BTW drug cartels don't draw attention by killing entire families and contrary to popular belief they do not spare children. The only way an entire family is killed by drug cartels is if they are all in one house together and present when the hit goes down. Then it is a matter of getting rid of witnesses not revenge. Not even in Mexico does this happen. My DIL is from Mexico and has a huge amount of family there in an area where Cartels are strong. The cartel will catch whoever they are after out somewhere and kill or kidnap them if they can. Not in their home where their family is present. And they certainly would not come into the USA to do this where they cannot buy off LE.

Thankx for your 2 posts to my question. Really good synopsis in your first post, lots to chew on. And I agree with you about the Cartel not being involved. It was easy to tell the murders were not any type of a professional job due to there being 32 gunshots for 8 victims. "Professional" drug hit men do not shoot that many times, the number of shots is outrageous and speaks of amateurs. Also the crime scene at Seniors was far too disorganized, 12 shots total, victim running through house, body(s) being moved.

If the Wagner's did it then the 7th grade education is showing. They didn't do the shootings the way a drug hit team would do it and buying supplies at Wal-Mart is beyond the pale. Wal-Mart is the most heavily surveilled store, even when you pay cash they have records of it.

Public lands management as best I can tell. It wasn't playing very well, now says "we'll be right back".

Had the eagles up and clicked on "schedule".

Edit: Alright, this must be Washington and the Dept of Interior in some hearing. Just saw the Senator from Hawaii asking when the USS Arizona Memorial will reopen.

Rita Newcomb's hearing is scheduled first today, with FW's this afternoon. Seems logical for news media to have a camera out there for both hearings - in for a penny, in for a pound, so to speak. Maybe they're in closed-door discussions again.

Well that's significant that Holly is there. She hasn't covered the last several hearings, so FW's challenges may be considered big news. That tells me there will be video coverage. Maybe not of RN's but definitely of FW's at 1:30.

anticipate a 3 day trial in July
Want to go to BCI and see original docs in addition to the photocopies they have.
