I hoping someone can help sequence events in the 2017 time frame.

I'm assuming they were in Ohio the dates of their LE interviews. At least Jake and Billy were in their AK rental by the 3rd week of June 2017.

They closed on the Peterson property March 2017. Where did they live until they left for AK?

When they left for AK(hauling 2 large trailers), did they tell people it was a "vacation" and just not return? Or did they vacation there earlier in the year (2017), come back to Ohio and then move to AK later in the year?

Were the trailers they took to AK, the same ones that were searched May 2017 at the property on 41? I remember they searched 2 large trailers and an enclosed trailer (that might have been confiscated by LE during the search). That suggests they were planning to use 3 vehicles for towing trailers to AK.

What happened to the semi they owned?

You asked me who I thought would go to trial first and I was hoping you would tell me! I would really like to hear what a criminal trial lawyer would say about it. A criminal trial attorney would know what the best strategy would be. I think going first is either the best thing to do or the worst thing to do.

And yes Jake did say he checked Kylie's toe for a family trait, he said a hammer toe. That's how they got the nickname: "The Hammer Toe Clan."
But I don't believe anything he says. I believe he knew Kylie wasn't his and is giving out a false narrative for his own benefit.
I even think Hanna getting pregnant with another man's child was a motive in the murders.

Jake had said he thought Hanna was going through a phase and would come back to him (looking for the article link). If Kylie was his child there would have been a greater chance Hanna would have come back to him. When he found out the baby wasn't his and she had moved on with 2 other boyfriends, he knew it was over for good.

Now there would permanently be another man in Hanna's life, Kylie's dad, and this is another reason for the murders.

It's no accident the entire murder was planned during Hanna's pregnancy. Who plans someone's murder during their pregnancy, then murders them directly after? A scorned lover.

If he thought Kylie might be his, he would at the very least have put her in her crib to help keep her safe. Lying in a bloody bed where she's alone for 5 plus hours and where she could have been smothered, is not what someone does when they think they might be the dad to that baby.

It is the Judge that determines the date of the trials. I'm guessing the Judge will also determine the order of the trials. Indirectly, I think the defense attorneys would also have some influence. No Judge would want to risk a mistrial by forcing the trial before each of the the defense attorneys are ready.

I think having the first trial of the W4 would be the riskiest for all. If the 1st trial exonerates the defendant, it would probably be even better for those in the following trials. The following attorney's can study which defense and witnesses were the most effective. The 1st trial will also give everyone a gauge of how strong the State's case is.

If the 1st trial doesn't go well for the defense, the following attorney's will learn from the 1st trial and try not to make the same mistakes. It would also give the other three defendants a chance to confess and try to escape the DP once they sense how strong the State's case might be.

And then there will be the appeals.....

I have to believe that evidence was shown to the GJ that implements all charged. LE waited to seat a GJ. They may have had damning evidence earlier on about one or two, felt that the others had to of known, been accomplishes even if they didn't pull a trigger and kept investigating until they had them all dead to rights.

Oh yes I absolutely agree, they all were in on it. The Wagner's think their family is mucho uno (the greatest one). And they are totally enmeshed with each other. I was just speculating about what would happen if that was a defense strategy. That Angela really wasn't involved, only inadvertently involved.

Thankx. It makes sense that who goes first is ultimately up to the Judge and who's defense council is ready. I think 2020 is not unrealistic for the first trial. It's not that far off for the grandma's trials. Only a few months.

-They told the individual where the trailers were stored they were moving because they got jobs up north.
"They called and said they wanted to park their stuff for a few days until they could find a place,'' Brown said, adding that Wagner, 24, and his older brother, George Washington Wagner IV, 25, indicated that they had gotten "good-paying jobs up north."

-Conklin mentions them looking for work
"Neither Billy Wagner nor Jake Wagner, both of whom Conklin talked with for about 90 minutes Monday, he said, said anything about the killings. Instead, they asked him about jobs in the area. None of the family, he said, had found employment yet."

My theory is they planed a GPS on those trailers and the W's left them rather than letting LE know they were on to them.

My only comment is that I believe they posted a stock Alaska photo on one of their SM sites. IIRC it seemed like it took forever for them to get to Alaska and I thought that photo was to give the impression that they were in AK when they were not.

All she had to do was disinherit that child, or grandchild. Much easier than killing a bunch of people. Leave that one child a dollar, and a trinket, and be done with it. FW is business savvy. If she didn't want her legacy going to a R, she could easily do that with a will and her lawyer's help.

Honestly, I see it more along the lines of he's flashing his gun because he's being juvenile about a car with a man and two teenage girls passing him. He's feeling all big and bad until the cop car shows up behind him to pull them over. What does he do? What controlling guys do, gives the incriminating evidence to the woman, let her get caught with it in her possession. Not the first time I've heard that senario. AJMO
