find a copy online of this new evidence that's being presented.

Yes. It’s stated on the discovery docs about a trace of her SS# as well as an incident report in Scioto County, IIRC.

Ok thankx. I was getting confused with all the new names mentioned in the discovery evidence. But NOW I know not to discus those people unless they come up in MSM. I know to never link facebook unless it's ---for example---Sheriff Reader's page or a MSM Facebook page. I think I got this right.

I'm trying to find the darn, actual, document but no luck. She reported that she had been threatened, her identity stolen, and was homeless as of the date. Claim is the threats occurred between 4/1/ - 7/1, basically a year after they married. She was in hiding, on the run.
