I think RN knew everything before it happened. Angie told her mother, bet on that.

JMO

Yes...and just wondering, whose name was on those documents if any of that happened. I'd bet AW.

You would not buy an expensive BPV without reading what uses it has and how much protection it offers no more than you would buy an expensive gun not knowing what kind of bullets it uses or what it's capability is. Would you buy a computer not knowing how much drive it has? Or fireproof clothing not knowing what temps it would withstand? The woman did not have a clue about those vests, she didn't even know what account they were purchased through.

JMO
Jmo yes I could see a 76 year old hearing about bpv and going online and buying one without research. Jmo

I think she seems ready for any antics Owens throws at her. I also think she has been slow to turn everything over to the defense because she wants to save the slam dunk for last.
I can't understand Owens' ploy by asking that the date for discovery be moved to a later date. I wonder what he needs more time for... Maybe to go to the law library and look up some more irrelevant cases he can name in court...

That's one of the problems attorneys face. It's very easy to grow lax in remembering the quoted cases because all their legal assistants do is "insert" the language into the documents and the attorneys grow lax in remembering the old cases and the arguments they just quoted.

He may not be the one who fixed the date. He may not know they were fixed.

IMO, Owen and FW are in this together, all the way. All.

He also may also have a learning disability like dyslexia. Maybe why he couldn't get past 7th grade. Sadly many people with learning disabilities are never correctly diagnosed and never get help they need.
Then again, a learning disability never justify's cold blooded murder.

Do we know if he attended public schools or did Fred home school him? If she home schooled then I can see a scenario that she was really busy with the horse farm and allowed him to quit to help her. It would especially fit if maybe he was attention deficit and bored in school. The Amish only go to the eighth grade then get credit for “life experiences” working in the stores, building crafts, farm work, etc. Maybe he claimed that credit too. JMO and I am in no way diagnosing him as ADD/ADHD.

There is no way Fred ordered or bought those vests. She didn't even know what they were called or what they were for. I don't care if you are an expert on something or not, if you order it online you are going to remember what it is called. You are going to read the description of the product which tells you what it is for and how it is used and mentions the name of it every other word so it gets stuck in your mind. That is standard advertising for products. You don't just look at a picture then click the buy button. No one does that. She is lying in that grand jury testimony about being the one who bought them and why they were bought. She is covering and taking the fall for Billy who probably used her account wit h or without her knowledge to buy them.

JMO

Dang! Never thought that she might not be the one who ordered them! And that would be Perjury for sure, if she testified she ordered them and prosecutors have proven she did not order them! TY!

Does anyone think it is possible that FWs attorney is truly telling what he believes is the truth, that the vests were bought after murders? He truly thinks they were bought afterward because that is all FW told him...when in reality she's been lying to him all along. I guess what I mean is, does he truly buy FW's line of BS?

BBM
Defense attorneys often won't ask their client if they committed the crime for which they are defending them.

After reading her GJ testimony there is nothing she said that I believe. I agree she did not buy those vests. If she thought they were going to ask her she might have gotten her story straight. Saying she almost brought the receipts with her made me laugh. Well why not. Why didn't her attorney advise her to do just that. I don't believe she can dig herself out. JMO

So? What is the problem with that? Not everything is a conspiracy, or is it? How did she hang herself? LOL.
Buy saying that useing that church address, if she was going to hide a order bulletproof vest plates why not send them to a church address instead in her name

***I have great news and even greater news!*** The CourtTV (later TruTV) was purchased in Oct 2018 and announced they are reviving the channel. The REALLY GREAT news is it will be relaunching in May 2019 as a digital broadcast, just in time for the trials in July! Bring on the pizza & popcorn!

The biggest things that bother me about the vests are that they admit they were all very active with hunting. We all know about the horses. Those vests are used often with both. It would make sense that they would all have them. What doesn't make sense is FW story. If you were so worried about "them" coming to kill your kids and grandkids, wouldn't she have gotten all them all vests if no one had one? Why bother with bullet proof vests when all of the victims were shot in the head? Wouldn't it make more sense to just move them all in your house and hire security?

It doesn't make sense because the Wagners killed the Rhodens. None of the stories they're telling make sense because they're not true. JMO, they may have used BPV's the night of the murders, but disposed of them. Then Billy decided to buy a new set because he had to throw away the old ones. He wouldn't have done it because he was afraid of the killers. He likely was one of the killers. Maybe he wanted another set for other reasons, for hunting, etc. Or maybe he was paranoid about LE. Whatever his reason, none of the others bought them because they had nothing to fear - they were the killers.

Hope that makes sense.

Would it make a difference since it appears the church, flying w. and crystal springs home shared the same PO Box? The box was in Piketon's Post Office. I myself share one between my residence and business addy's so I just don't see the problem. IMO.

They had several addresses that went to one P.O. Box, IIRC, it started with an 8. G3 also had that same P.O. Box # listed as belonging to him, if so.

If they were shipped to a business owned by FW instead of her home, it would appear she is hiding the fact that she bought them.

FW's attorney keeps repeating that these bpv's were purchased 15 days after the homicides. He references Reader stating they cannot protect the citizens of pike county and then suggests they arm themselves.

My question is is can anyone reference exactly when Reader made those statements for the citizens of pike county to arm themselves. My memory may have failed me but didnt he say this a day after the murders? If so why then did it take FW two weeks to heed his advice? If she was as concerned as she makes herself out to be wouldnt she have purchased these things as soon as it was mentioned?
