Wow! Thanks for this gem! Amazing!
I think Owen is in real trouble.
Shouldn’t Owen have filed that motion under seal?

I’d like to know the back story as to how Owen got that interview into the news. Did he contact certain reporters?
Did some reporters decline?
What was said by Owen, durning the time the interview took place that didn’t make the video due to editing.
Owen is slippery but not smart.
Apparently still thinks the ‘good ole boy’ legal antics way of doing business in Southern Ohio will work for him. My opinion.
Lots here to generate discussion.
FW thinks she can outsmart the Prosecutors. The Wags may have outsmarted Junk in the past, but Angela C. is not going to fall for this behavior and attempt at manipulation.
Excellent motion for a gag order.

MOO but Owen bends the rules to fit his needs. I believe his license took a “sabbatical” so to speak in the past.

I do apologize, Puzzles. TY
Loomis, I do too for the misunderstanding.
You are doing some very impressive sleuthing!
Keep it up!
PS - I just recently learned how to post to the Media & Timeline thread. Next thing I intend to learn is how to use the "quote" feature. It's a process!

Under what circumstances would a BPV plate need to be replaced?

ETA
Also curious to know how the mfg date is applied to the plate. Is it really just a sticker that could easily be removed and replaced?

Are there serial numbers or mfg lot #'s stamped into the plate?

I get the impression there are varying degrees of quality in BPV's. What is the difference between the least and most expensive BPV? How customized do they need to be to be effective?

Are the prices FW claimed to pay on E-Bay reasonable/low/high?

Would there be any identification between a vest advertised on E-Bay and the receipt provided for the purchase?

My step nephew was a police officer and back when they used metal plates in the 80s, he changed his often enough he had a pile of them at his mother's house....

One would want to replace them with a newer model date if they expire because they can degrade overtime and not offer the needed protection. Or, say, if a person needed one that has a newer manufacturers date and had a specific date in mind.

Are they ever replaced because of damage?

PS - My first successful quote using the quote feature!

Yes. If they are damaged, you have to replace them.

Agents with expired vests vented, prepared for ‘misfortune’

Very interesting quote from that article.
"A vest that has been struck by a bullet or edged weapon can have visible damage to not only the carrier and cover, but also to the interior layers of ballistic-resistant fabric and should be replaced immediately."

ETA - Are the "interior layers of ballistic-resistent fabric" considered the plates?
If so, maybe FW followed the mfg instructions........

What might damage one?
Fellow posters, you guys need to stop and look at the big picture, Freddricka and her attorney just proved the case for AC, FW bought those bulletproof vest for the grandsons because they where planning to have a shoot out with LE and she didn't want the grandson to die, that is proof that she knew about the murders and the planning of the killing of LE officials.

Hence, maybe the reason the for very elaborate armed SWAT presence, LE protection and ambulances participating in the May 12. 2017 raid on FWF.....

ETA - Maybe the whole revenge conversation at FW's happened after the 4/13/2017 Dewine press conference (that very directly alluded to the fact that LE knew who they were looking for - W4) and before the 5/12/2017 raid. That might be why LE etc. arrived prepared for a huge confrontation.

Just thinking out loud.
MOO

Any proof of this? Why protection for just those two? And not AW, Billy, and the others?

Hopefully the jail will deny that request. They also have Nelson and Haynes incarcerated there...maybe their presence has GW4

What if the DNA doesn't belong to any of the Ws and AC is just using it to plant doubt? IDK

Discovery would have to say enough about the DNA evidence to describe results of the testing, at least whether it matched any of the defendants. That would be known to everyone during the pre-trial phase.

And apparently important enough to be one of the few thing's IV's attorneys brought up in the publicly televised hearing this week.
That and the request for solitary were the only things "we" (the public) heard.
