I would be interested in others opinions: Do you feel that some of the inconsistencies are the result of reporting, or do you feel such as in this example, AW and JW told such differing stories?

Maybe a little of both. JW would say one thing in a news interview then AW would go back to the reporter to correct it to her version.

I live on top of a hill in pike county, I have At&t for phone and the phone wont work in the house because it is built of metal. Phone service for outside is spotty, have to walk around alot. Internet provider for our desktop is horizon which has a cable line run. WiFi thru horizon just became available about 2 years ago, now the phone works anywhere in the house using wifi calling. I hope that helps with knowing some of the internet services available for pike county
Jmo we would love to have horizon, they keep telling us keep checking back. It may be available on union hill Jmo

That article was from April 2018. From looking at discovery lists of evidence so far, it appears they had quite a bit of forensic evidence at the time Prosecutor Junk made that remark. They had ballistics evidence, DNA, shoe print analysis, BPVs, video of the Wags buying supplies at Walmart, hours of interview audio, print and blood evidence from one of the Wagner vehicles. They had nearly a terabyte of data from phone records, voice mails, emails, texts, computers, etc. Over 500 messages relating to custody, also evidence that JW had been bugging the Rhodens, evidence the W's had tampered with the victims phones, etc. AFTER they were killed. LE had already raided the Wags farm on Peterson Rd, Flying W Farms, and the farm on Bethel Hill Rd.

They had a LOT of evidence at that point, so it's kind of surprising to hear Junk say he didn't have any good forensic evidence. In spite of all that evidence, they still hadn't convened a grand jury yet, right?

Maybe Junk was being coy or trying not to show his hand or maybe he was dragging his feet on charging the Wags. Maybe he wanted them to show up at his office to surrender. JMO.

Junk may have been told to watch what he says. I hope they are keeping a tight leash on him...

I am sorry that does not answer the question of who is kr’s father. Unless I missed it. Which could very well be as my vision wonky from a flare.
C. Gilley is KR's father. Brother to H Gilley who was murdered.

I have nothing but good things to say about their service. When they installed they had to trench and bury a cable 3 quarters of a mile up a hill to get service to us, the installation is offered to everyone at the same price, whether it is hook up from already buried cable or trenching new cable no matter how far, all the same price. One thing we are last on the line so the internet is a bit slower then others, but I still find it perfectly adequate.

Wow! That's amazing! To be fair, though, the federal government gives them and other cable providers a lot of money to make the internet accessible to people in rural areas. So, yeah, in a way you did pay for it. Great that they ran the line that far for you, though!

Here's one of several different programs that provide federal funds to internet/cable tv companies:

USDA Launches New Program to Create High-Speed Internet e-Connectivity in Rural America

1.7 million rural Americans may get broadband after FCC auction

The agency set aside about $2 billion in the Connect America Fund, which comes from the Universal Service Fund that all consumers contribute to through fees on their phone and internet bills.

Thanks Betty, it was a challenge finding all our resources when we moved here, hoping to be able to bundle one day, but for now I am a happy person, because I found water, electric, tv, phone and internet services available and something we could make payments and receive. Thanks for the link you provided, I will certainly read it.

We just bought property right outside of Portsmouth in Kentucky. I forgot to check service there. I have to say my husband panicked.

The individual may not wish to support the defense. However, the defense will use anything and anyone possibly questionable, and their possibly questionable info now in discovery, in raising reasonable doubt. JMO
Yes these were exact my thoughts. Doesn't mean I think the W's aren't guilty, just means I think the defense will bring up something to try and cast doubt. In looking at the discovery, this stood out to me as a possible avenue for that. But then again, the possibility of copping pleas is always there too. <modsnip: discussing other members is not allowed>

Hey Betty I went to Union Hill Road yesterday and look around, the rest stop that you was talking about is the most logical place to bring four wheelers and ride the trails into the Rhodens property, there is no cameras there also 400ft up the road Facing towards the Rhodens home is a trail with a gate that they could have parked a horse trailer at the rest stop and unload, no one would even think twice it would look like a farmer going after live stock, also at Dana home place where she was killed the whole front yard had fresh tire tracks in it, (A LOT) has BCI been back? (There was a State Caretaker at the Rest Stop yesterday he was the one that told me that there was no cameras also I looked).

"Included in the evidence list in Billy Wagner's case is an entry named "Custody Messages (1 excel sheet with 519 entries)."

Also in the list of evidence being handed to defense attorneys for Billy Wagner are cell tower records from his phone.

The document shows records for March 2016 and April 2016. Listed under those records is "Big Bear Lake (1 excel sheet)."

Documents: ATF files report on item pulled from well, Wagner family arrested a week later

Is there similar discovery of "Custody Messages" listed on AW or JW's discovery? I don't recalled seeing it. Seems odd it would be on just GW3's. I don't think he would have been the only W txting any R about custody issues.

Great! And no cameras. Is there much of a trail to get to the back of the Rhoden property, like behind CR1's or Frankie's home?

Wonder why there are tire tracks on Dana's lawn? Hope its not vandalism or curiosity seekers. May have also been investigators hired by the defense.

I have been wondering this as well if the specific discovery may be different relative to each defendant. Some will overlap, but for example we know no DNA in G4.

That article is a VERY informative article compared to most. What they found in that well sealed the case. Personally, I don't know why anyone would hide things in a well with all the streams and rivers in the area. But that is just my opinion...I would guess it was the quickest place to get the items out of sight...
I watch a TV show on ID last night and a detective said there is ALWAYS something left behind. DeWine said mistakes were made. I believe the State of Ohio has a very good case in my opinion only...
