Billy's ex SIL didn't help him and Angie much by telling about the bad blood between Hanna and Angie. Must be bad blood between the SIL and Angie also.

If it is Billy's ex sister in law it must be his brothers ex wife right? Since him and Angie were not divorced.

Interesting, these are some different relatives we're hearing from. That sounds about right, she would be the ex wife of his brother. It's surprising how many we're hearing from, now that the W's have been arrested. The community was terrified to speak out publicly until then.

At the end of the hearing, everybody stood as the judge made his departure from the bench, Billy turned to face the spectators and clearly mouthed words to somebody - maybe RW?

Man, he’s big! I watched as he unpack himself from the back of the Sheriffs cruiser today (via Twitter).

As an equestrian, I can assure you that horse folks do not wear BPV’s (except in the case of a mounted police officer). Equestrians and trainers generally wear a helmet and padded vest which will absorb a kick, or protect ribs from a mounted fall, but padded equestrian vests are well and truly different vests entirely from BPV.

Thanks for the report! I thought the same about Billy the last time he was in court. He's huge, tall and heavy. I wonder if it's his DNA that was referred to in evidence files during GW4's hearing the other day. At that time, GW4's attorney said there were 2 pieces of DNA evidence in the discovery and he was relieved it didn't belong to GW4. Who else does that leave who was at the crime scene (besides the victims)?

Also, if he was looking straight behind him in the gallery, it was likely his sister Robin who he was talking to.

Looking at your Twitter link, it looks like he's lost some weight.

It's G4's former sil. CH, is TBW's sister. CH spoke to Oxygen. The M's pastor appears to have spoken to them, and a friend of CR2 (she has him as her friend on FB).

I wonder if they mean George4's ex sister in law. T's sister.

And Grandma Rita was right there in on it all. She forged the papers.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a matter of AW saying something like, "Here, Mom, notarize these for the boys and while you're at it, notarize Hanna's, too. I'm headed straight to her place now for her to sign it. It's no big deal, nobody will know you didn't actually see her sign them." Or maybe AW signed HMR's name and said, "I ran into Hanna a few minutes ago and had her sign this. She was in a hurry and couldn't come sign them in front of you. You can just notarize it now since I saw her sign it."

I don't doubt RN notarized something she shouldn't have. I'm just wondering if, at the actual time of her signing and putting her notary stamp on the papers, she didn't realize exactly what her own daughter was really up to.

There are separate fields of belief around her role. The scenario you just described is where I lean to at this time on her.

Thanks, I thought the same, and see now you replied just before I did. Do you know if it's accurate that her mom works for Freddy at the group home?

I don't know. Based on where she lives, I'd be hard pressed to make the drive unless the pay was really good.

I missed the hearing today. Was BW wearing street clothes in the courtroom?

I still wonder about AW not wearing street clothes in the courtroom yet. I know some have the theory it is to make people feel sorry for her, more or less. But, her lawyer made a point to ask that she be able to wear regular clothing in a prior court appearance. So, why isn't she then?

Is she finding herself abandoned by her extended family and no one will bring her clothes? If one of my siblings intentionally got my mother involved in a crime, I sure wouldn't bring them any clothes. If my sibling made that bed, they'd have to be the one to lie in it. IMO

I think someone in a previous post mentioned that her legal team could bring clothes for her, but what if her clothes and personal belongings that were in the house the W4 were living in at the time of the arrest have been "misplaced" (or destroyed) during the four months she's been in jail? Would they have funds to buy her a set of clothes for court?

I guess she could also be the ex wife of Angie's brother. Would that be considered as Billy's ex SIL. If so why not just say Angie's ex SIL?

I think G4's former mother in law "hung out" with Angela and Billy for a couple years. JMO

But...if George's ex SIL knew about the bad blood between Angie and Hanna, how is it Angie's own mother Rita did not know? If my daughter and her son's ex was having some "bad blood" between them I would not believe that my daughter just bumped into the ex and the ex just obligingly signed Guardianship papers for her child. Rita knew. She knew full well Hanna did not sign those papers for Angie or anyone else. You can bet Angie told her mother everything.

If she only notarized forged signatures, though, she wouldn't be charged with forgery. Her 3 forgery counts refer specifically to 1. HMR 2. JW and 3. GW4.

JMO, she knew what she was doing. If not, she was a very unprofessional notary. It it were the latter, seems she would have be facing less serious charges. JMO

Wagner patriarch makes quick court appearance

FYESN3NJBFF7VHSAUPQ5XEE4KI.JPG

During that hearing, the prosecution turned over 30 gigabytes of discovery evidence for the defense attorneys to review.

Wagner’s attorney said it’s only about 10 percent of the total evidence in the case.

30 gigs of discovery evidence is quite a bit.

Defense waiting on discovery from prosecution - Portsmouth Daily Times

The first order of business brought to the table by Common Pleas Court Judge Randy Deering was that of discovery. He said defense had asked for information from the state and was asking where the progress was on discovery. Defense attorney Mark Collins informed the court he was promised to have 50 percent of the information turned over to him by the end of next week, with the remainder being completed by June 1. Collins seemed to be fine with the arrangement.

Collins also informed the court the defense has hired a private investigator as well as a psychologist.

Deering set the next pretrial for Wagner for May 15, at 1:30 p.m. Another pretrial was scheduled for Sept. 17 where Deering said 41 motions filed by defense would be argued at that time. He set a May 31 deadline for prosecution to file a response to these motions.

Collins asked the court about the possibility of setting up video conferencing with Wagner, who is currently being detained without bail. Deering said he was not opposed to video conferencing, noting it saves money and time.

Interesting they discussed the idea of doing video conferencing in the future and the Judge seemed favorable.

So you believe that Rita did not know about the bad blood between Angie and Hanna and that given that bad blood Rita believed Angie just bumped into Hanna and everything was just peachy to the point of Hanna virtually signing her own death warrant with those Guardianship papers? Hmmm. I guess I am just a little more skeptical. I don't have a daughter but I have nieces who tell their mama everything right down to what they ate for dinner last night. They especially talk to mama if they have any troubled relationships with ex in laws. In fact they talk to me (their aunt) about any trouble in any relationships with ex's or ex's families. If George's ex SIL knew you can bet you last pair of boots Rita did too. She knew what was up.
