DS said that but his daughter, whom he was close with and talked to daily, thought he was at work in Columbus.

I agree with your opinion and I remember seeing it that way in the media somewhere. However I’ve always wondered if DS WAS supposed to meet KR early then why didn’t DS realize he was not with the rest of the family early on? Like why would he wait until afternoon to look for him? That never made sense to me.

Not just look for him, but why wouldn't he say something when Kendra was trying to call him? A simple, oh BTW, he was not going to work today.

There are just so many missing parts and pieces to know what really occurred and what was actually planned to occur.

In looking at discovery, I noticed his phone was not one listed. Actually, I noticed a few that would be expected are not listed.

So here is the question that has been on my mind since we saw the cyber list for Angie:

-Is this discovery applicable to the specific pulls that support the states case? Meaning those phones that they did pull and have listed, have something that will be presented in some fashion during the hearings. Maybe other phones that were pulled and are not listed, do not contain incriminating evidence.

BTW- this is only a question, not an accusation

Does anyone think that SW or BR will be asked to testify? WHO is the juvenile?

There are a couple that I think may have been minors at the time of the crimes listed in the cyber pulls. However, it's hard to say how old the individuals actually are now that AW is seeking juvenile records on.

Just my opinion

I'm going to guess SW and BR don't have juvenile records....

IIRC, Kendra thought he was at work. He wasn't allowed to use his cell phone during work time. She said if she left him a message, he usually returned her call during his lunch hour, when he was allowed to use his cell phone. JMO, they guessed he was at work. When he didn't return voicemail and text messages from family during his lunch hour, DS went over to KR's home. Kendra explained this in one of her earlier interviews. Must have been a nerve-wracking thing to do. They were probably all in a little denial up to that point, hoping he was at work.

It was a very chaotic and traumatic morning for family and friends, everyone in a panic, lots of horrible news, etc. LE and news media everywhere. :(

I'll look for Kendra's interview in a little while. This is one of those topics that has been discussed and references linked many times. Check the timeline on the first page of this thread. The link is probably there.

I went ahead and looked it up:
B) Discovery: Right to Copy or Photograph. Upon receipt of a written demand for discovery by the defendant, and except as provided in division (C), (D), (E), (F), or (J) of this rule, the prosecuting attorney shall provide copies or photographs, or permit counsel for the defendant to copy or photograph, the following items related to the particular case indictment, information, or complaint, and which are material to the preparation of a defense, or are intended for use by the prosecuting attorney as evidence at the trial, or were obtained from or belong to the defendant, within the possession of, or reasonably available to the state, subject to the provisions of this rule:

Thanks Betty. I'm good, no need to look for it.

Since that Uniform Incident Report from AW's discovery was filed from Ohio and not Alaska, does that mean that JW's wife was physically in Ohio back in August 2018 when it was filed?

AW and her attorney doesn’t want these photos

View attachment 178482JMO giving Aw, the names would be bad , they would probably harass these people, (JMO)

Without a doubt, JMO. Fredericka Wagner wouldn't hesitate for a moment to begin making calls, asking questions, making her sales pitch to convince people her family is innocent, etc.

Yeah- she likely has seen those during questioning and knows they are some horrible images. JMO

My reference to the rule was to share it's my opinion that the list of phones, etc included in AW's discovery under 16B are not just a random list. In my opinion, those are the ones applicable to the case.

It doesn’t mean they are currently a juvenile. Most likely an adult but AW wants their juvenile record to be exposed.

To clarify, AW already knows who was serving on the GJ. She had to answer questions during their sessions. She wants the list made public so other people in town and elsewhere know who voted to indict her family.

I thought this was asking for witness names; not jury member names.

Oops, you're correct. IIRC, she asked for both, right? Yes, she could definitely apply some negative pressure with the list of witnesses. JMO
 Multi-tasking again.

Please excuse, I'm preparing for a meeting later. Should not try to do too many things at once.

The motion is to disclose the witnesses who testified before the grand jury.

I doubt that CGraves of all people was the only one who had communications being intercepted.
They were wiretapping the Wagners and she called them for interviews so that is how she was caught up in the wiretaps.

I don't remember reading about this and I can't find it thru WS search option. Are there photos of KR's place that I can see?

Go to Goole Earth and put in his address and zoom in. That is how it was researched.
